Gambling is for all both male and female but men gambles more than women. However, women love playing slot games than any othe games when gambling because it's strictly a luck based game since they cannot stress themselves on a skill based game.

I have seen an addicted female gambler who couldn't control herself. She go about lying to get money so that she can feed her gambling addiction. I have also read a thread of a woman who uses those old men money to gamble because she's the one who attends to them on the counter.

I've noticed that slot games are indeed popular among female players because they don't require complex strategies. These games are more focused on entertainment and luck.

This will depend entirely on the country too. Each women and men of each country act differently. They all have different cultures and what might be the norm for them might be weird for others.

Whether or not women can participate in gambling in a country depends on factors such as the legality of gambling, religious sentiments, women's equality, etc. In various male-dominated societies, women are not allowed to participate equally in all activities. Gambling or casinos are no exception in this regard. I have rarely seen women participating in casinos or gambling. Especially in male-dominated societies, women are deprived of various rights and are far behind in this regard.

I agree with others that gambling is still dominated by men around the world, but I believe that this domination is directly proportional to the level of gender equality achieved in each country or region. I have no data but I'm sure that, for example, in Spain, the percentage of women gambling is much higher than in Saudi Arabia.

As per the games, I also think that different games are more gender stereotypical, that men will play more games with a mafia or cowboy design, and women candies and little animals, for example.

Men are always the head of everything, not only gambling because there are many things that are not made for women even though some of them are involved gambling is not good for their health. However, it is very easy for men to accept losses and move on while the women can never accept such losses, the reason why I'm seeing this is because I have bet for a woman that stay close to me but after the game cut she was complaining why she didn't use small amount because I always tell them that gambling is not a get rich quick scheme which many of them know, still they wouldn't accept any outcome.

I think gambling is one the thing that is silently referred to as male dominated activities. It is not defined neither that it is written but just like the women also have their dominated arenas, so also gambling is majorly male dominated. The further explanation to this is that, gambling does with the involvement of money and when it comes to money matter, it has been known to be related to men especially in the past and in patriarchy societies. Again, it is mixed with risk. We know from our relationship with women that they are not really the specie that likes to take risk with money but rather they want to keep it, safe it and make use of it in a way that they think can "yield good dividend" without "risk". Majority of the world's society is patriarchy and male dominated human societies are more saddled with the responsibilities of protection/shelter, feeding/provision, and you need money to do all that. Gambling is associated with the risk to make money and that is why we see younger male involve in it and it grows like that. It is natural occurrence but not to say that there are no women gamblers these days especially in countries that have liberal policy in gambling.

Gambling is still dominated by men not just because that women are not allowed to gamble, it is just because women have different things as entertainment in wider scale. For example shopping seems to be giving happiness for women while men hate shopping, especially like clothes so it is just because of differrence in the interest.

Yes the difference in interests is a big deal. Many women don't see gambling as entertainment, so naturally they seek pleasure in other things but I think it is not just about likes and dislikes. Social environment and habits also play a big role. women are not more of a risk taker compared to their male counterpart and this is the reason why when you are looking at the people that are mostly found in a risky ventures, it is common that you will find more male that female in such sectors. that being said, there is a way that the society tend to look at a certain thing like gambling that makes it difficult for female to go into it even if they have interest in the game.

from what is now the case, gambling is more tilted towards the male more than it is to the female and with the risk factor in gambling actually much, it is safer that it be looked at as a male related activity and not a general one.

Well, men are the hunters and gatherers throughout human history so it would make sense that the male would be more prone to high risk/reward activities. Women, biologically have always been responsible for continuing the race and the males made sure to follow their instinct to value female life over male. Meaning the male was at risk and willfully put himself at risk since the dawn of humanity.

There is no obligation for only men to gamble because I have noticed while opening many gambling accounts that you do not have to disclose your gender or where you have to disclose, you can choose either male or female. In that case, if someone opens an account as a woman, there is no obligation for them to gamble. Also, in society, we may see more men gambling than women. Every aspect of gambling is dominated by men that's because it is common for males to take risks than women, the society has made it a norm for men to be risk takers but when women try to do this they are being judged for it. I don't think that there's amy gambling game that women are more dominant. personally I don't think that gambling should be gender based anyone can gamble.

I saw a clip on Instagram about two ladies who went down to a brawl in a live casino and were thrown out by bouncers working there, this answers this question of whether women gamble too.
I also doubt I have ever seen an online gambling platform that specifies 'for men only', because it would be absurd, knowing that this is fact that women gamble too even though we know it is a male dominated activity.

By policy gambling isn't gender based because both genders are involved in it per time but mostly you find the men with more percentage of gambling than the women and I think that's why in most cases it seems like gambling is meant for the male genders. For games specifications I think women tend to gamble with what they find attractive and comfortable, just like sports betting I've noticed some ladies around my region that are involved in that bit basically gambling ain't gender based which could be enjoyed by both but in a responsible manner.

We live in a modern era where the doctrine of women's liberation exists, so discrimination should not exist. What men can do, women can also do, so it's wrong to say that gambling is gender based, but it's an obvious fact that there are more male gamblers than female.
Women are not very much involved in gambling because they have their own vices and things that get their attention, like luxury bags and iPhones, but make no mistake about it, they can gamble,e and they can be good at it. I have seen some women winning in horse racing.

Gambling is mainly for men. There are exceptions, but nothing more. This also applies to games in general, including computer games. The majority of the players are men. Of course, there are some specific games where there is a large female audience, but this again refers to the exceptions, not the rule. But shopping and wasting money are dominated by women. Many women gamble, and even bet on sports. Yes! I watched a story about a girl who grew up with a sports-fanatic father, and she also became interested in sports. I don't know if the thrill of gambling and the desire to win are inherited, but she was just like her father. Or maybe she simply always looked up to his example as a sports champion.  Anyway, she suddenly realized that she knew enough about sports to constantly place bets and win. And she succeeded at first. As for the later period of her life, she became addicted to betting because she wasn't used to losing. This is a dangerous misconception, because the casino always wins; it's not a sports opponent, it's an absolutely invincible titan in the long run.

Unfortunately I don't know any women who gamble, at least in my area, who gamble. There are some who play cards like I play, but not so much poker, more the local card games. To tell the truth, I don't know any about betting.

The majority who play gambling are mostly men, while certain games whether more men or women are allowed... still for me men are the most.

Gambling games are not limited by gender... you have the intention of gambling pre / women can do it.
