Building a house is something that is very paramount in a man's life and it is the desire of every reasonable human being to own a house of his or her own. In the right sense, house is a basic necessity of life and therefore, building materials are not supposed to be costly. However, because of the inflation that has ravaged the economy, people now find it very difficult to build a house which is one of the basic needs of life.
Everything in life requires planning even building a house. So in other to own your own house, first of all ensure you have something that will generate money for you, either salary job or a business, then plan and give yourself sometime to build this house of yours, ensure you plan and build your house according to your income, and I assure you with this, you will own a home of your own.

do you own a house? in a time where it seems like it is almost impossible to own a house unless you are earning huge amounts i notice that young people often go for apartments instead of actually owning land and a house

can a middle class citizen still afford to buy a house or do they really have to earn ridiculous amount of money in order to buy one?
Buying a house these days is very hard for us. We need a lot more money than our parents needed, and while inflation increases, so do salaries, but consumption also increases and salaries did not increase proportionally, so the balance is not yet made. That's why even to survive in this world, we are doing more than one job. Otherwise, they have made the system in a way to keep everyone in debt. But those who want to build their own house or buy an apartment work really hard because they know this can save them and their next generation from many debts.

Middle-class citizens can afford anything, but all it takes is a spark of doing it. Mostly they are just going with the flow and surviving on the edge, but sometimes one or a few of them want to live a better life, so they work hard and give everything to buy a house.

They move to other countries, do more shifts, and eventually they are able to buy the house. But buying land and building a house is far better than owning an apartment, though owning an apartment might be the best option in city areas.

Renting an apartment is a sign of practicality these days, but it does not mean that renting should always be the best option till the end, we should still work on our ultimate goal to buy house and lot so that at the end of the day, we can have something to call our own.

Now how to buy a house? Having a high salary won't guarantee that one can buy a house as easy as that. The consistency to save and focus on your goal should always be prioritized. And for low income earners, keep increasing your income from different side hustles, until the day comes that buying a house is already affordable on your part.

Before you start house hunting, you have to understand where you stand financially you most review your credit score you have to calculate your your monthly income and expenses also determined how much you can comfortably afford then you start saving for down payme
nt and moving expenses.

Before you could think of buying a house  you most find a real estate agent who  knows the  local market and you have to look for a competent person who  is experience  and responsive.

If someone really wants to own a house, then the easiest way is to buy it in installments, and I think that's also better because if you wait longer to save money, you may not necessarily be able to afford it. On the other hand, I also think that for young people, a house is not a priority; it's better to allocate money for investments or other beneficial things so that someday they can buy a house from the profits.

It depends on the location. If its within the center of the city, houses and lots are very costly so it would be hard for a middle-class man to afford it. But if its in the provinces, houses are quite lesser in price so if he has a sustainable source of income and is good in financial management, buying a house is not that hard.

However, regardless of the location, buying a house is a very serious matter. So it should be dealt with careful planning and wise decision making to avoid wrong future regrets and blaming oneself.

A salary that's high is the easy way to build a house because you will no that within few months you will be ready to own a house, salary is the problem of taking too many years to build a house because what they are paying cannot give you a chance to save and even if you must save, what you would put into it will be small. Every Tennant in somebody's house will definitely have a plan of not being a Tennant for a very long time because at some point you will began to feel the positive things those rent you are paying monthly or yearly would impact on them if they are use on there own house project.

Buying a house is very expensive and it depends on the location of the house. For a middle class citizen to be able to buy a house, he must save almost all throughout his days at active service and he needs to go to an area that the cost of living isn't expensive. It's only when you have a good income or other means of income that you will not find it difficult to own a house.

That’s why banks and loans exist , they make it possible for the middle class to buy property, even though the interest rates are pretty high.It takes way too long to save up your whole life, especially these days when it’s almost impossible to buy a house without a loan. I’m not really a big fan of loans, but if I decided to buy a house, I’d probably save at least 10% of the total price and finance the rest with a mortgage. Then you just pay it off slowly. At least you know you’re paying for something that will be yours one day, instead of renting and basically paying someone else’s mortgage

do you own a house? in a time where it seems like it is almost impossible to own a house unless you are earning huge amounts i notice that young people often go for apartments instead of actually owning land and a house

can a middle class citizen still afford to buy a house or do they really have to earn ridiculous amount of money in order to buy one?
It depends on where you live, and what the general price range of land is, or if you inherited a piece of land. Owning a house is not about how fancy it is, but how much you can afford and how comfortable you are living in it. Remember a home should be tailored to your ability and budget. But it all comes back to version and lifestyle, whether you want a house that looks luxurious in appearance, or prioritize simplicity that suits your financial condition but is still comfortable to live in. If you don't have a big income yet, there's nothing wrong with starting from a simple house or renting while you increase your income.
Nowadays many young people prefer renting a house, as the cost of house and land has high almost everywhere now, which is not bad, because renting an apartment before get your own house, I see it as part of very brilliant plan, as many people today as their salaries can't build a house, that's why they choose to rent an apartment because it easier and less money at beginning.

If I want to buy land at present based on my country's economy. So it doesn't require much money but it takes a lot of time to earn that money. In short, the salary of those who work to earn money is very low. So young generation wants to buy apartments but it is very expensive. A middle-class citizen buying a house is rarely heard of. Middle class citizens refrain from buying houses and instead they start buying hoarding and building houses there. That's why I think life doesn't require a very luxurious house to live in. He should also focus on the future.

