This is true, it's just like what happened to a friend of my friend, the guy was a gambler and also a drunk, when he started newly, my friend warned him and told him to change his ways but he did not listen and didn't even realize that he was actually getting addicted to gambling and alcohols, it was later after things has gone worse with him before he started regretting that he would have listen to my friend's advice but he took it for granted. Not every young person's out there try to practice what they see in movies bud, if this was always the case, some one like myself will be a drug addict because right from my childhood, I've loved to watch drug related movies because I always love the way the good guys chases and kills all the bad guys who are always dealers in hard drugs..
I think to be more fair, I would say that kids are more inclined to doing what they see their friends do, or even parents, kids are more inclined to doing what they see or find people they have a connection with do in real life and not what they watch on movies.
