Does anyone else feel unlucky every time they lose?

I don’t know if I’m overthinking, but every time I place a bet, say 5 games, and 2 lose, my first thought is always: “I’m just unlucky.”

I catch myself thinking, if I hadn’t played those games, it would’ve gone the other way.

Does anyone else feel like this, or is it just me with this weird mindset?

I used to think about that, but eventually, I stopped. As gamblers, we should really expect [to lose]; in fact, most players in a casino often end up losing. Yet, many of us continue to play even though we know the odds are against us.

For some, it has simply become a habit. For others, it’s turned into a vice that they constantly crave. Then there are those who see gambling as their last resort or final hope they no longer consider whether they are unlucky; instead, they cling to the thought that they might finally get lucky.

See, you're not into that domain alone, that's just the pyschophants of all gamblers. We feel regret very regretful with the slight mistakes that gives our tickets near to win. We wishes to had made our decision towards the other after the loose.
Unfortunately next time we still look like some bunch of failures with our streak looses that we can't even figure where the mistake came from and correct it in the next round we play.
We're left handicapped and lean our hope of winning by luck. You can't be too sure even when it seems the big team has always been beating the underdog.

Nobody will prefer losing than to win in playing bets, but when we play, we have to come in line with the terms and conditions that we can lose or win our bet, because this is more of us having a preset mind towards betting and already know the conditions that is involved to bet, its no more what should be seen as being unlucky, but how gambling should be seen.

I think most people are like that, but those who are experienced and understand gambling well probably won't complain much about losing. Those who play and gamble for fun will be different; they won't feel anything about their losses. But I understand the psychology of people that losing will definitely create feelings of dissatisfaction. This is a normal mentality among gamblers. When we lose in gambling, we blame luck, when we win, we thank luck, and when we stop playing and see others win, we regret it. This is completely normal, which is similar to my mentality and yours.

However, you have to remember that you will not win all games, the statistics of winning in gambling are low. Casinos are not ready to give you, they are here to take from you. So do not regret the defeat, the defeat is predetermined, the victories are temporary.

I only fell that way when I gamble for the money, but if it is for the fun, I have nothing to worry about because I want to relaxe and free myself from chasing my wins or losses.

In gambling naturally if you lose any game either for fun or money, or in anything that you do, you must have that feeling no matter how little it must definitely come, its the ability for us to overcome it as a matured adult that matters.

What you feel is normal among gamblers, gambling is uncertain and you don't know whether your choice is right or otherwise, and when the results are not as expected it is quite natural for you to think "if only I hadn't bet on that match", there is nothing wrong with that thought, what is wrong is when you think too much and regret it because it can invite impulsive actions such as chasing losses.

You definitely have to watch your thoughts because they impact your physical output and relationships and status of course. It's a normal experience for gamblers to have losses or regular basis, infact I think if you win too much, the casino platform might flag your account and restrict you because they suspect you are cheating.
Only use amounts you can afford to lose so that it doesn't pain much when you actually lose and it always feels great having to win with the amount you thought you would lose, on a contrast.

That’s the wrong mindset. You should already accept that losses are inevitable, you’ll experience a lot of them, and that’s just part of the game. The key is to accept it but still stay optimistic that one day your luck will turn.

And when that lucky moment comes, that’s when you should try to maximize it and hopefully hit a huge multiplier, something big enough to really satisfy you and maybe even make you slow down or stop for a while. That’s where the real fulfillment comes from.

No need to overthink it too much, just chill every time you gamble and let things play out, luck comes more naturally when you’re not forcing it.

In as much as I am gambling I do as well to control my emotions and feelings towards how I gambles or the kind of amount I used to place my bet. The game is the game. Feeling unlucky is part of the game which is normal. It is a game of luck. Think about this way, if you win the casino considers themselves unlucky . I hope this makes you feel better in some way.

The thoughts of what we could have done or didn’t do in gambling is constant but we must let it be the loudest.

I don't feel that way, and maybe it's just you trying to punish and blame yourself for something you don't even have a hand on.

If you always feel this way, it might even get to a point where if you share the same game with others and it doesn't play like you people predict, you might take the blame down to your supposed bad luck, seeing yourself as the reason why others did not win.

It's each time when we lose, we think of it that we're unlucky and even out of 10 games and we lose a few of it, we'll think of ourselves as unlucky ones. That isn't a weird mindset and what you're thinking is a valid one. Just don't be too overthinker because that's not a good one when you think of it at all times. It's okay to lose and we're lucky if we've got some wins already and so, gamble moderately.

No, it is actually very normal and reasonable for you to think you are unlucky if you happened to lose money on sport betting. It would be anomalous if you though otherwise and tagged yourself as a lucky person, in spite of their losses, you know.

I would like to recommend you to analyze whether you are actually getting anything positive of your betting sessions or you are just getting bad thoughts and feelings of impotence as a result of your money management.

If you are not enjoying your time on bookies and you are not getting rushes of adrenaline and thrill, then there is no reason to continue to bet in the end. Don't you think?

It always a smart idea and smart decision to always gamble with what we can afford to loss and always gamble smart because when the market tends to go over our decision. We always have that mindset, I guess everyone is, because we see gambling as more of luck-based than being skilled or strategic. If we are losing, we will say we are unlucky, same way if we are winning, we then conclude that luck is working for us. Its just that with loss comes unlucky, but with wins you're lucky.

Whenever we lose a bet, we just try to console ourselves by blaming it on luck. It is basically our instinct and we are always used to blaming luck.
After we lose or fail at something, we console ourselves by saying that maybe I shouldn't have done it or that I could have done something else. It's our natural instinct.
This is not just true for you and me, but for all gamblers who believe in luck.

There is a common belief in my locality as well. It's the same as winning in the lottery that you'll never win, if you're not going to bet. So, you choose what's going to give you that pressure on yourself. When you're not able to bet and yet, you should win that in your mind. Or, you've lost and you shouldn't lose that money if you haven't bet. It's not weird and it depends on how you take things. But, skip that part when you're gambling because you'll always feel so emotional when you can't skip that thought which will make you worried always.
