The forum rep has always been online as of when I last checked the profile, and with the last reading, it was last active on the 1st of this month. last month I tried to contact support team from their support pages on site, from my experience they are very responsive to give answer for anything there as far as the question related to their services. For now, i think they are not having dedicated team to handle this Ann thread yet. and remember, support chat and live community chat is totally different. if you need team support, contact them using support menu (on the left pages) instead community chat.