Land prices and building a house are indeed very expensive. I thought this was only true in my area due to high inflation, but in fact, in other parts of the world, affording a home at our current economic level is very difficult. Of course, it's still possible to build a house of average or substandard standards, especially in the suburbs or villages, where it can be much cheaper than building one in the city center.

I'm still building a business today because my cash flow is still low and I don't have a need to settle down yet. I still like to travel around to gain experience. I know that building, maintaining, and supporting a house requires significant costs.

As it stands currently, no middle-class citizens can afford to buy a house. If it is for building a house over a longer period, bringing half of their salaries every month, I think they can achieve building a house for themselves no matter how small the house is really is.

My uncle, it took 15 years to build the house, where he is currently living with his family. What he normally does each month is map out half of his salary every month to put into the house he is building. If it is buy cement or blocks, he will add to his building, he will do that. That's what he keeps doing every month until he get place he calls his own(house)

With the current economy, having your own house is a luxury that not everyone can afford. Most middle class remains renting over buying their own place because of how expensive it can be. Tbh, it’s not easy to own a house anymore. Even a small area is already too expensive, especially if you’re living in the city. But it’s still possible for us to own a house. Rent to own, buying a foreclosed property, and such. It allows us to be capable of paying for our own house little by little. Although it takes a lot of years to pay it all, you’d still have something to call your own after years.

I missed a very good chance of buying land the previous year, as what I made in profit from bitcoin investment, I invested it all in altcoins and lost hehe, but later I realized the mistake I made, it was not to invest in alts, but not investing in land. I could have bought a small piece of land to build a home.

Buying land is not that hard, but building a house on it is really expensive. Therefore, for now, my aim is to buy land first, and then I will build a simple house. I live in a place where I can't own an apartment and I really don't like them, they are small, and I have always lived in a spacious house. Well, I think, if I can afford to buy land alone and then maybe after a lot of work, I can also build a modern house but a simple one, then anyone can. But all it takes is hard work.

Many people want to buy a land because they don't have a land . Many people have a land and they want to own apartment in which they want to live because they want to live in city area or they want to make some more money by investment in city areas. Plots are good investment strategy but these depends on person to person because Many people don't like to buy land because it's price increase is very slow and apartment prices always increase in a day on months and that is reason more people are interested to invest in apartments . People are doing investments and they want to earn more by investment in many things and I think apartment is best because people can buy it at good price and returns are high on that .

It is not getting any cheaper and there are people who are still buying real estates which means one who can't didn't make enough money to buy one. This is the curse of being in a working class they will always feel that they don't have enough, in the past century it was in the reachable years but now one has to spend 30 years of their salary to own a small-sized house. But if you are smart you won't go for a housing loan, rather invest that money into something then in 30 years you will have more liquid than just to own a land/house.

All people dreaming having own house during nowadays need much money to buy ideal house exactly if on the most strategic location, right now for the middle class with standard salary payment from working almost difficult having own house how much expensive buying house or start building by our self because the land much expensive right now.
If have stable income although as middle class I think has the way buying house installing without cash and we must spent monthly for paying house, in my country many people buying house without cash and most of them must pay around $100 to $300 depend the kinds of house but take more than ten until fifteen years later until all payment finish.

Buying or building a house in an expensive or high brow areas shouldnt be the focus of low or middle-income earners. Lands in these areas are expensive and the cost of building materials and labour is also high. I think they should focus on semi-urban or rural areas where lands are cheaper. Some people have bought land in interior areas and leave it for a long time for the area to develop. This has been the pattern of most low-income earners in my location since my country has a high rate of population growth.

They can also start buying building material gardually and keeping them until they are enough to start the project. Some people in my area will start with producing blocks and start the foundation of the building. They will continue with projects until the finsh it. It could take them years to finish it, but at least they have built their personal home.

do you own a house? in a time where it seems like it is almost impossible to own a house unless you are earning huge amounts i notice that young people often go for apartments instead of actually owning land and a house

can a middle class citizen still afford to buy a house or do they really have to earn ridiculous amount of money in order to buy one?
This topic dont have any impacts to the forum users....To be honest with you, I fails to understand what this thread is teaching us...owning your house and also leaving in apartment is a personal concern..

So it doesn't have anything that's teaching us...Whatever anyone wants to achieve it doesn't concern the forum...what we achieve outside forum and bitcoin, doesn't have any relationships to the forum...

People build house when the opportunity is there, but a process whereby the opportunity is not there, it will be difficult before someone who doesn't have a job to raise a building structure....

Literally you might have to just build it yourself in many countries and learn how to do it.  I have heard of cooperative organizations that will between many people source skills and work to build a row of houses and that time and effort is how they afford to gain a house.

Problem is there is too much demand and easy money policy does not make the price any easier, it just keeps going up in that situation with limited supply of available housing stock vs demand especially in many cities this is true.    So you have to be part of the supply to that situation, be part of the solution.
We all know the alternative, its debt and the easy money made it into alot of debt.   You will be poor for many years unless you have a great job or live by candlelight not spending anything.  Make your choices as there is no easy path in this.
