cephalopod, this is pluja from kycnot.me. I have an update on your case and want to check a few things with you privately.

Please log in to your kycnot.me account, the one you used to comment on Swapter in January, and message us at https://kycnot.me/contact

Thanks!
He has been inactive for almost 4 months now and if he did not set up @mention notifications on his telegram, he is likely going to miss you message. Maybe he might be able to get alerted by an email notification much quicker if you send him a PM. It's worth trying.

Hi everyone,

I’m still here, and I’m sorry I haven’t been very responsive. I’ve been feeling deeply depressed and have struggled over the past few months. This situation has contributed significantly to that. I’m feeling a little better now and am getting back on my feet.

I want to thank everyone who has been involved, and those who are still working, to resolve this case. I can’t express how much I appreciate your help. If I recover my funds, I’ll make sure everyone who helped is rewarded.

As for an update: I still haven’t received my funds. After consulting with attorneys, I was advised to complete the KYC process before pursuing legal action, as that may be the simplest way to resolve the matter. However, I’ve tried to complete their KYC several times, and each attempt has been declined. I’ve completed KYC successfully on multiple other crypto platforms, so this has been unusual and concerning.

I’ll try a few more times. If my KYC is still not accepted, I’ll move forward with legal action.

I’d appreciate any recommendations. My $10,000 bounty is still open.

Just curious, What excuse are they giving for declining your attempt to perform KYC verification?

When I look at the different reviews, i noticed they have been making users wait for months without any solution especially those that sent large sums of funds. There Bestchange page gives a clear picture of the the kind of service they are - https://www.bestchange.com/swapter-exchanger.html

I’ll try a few more times. If my KYC is still not accepted, I’ll move forward with legal action.
I would recommend you try to get in contact with other 2-3 victims that are in the same situation like yours and you pool the evidence against them if you can.

Damn very sad to hear this. I am still trying to gather more information about the operator. I think we are close.

Don't lose hope!

Please keep me updated. I’m also happy to share information, as I have some insights into their business as well.

I have reached out to Pluja on KYCnot.me. Thank you for all your help Trêvoid.

Just curious, What excuse are they giving for declining your attempt to perform KYC verification?

I’ve tried to complete their KYC process three times. The first two attempts were declined because of insufficient documents, I believe it was a copy of a recent bill, while the rest of my information was approved. In my most recent attempt, everything was declined.

The frustrating part is that I can’t immediately try again or resubmit only the missing documents. I have to email them to request a new link for KYC, and it takes about a month to receive one. As a result, I’ve made three attempts over the past three months, waiting a month between each one. The process has been incredibly frustrating
