The forum will not be responsible for any deal we are taking on this platform, everyone will be fully responsible for any due with other members he engaged himself with, some are being greedy and this is actually affecting them because couldn't afford to differentiate between a real offer and a fake one, always ignore unsolicited links and offers through PM.
Yeah. Not just in this forum but everywhere everyone really should have this kind of mindset because when something unwanted happens the risk is your own especially if the problem happens because we weren’t careful about what occurs when interacting, especially with other members in this forum. Usually, greed often makes beginners easy to trick because they get tempted by every offer presented. So, really any time a PM comes in, we should verify it, and it's even highly recommended to ask on the forum, especially when it involves crypto which has a lot of scam schemes. Or to be safer like you said, always ignore any links or offers that come through private messages regardless of whether they’re from old or new members. Always protect yourself with caution and don't rush to make decisions that can be detrimental regarding your assets to new people through PM. Even DT members are also untrustworthy, especially since there are so many DT members who end up with negative labels. Even if you trust DT members, you must look at feedback first. The point is don't easily trust anyone.

This forum is having best way of learning for anyone because from things are never been easy to stay on good if someone needs to do business then firstly he needs to understand consequences never go Strate forward do some search and then have things on practical level many stories and things are happen which were never been expected because many believe they are having better way of taking others money through their strategy. Use the best thing for safety and then start your journey, otherwise it's never been coming back to you, and you will be down and out for trades.
Always escrow, and for other things, always have your own satisfaction because this will increase your safety and also cut the risk of losing, but still never trust. Just stay on alert, and having things under your own control is the best strategy.
This is forum is very perfect, because it is educative and informative. People get to know more about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies from this particular forum. Newbies need to learn more and understand the rules, characteristics and other things concerning this forum. Everyone needs to be extra careful to avoid any silly mistakes. Everything is possible this days because it is possible for someone to PM you for business, but he has wrong intentions towards. He might use that to take advantage of you and scam with so much possibility. Greediness and lack of contentment can easily affect some without following any safety precautions. You’re very correct, this forum is very educative, most especially for all newbies that really want to learn about bitcoin. But as we are learning we should be careful because of scammers who pretend to be real people and pm you all in the name of, they want to do business with you. Don’t allow greed to make you ignore safety precautions, make sure you verify if truly they’re real and their information are also real before trusting anybody with your money.

The key here is to always verify, check the names if they're the actual user that you're dealing with and it's not someone who pretends to them. Because a few rumble letters can fool a person if they're not checking it thoroughly. And this isn't only applicable to forum but also in other platforms and in real life that we have to be cautious and be that person who verify at most times. These matters is also what I've learned from the forum that I am now applying in real life and wherever I go IRL and in other platforms.

Additionally, it is crucial to carefully verify a user's trustworthiness, and reputation. They might have a poor reputation or have become untrustworthy due to past misconduct. In short, you need to know all relevant information about a user before interacting with them, and espesially before conducting any business. This applies to similar platforms as well; and the issues I mentioned frequently occur on other social media sites, too. Therefore, try not to place your trust blindly without verifying all these details (including the information you mentioned).

Bringing it up to public is what newbies are to do when ever they received any massage via pm from any member of the forum that involves transactions, bringing it up to public will save such newbie from becoming a victim of scam if such business was supposed to be scam one, since people in the forum will definitely deliberate on it if it's something legit or not. Sometimes people become a victim of scam due to greed, thinking if it works they will be rich so they won't tell others about it, most of them also feels they know it all not knowing there are more smarter people who can convince and make them become a victim of scam.

I agree to this, posting any pm in your inbox to the public will expose those scamming people on this forum using business and stuff that are not allowed on this forum, as you said greed and no it all syndrome will not allow some members to post it publicly believing to be rich from it first before others, there is no genuine business ideas that someone has that he wont discuss it on a thread for people to invest in, if only scam projects that they will introduce to you in your pm. Newbies the only pm you should reply If necessary is correction on hoe you make post on any thread, some senior members might pm you to correct you, if you wish to reply it's your decision, but just correct what they observe and move on, no business should be discussed in pm, bring everything to public if is real and you want more people to invest.

I saw a thread some weeks ago where someone was complaining, that he received a message about investment from someone in this forum.
Receiving a message from a high ranking member on this forum relating to an investment is already a red flag, because I don't see any other investment that I will be introduced to if not Bitcoin by a completely random member on this forum that I will believe it. So it is our duty to always stay security conscious no matter what the trust rate of a user says. Because it's very possible that Mr A might trust someone simply because of the successful business deal they had in the past, and when it gets to your turn you might be scammed due to either the amount involved was huge or the account was sold to a completely new user. So we should be security conscious at always when dealing with people on this forum.

Too verify everything which include someone's reputation if you get to talk with them and both of you are in a party to do a trade. Don't be too believing with anybody unless you're able to verify it and so doing your homework to know how reputable the person you're talking to will depend on you. Your time, your effort and your output. Don't make it lazy for yourself when it involves some important information and money.

it is better to be looked down on than to be scammed, some people feel they don't want people to look down on them or think they are not smart that is why they sometimes refused to bring issues like that to the public.
Very true. Because sometimes the reason people end up being scammed is simply because they believe they know it all and people would look down on them if they asked some questions. But the truth is that no one is an island of knowledge, no matter how smart or knowledgeable one is, you’ll always have someone who’s smarter one step ahead of you, and this is the advantage that scammers often have over certain people, they claim to be too knowledgeable to be victimized by scammers only to miss it at a point and actually got scammed, which could have been easily avoided if they had maybe reached out to one or two persons. A long time ago we were sitting outside of my house in the evening observing nature and suddenly a friend of mine who was there with me received a message and immediately he became restless and ask me for a pen and piece of paper which I gave him I asked him what is the problem he refused to tell me anything he said I should wait, then I stayed calm and later on he went to the house the next day he came back and told me he has lost huge amount of money and I asked how come, he told me that when we were sitting at the front of my house someone sent him a message and told him he's from his bank and asked for some details that his account is having issues which she gave to him and that was how the person wiped out all the money in his account. If he had told me I would have told him not to send any information to them because I have heard about such scam before, so it is very important to always tell someone about something that you really don't understand.

I believe I’ve had similar experiences too with a friend, but this one he was deceived into believing he was gonna be sold a fixed odd that he can bet on and hit a huge multiplier. It was during a Sunday service, and just like your friend, this friend of mind received a message on his phone, I watched him very serious with his phone while sermon was going on, I asked him what was going on but he said nothing. I didn’t put much attention to it, it was the next day he told me what really happened. So funny how people often fall into traps simply because they feel they know it all and then hastily grab opportunities that would have been easily identified as a scam if they had only shared with someone else or spoken up.
