I'm now on week 6 of rollbit freezing all services and withdrawals on my account
Live support is completely unresponsive and it appears compliance moves at a snails pace. I've insisted on involving a neutral third party for mediation, even one of their choosing, but there's a complete lack of communication on their end. In my 15+ years of betting offshore, I've never seen such a large scale operation act this way; this is typically how small tier shady books operate
I will continue to update this thread as more information becomes available
As stated on my previous post, Rollbit wasn't just withdraw themselves from this forum for dispute resolution, they withdraw themselves from every third party ADR. Every. And that's because players in the past tend to [and was encouraged by several members here] escalate to ADR despite the case was being actively tried here.
It creates a situation of double-ticket [if not triple or quadruple], where they have to respond on both platform, each with their own pace and development. Thus, they remove their support from every platform and goes into one-stop-streamline.
So in other words, rollbit has decided they'll be the judge, jury and executioner in every dispute against them. You just worded it in a way that makes it seem like it's just easier to streamline as an operation, when from an outsiders perspective it just looks like a way to do whatever they'd like without being held accountable [...]
Unfortunately, yes. Upon ceasing from any dispute resolution platform, their compliance department become the judge, jury, and [in most cases] executioner. They will begin with invitation to contact their compliance dept under blanket statement of multi-acc, and if they find you're indeed breached a ToS, they will hit you with blanket statement of AML/ATF and offer you to raise it to legal course if you want to.
I worded it the way Razer informed me, simplified. Because I can explain word-for-word of the basis why Rollbit hit players with multi-acc for starter and AML/ATF as closing statement, if you want me to. But that's a long and headache I don't want to redo over and over as I've explained in many of older cases against Rollbit. Do I like it? No. Can I do anything about it? No.
Can you do something about it? Yes, create a flag with concrete evidence of their wrongdoings and why you're on the right side. If DTs deemed your substantiating evidence is enough, they'll support... I'll support.
Perhaps it's time to get Rollbit the banner.
Are we expected to believe it's just a coincidence that the online casino that has *by far* the most multi accounting accusations against players has decided to deny any third party mediation? It doesn't seem shady at all that I'm willing to have any trusted third party mediate this case while they don't?
Again, I had built trust with rollbit despite literally hundreds/thousands of accusations against them over the past few years. It again doesn't seem like a coincidence that after 2.5 years of seamless deposits/withdrawals they decide to throw around baseless accusations just as my account balance balloons
I've been willing to work with them this entire time while they continue to ignore me
No, as mentioned above [it come to my awareness that I haven't mentioned that
here on this thread, so, my apology for that] tge multi-accounting accusation is their blanket statement to invite you to reach their compliance team, where the team will handle and check your account. You --and other players-- are not necessarily actually multi-acc, it's simply their blanket statement.
Razer explained to me once [or was it twice?] about the basis of this blanket statement, the ground that justify it, but I am too lazy to spell it out again, over andd over, every time a case against rollbit popped up.
