Not only did support just act like nothing was going on now I can't even click the support tab, my profile shows nothing and I have no screenshot of my winnings, there's no email either. I had requested a 7 sol withdrawal and a 6 sol withdrawal after waiting for 2 days, then my account was blocked and the support played dumb.
I was mostly playing live casino and some slots, mostly live casino.
Vega is building their image and I have also contacted their support services, and it is handled professionally. so I don't think they would be so careless as to try playing dumb when there are accusations like this.
so my suggestion, you need a proper report to file your complaint.. you can't accuse this of being a scam platform when all you've provided is a screenshot of your blocked account and a claim that you have a balance there that needs to be withdrawn. I'm not trying to defend anyone, but there are rules for everything, even if you want to take this to a higher level, you need to provide well-documented evidence, without that your allegations won't be taken seriously.
Vega has an email on their website, you can try to contact support from there if you don't find live support.
