The reason why a lot of gamblers resort to losing unnecessarily is because of their unpreparedness to let go of their losses, usually because they use money that they can’t really afford to lose, so when they eventually lose it, rather than just calling it a day, the dopamine rush created by that experience pushes them into believing they can actually recover the lost money, and at this point, the focus automatically shifts from making profits to merely just recovering the unintended loss.

Greed is always been part of us as a human, it is jus that depending on how someone would be having that kind of control at the time that you do gamble and thats something that most people do fail on doing so. Gamblers should not even have the mentality to chase after their losses, expect they want to have more financial problems, which will affect both physically, mentally and emotionally, as this will deprived them of their happiness due to how they game so recklessly.
