I beg to differ. Being active isn’t always a sign of credibility. Just recently, a casino was exposed for pulling a scam and the evidence were undeniable but the OP shamelessly kept updating the announcement thread coming up with new excuses every time. However, being active does help keep the community engaged which is important to gain loyal users and helps spread the word.
The most important thing is to be present and respond when there is an issue that needs to be solved or questions that need to be answered.

Valid reasoning. I believe you are talking about Betmoco where the scammer was hyperactive throughout the initial stages to assuage our fears making the site seem legit though some members like me and some others always knew something was off.

A legendary member running their signature campaign was also actively advertising them, but he unintentionally helped them. Basically, actions speak louder than words due to which activity isn't everything in this context.

That's good know, when a brand is working with an experienced campaign manager, they will continue to do things the right way especially when they seek the advise of the manager, for the op to know what to do and has done it at the right time, it surely means that someone is behind that idea but I must acknowledge the fact that they have acted very well,  communication remains the best way to reaching out to the environment you're doing business in, as for their presence, it's been felt, I hope to see them continue like this.

yup, we know it's been a long time since we've seen a representative making a post on this forum. However, the update to this thread at least proofing that they are still reading and paying attention to feedback they got from the community. If a casino representative is active and he or she is not answering questions and complains from users of the casino or the Brand and the is seeing those complains, then something is wrong. The interest of the representative is only the casino or the Brand and not for the betterment of the casino. Updating the ANN thread without responding to the complains kills the casino very fast because people will not have the interest to play games or use the services of the brand and we will see that brand as a scam (attempting) casino.

I’ve been double-checking whether they actually updated it or not. It looks like everything’s settled now, the Twitter link in this thread has been updated to the newest account, and the footer on the Vega.bet site is already pointing to their new X profile too. So, the team probably finished this yesterday. Even though they didn't post a specific update about it, you can just hover over the hyperlink in the OP to see the changes from team.

I just checked that and it is true that everything is already directed to the correct X link, even though we haven't received any updates from the OP regarding what they are doing, but I am sure they are reading all the interactions in this thread and just need some time before they can be active here. because I see that their X account updates frequently, so their PR team should also consider being active here to post promotions or events.
