Maybe most of the time whales don't actually care much about the standard bonuses given if they know that there's high wager requirement condition asked. What actually I notice is most of whales actually going after with VIP exclusive perks of the casino especially if they have attractive offers to their VIP's.

Yeah for interested bonus grabbers much better to read the TOS or even visit the community to ask certain condition so that they can clarify and avoid confusion towards what they are trying to avail given by the casino to them.

And I would add: if you won't read the TOS of inform yourself about bonuses, it is almost better to ignore them. I am the kind of user who is not too interested in them, and nothing happens, you can still entertain yourself without delving into the calculations necessary to take advantage of the bonuses.

If you are a whale and there's a lot of money at stake, it's another story, but casual users who simply want to be entertained don't need to complicate things if they don't want.

I am sure the team will be going through the discussions going on this thread because this is their official thread as far as Bitcointalk is concerned, so I am sure the will come first update soon because I can see the interactions in their X accounts is improving even though they are still at the earlier stage, but their engagements is improving and with time everything will be ok.
Being active can give users confidence on any platform, the uses will feel encouraged especially if their complaints are been listened to.

It's true that if the OP can be active here, it would be a plus because they can directly answer any problems or questions from users, which provides satisfaction to them, but maybe because they are still in the early stages of development, they might need time to adjust their schedules and other priorities, so there's no harm in giving them time for that.. even so, I'm sure that they monitor whatever discussions are in this thread and have been following the conversation even though they don't always respond actively.

The forum rep has always been online as of when I last checked the profile, and with the last reading, it was last active on the 1st of this month. I can see some users are can trying their best to drop updates and answer some questions that are been asked here, and I can see that their live support is active to answer questions even though the live chat can be not that is programmed to give a specific answer, but I am sure everything will be alright.
last month I tried to contact support team from their support pages on site, from my experience they are very responsive to give answer for anything there as far as the question related to their services. For now, i think they are not having dedicated team to handle this Ann thread yet. and remember, support chat and live community chat is totally different. if you need team support, contact them using support menu (on the left pages) instead community chat.

And I would add: if you won't read the TOS of inform yourself about bonuses, it is almost better to ignore them. When it happened to us, we tend not to believe it since it’s very rare to see. You almost lose, but then make a comeback with only a small loss in the end. This morning I watched Spinsverse doing a livestream and they lost around $2,600 without making a comeback in blackjack. Taking a rest is probably the best choice since that kind of luck doesn’t come twice. Reset and maybe next week you can get better results.
