can a middle class citizen still afford to buy a house or do they really have to earn ridiculous amount of money in order to buy one?
In fact, as time goes by, the population of every country is increasing, but since the size of the country never increases, it is gradually becoming very difficult for people to build their own house. Because the more the population increases, the more housing is needed. And housing is the fundamental right of every human being. However, even though it is a fundamental right, a middle class family is having a hard time fulfilling it. I did not build a house myself, but I inherited it, due to which I was able to easily own a house. However, the matter is not easy for everyone. As time goes by, it will be more difficult for people to own a house. And it is not possible for anyone to stop this. No government of any country can deal with it even if it wants to because it will never be possible to increase the size of the country.

This is not just for middle class citizens but even those who are in higher class, earning would always be their first step.

The only difference is that their earnings are bigger while those who are in middle class are just minimal amount. But at the end of the day, those who are consistently earning and saving are the ones who can buy or build a house first, while those who are consistently spending and grow their expenses will hardly built or buy a house.

Everything these days is expensive, that even regardless of its social status, buying a house takes a serious planning and preparation.

Of course it's possible to buy a house. There is a hype going on the internet right now which claims the opposite, but it's just bullshit to encourage lazy and rage among the youngs who don't want to work anymore. The point is that the house should be purchased in an affordable area, what means trending, speculative and status areas must be avoided.

The progress to acquire enough money for a house isn't achieved overnight, though. Persistence, patience and long term mindset are needed. Take into consideration it can take five to ten years until you save enough for it. Another alternative is to join a group savings plan, although there will be extra costs involved such as taxes or interest to be paid.

can a middle class citizen still afford to buy a house or do they really have to earn ridiculous amount of money in order to buy one?

At my age, everyone comes to the conclusion that buying a house is the biggest dream and that a house is much better than any apartment, because apartment buildings have a lot of neighbors.
They are all noisy and have to put up with their shortcomings such as alcoholism and excessive shouting. and therefore, a house, of course, is a very big dream for anyone, because it is a piece of land that will belong only to you and it will be quiet on it and you can go out in the morning barefoot to walk on the grass.
This is a very expensive dream, I would even say the most expensive of all. and very few people can afford a house in the end. and this dream needs to be done quickly, because it is needed somewhere by the age of 30, but for example, by 60 it is already quite a late fulfillment of the dream. I want to do it when I'm young.

It is not difficult to own a house as long as you are earning a decent amount and that you are willing to put in the needed discipline into making sure that your quest for owning a house eventually comes to pass.

there are several low income earners that are house owners and the way it works is basically following the process a step at a time. when the fund is available, buy land, buy cement, other building materials and slowly though it might take a while, you will get your building completed if you are ready and willing to give it the right shot. more than ever, create system that constantly generate the income you intend using to build the house, that way, you don't struggle too much while you are building the house.

I do own a house and it was possible thanks to being early to Bitcoin. Buying a house today is hard for average joe but still possible. Most people save for years for a deposit, cut back on spending and take out a long mortgage. Luckily for me I didn’t need to do any of that, I just left Bitcoin to do its thing for me over many years.

Some people looking to buy get help from family, buy with a partner or move to cheaper areas. Others use government schemes or buy smaller places first. Wages haven’t kept up with prices so it takes patience, planning and sometimes luck. For many people, it’s slower and more stressful than it used to be.

Well problem for some common people is they don't actually have decent earning, lots of people struggle to earn and meet their daily needs that's why its so hard for them to buy a house.

Not everyone is so lucky to get these great opportunities in life.

Also the way you project seems everything is simple, but in reality its not easy as that because there's so many challenges need to face before we get our dream home. Maybe what people could do is to exit on their comfort zone and look for lots of opportunity, since if they rely only on single income there's nothing good will happen in their life and they remain stuck on their current status.

very fortunate that your parents were able to have a house for you to inherit. it gets tricky if some parents were not able to afford a house when they were young or had to sell for some reasons and their kids are left to work in order to buy a house.

i’ve seen young couples find it hard even with joined profit.

It depends on the country you are in and its options for paying for a house and lot. Here in our country, it's still easy as long as you are earning around $500 a month, maybe even a bit lower than that. Some mortgages start with just $80 per month up to $140, but it will take 30 years to pay.
Most of the time, those places are not yet built completely, but in time, there will be a lot of people getting all those houses. Just like what I bought. Initially, there's less people around, and it's always dark outside at night. But now, there are a lot of people, and the whole place is lit. Then it's also near the main road, so it's easy access to everything.
When buying a house, sometimes you will have to sacrifice some time. You buy it cheaply because there's nothing built yet, but you wait a few years, and it will be populated.

As for young teenage it's very hard to have a house because if you don't have a better paying jobs it would that difficult for you to build, instead most people goes for an apartment which they could be that easier for them to able to pay whenever their rent has expired. For sure, those who do have a better paying jobs can either goes for building where if that area isn't that expensive to erect a building over there. Taking for instance, when you lived in the area where land is not that expensive it would be that easier for you to start building unlike the rural area.

Luckily for me I didn’t need to do any of that, I just left Bitcoin to do its thing for me over many years.
Even though I have money to buy house now, I will encourage myself to invest the money in BTC, because i have the knowledge of BTC which it will help me to double the money in the nearest future to buy house and still have enough money to do other things. Is not easy to save money to buy house in my area these days, because houses are very expensive in some city and town which is the best place for someone to own a house or commercial house.

I guess some people will learn from your achievement, because it hard for some people these days to have a good plan that will lead them to achieve a house or house of their heart desire than to start looking for some menecoin to invest that will cause them to lose the money.

The reason why many young people find it difficult to buy a home is different from the past. Everything is expensive now from land to building materials and so on. Meanwhile, incomes are limited barely enough to cover basic necessities. Furthermore, the economy is sluggish and people's purchasing power is low.

Salaries are rising slowly, but the prices of everyday goods are rising even faster making mortgage payments feel overwhelming on a small salary. So many young people think, "It's better to save or hold on to money than to take on a large debt for a house." It's no wonder then that many young people prefer renting to buying a home. Contracts are more flexible, so those with limited or unstable incomes prefer renting which is safer and cheaper in the short term.

can a middle class citizen still afford to buy a house or do they really have to earn ridiculous amount of money in order to buy one?
Firstly,I would answer your question by saying that you can buy a house by connecting with the seller or if it seems like a whole difficult task to do,you can connect with real estate agent who acts as a middleman between the buyer and seller, and at the end everything would be made easy. Then secondly, most middle class citizens finds it difficult to own a house due to their financial status,my suggestion is that they should rent an apartment and think of doubling their hustle and start saving towards it,with time it would be accomplished. If owning a house in your culture is an achievement then work towards it otherwise there’s nothing wrong in living in rented apartment.

Hard work is all it takes but working alone is not enough, one can do three jobs to make $3k a month, but it is tiresome, unhealthy and not sustainable, one should take risk and learn a skill that can make you $3k alone in the time of one job, so this way you are saving time, health, and making more money. Understanding the importance of this, will make you leave many opportunities but don't develop this urge to reject opportunities.

Because some jobs can lead us to bigger ranks and then higher salaries, so take a moment before rejecting a job, by rejecting mean, you found a job, now you want to get it, so you do everything to get it, like learn for it, give your best to get accepted and the rest is luck.

Once you are prepared, and you think you can get it, apply again.

Buying a house will definitely not be easy because the price of everything related to house is very high. Although people used to want to build a house in the past, but since it is very expensive, people are no longer interested in buying a house. When you have to build a house with the money of a long job, you become poor. After that, you have to manage your life within limitations. Moreover, the biggest problem is that if people had a lot of income, they would definitely try to expand their house, but since the amount of money is very high, they are more interested in building or expanding a apartment rather than a house. Moreover, in all the expensive cities, if you think about such dream, it will be considered a more difficult task.

Due to the increase in land prices, many people have now chosen to buy apartments instead of buying independent houses with land. It is difficult for a middle-class citizen to buy a house, but it is not impossible. In fact, buying a house requires a lot of money, which a person can never pay in large amounts. Of course, he has to raise this money through a savings plan. And only after saving for a long time, he will be able to raise money to buy a house. Many people are buying houses with home loans and paying off the loans gradually. In fact, everything depends on the stability of income. If there is a stable income, it is possible to continue the savings plan in a stable manner.

The answer to your first question is I have a house in the village but need another house in the city. You are right that in the current scenario, buying a house or apartment requires a lot of money. If you limit your income to one job, your ambitions will never be fulfilled. Skills in technical subjects can create multiple sources of income. Gain skills and increase your income and get involved in long-term investments. Buying a house in the city will not be impossible. A fixed job as a profession and that is the only source of income can be difficult to change your financial situation. Along with meeting your basic needs, a possible long-term investment strategy can help you fulfill the expectations of buying a house.

Having a house is not about earning huge amounts, it is about the sacrifice you make and how to make it happen, i have seen many people who are earning huge amounts, working in big companies and still don’t own a house, the reason why that is happening is because those people are not ready to make it happen or they are not ready to own a house, although some people can not own a house because of many problems they have to solve but no matter how it is when you are earning a huge amount and you want to own a house in a year it can be possible.

Many middle class people own a house and they live peacefully without paying rent or anyone disturb them to pay rent and they make it happen because they are willing to sacrifice whatever it is to have a house, some of us we never own a house even if we are earning millions because we want to live a luxurious life, when you want to become rich or have something in your life you have to be yourself and make it happen but we don’t want to accept it, we want to live like other big people.

Building a house is quite expensive and it is almost impossible to build an apartment or a house without a high-paying job. Those who are middle class may have a small house, but to build a luxurious home, you must have a lot of income. It is impossible for me to build my own house because if I combine the money from the jobs I have been working so far, I will not be able to build a house in my entire life. But for those who have high-paying jobs, building a luxurious house is not difficult.

Seeing how much expensive right now to buy house I am really disappointed with my self around five years ago having much money from bounties campaign but not buying house and prefer for buying many altcoin has downtrend values right now. In last several years ago maybe spent out $10k until $15k is more enough fund to buy luxury house located at the right and good place but right now is not really enough yet buying good house with that amount.
Now I start from the zero by saving around $200 until $300 monthly to buy house and expect I can buy around two or three years later, if get luckiness my holding altcoin raise to higher price I won't delay to buy house right now before price get increasing significant few years later.
