I've not seen or come across this before now, but it does sounds interesting and if I come across it, I will really love to try it out, this is going to be really fun and informative at same time, if it is real time traffic you are actually betting on, then it will help inform you about the traffic situation around your city where you are playing the game from. It sounds like a game that will be easy to win if you are careful enough to observe the time and also notice patterns because it looks like a game that will follow patterns most of the times.

Honestly, this kind of bet isn’t exactly new to me. When I was younger, my friends and I used to make bets on how many vehicles would pass by in front of us. Pretty stupid, I know, but somehow it was still fun. 

The funny part is, seeing this kind of bet on a gambling site is actually a first for me. It’s oddly interesting though. Maybe I should give it a try, purely for entertainment and to relive my old “professional vehicle counting” days

Yes I have witnessed this kind of gambling but it was on more younger age maybe as a teenager and we didn't gamble it with real money at that time because we barely know how to make money then and didn't know the value of money. So we gambled on it with what we had in our possession then maybe using the cork of drinks like soft drinks or beer which was valuable or the seed of African Star Apple because we needed them for counting or to learn counting in school. If you get the accurate car then you win part of those counting corks or seeds depending on how many was agreed for the bet. So I have knowledge of it and it is not new to me. If that method of gambling has been transformed into casino, that will be interesting to play.

I came across short videos with same UI and people celebrating something. I first thought it was some kind of a game, or activity for fun. Turns out it is new gambling game Never thought that people have such creative thinking mind, that they have turned CCTV into gambling I would actually play this game, because it is a life city, life traffic, it not boring because you see new situation all the time.

Yes, it's creative approach to gambling with this new kind of games. At least we have something new, I think the last great hype on games is the aviator but it simply died down as the hype grows and somewhat gamblers have mental fatigue on it. This is the first time that I heard of this one to be honest, but it's quite interesting so I will have to check it out later. And for us who have lived in some countries that life traffic is normal, maybe we can all relate to it, have fun and then profit some money too in the end. It might not be boring for the most of us for now, but let's see if they can evolved this game into a more interesting catch.

I have seen such a game, when you see picture from random place on earth, and using google maps street view you have to find this place. This is a game for PC and it is competitive. When there is a competition between two players, it is easy to implement betting element into it. Or make timer and play against casino; manage to find place until time runs out=you win. If there is no already such game, such idea can be sold to casinos

I believe this specific game is new since I frequently check available live games on every casino that I play but this game is new to me too.

I checked the provider for this game and I notice that they have few games available. I believe they are just new game provider for live games and I like their creativity for bringing this type of game.

I like their idea of bringing real life live video on betting.

Never seen this before but it’s not something I would be interested in. I guess you could study the intersection at certain times of the day, over a sustained period and give yourself an edge by building up data on average crossings at certain times. This is one step too far for me though, I do not want to be betting on stuff like this.

This is actually not common betting option and for sure that majority of gamblers here don't know its existence, but I doubt there are people have interest to bet on traffic since its not entertaining option to do so.

So same as you I don't think that I will bet on traffic, because this is already out of my scope. I'm more entertain to watch and bet on sports, rather than following those boring data's brought up by traffic situations.

Honestly it's my first time seeing it. I think you can bet on almost anything because anything has some certainty of happening and/or not happening. This game seems fun and people who know that place or live there must have a slight edge as they know the traffic around there, they will have a better chance winning the bet and predicting correctly, Also those who dont know that place will try to know this place better and study the traffic this can lead to people studying that place and knowing it better in order to win the bet, this type of betting can be used by intelligence agencies to let people do the work for them and collect info, what do you think about this?? I think this betting has a lot of Advantages Economically.

This new betting game look like a game where legal result manipulation can occur. If casino dont change live view cameras and show only several of them, it is possible to define the place, find locals that for some amount of money would block traffic to make bettor win his prediction. If this is recorded video, then such way of gambling does not look to be fair. Nevertheless, this game is really unique. It is a new step forward from traditional gambling.

This game looks interesting to some extent. It's the first time I'm seeing it's kind. From my observation it's purely luck based and getting to know the exact number of cars crossing wouldn't be feasible, so I like the over/under selections. Betting on a range of cars seems like a better deal. I'll love to try it out, maybe I'll enjoy it if it's as fun as it looks in the image.

Could you also share the casino your using, just in case I don't find it on my regulars.

I remember the movie – Rush Hour with Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker as main casts. Those years of my youth and movie watching.

Anyway, away from movies. I've yet to see any bet like that. However, I'm not doubtful that such exists. I expect to see more ridiculous games for people to bet on. It's invention. Curiosity drives it. To be honest, I won't be flummoxed if tomorrow there's a game like "First to Pee". After all, people eat live worms for sports.

If this is a government cctv or equipment then for sure there would be those criticisms for that on which instead on using up for monitoring it is rather used for gambler/betting but of course if everything being that announced that its a separate camera or what then there would be no issue but for sure it would be  that making up some noise but if its legal then there are no problems. As for a private company or individual who do set out that cctv then of course it would be having that needed for some permits on doing this.

Going back into this kind of betting, then this is my first time on having this kind of betting on which it is just that literally counting up those vehicles passing on which this is that very unique or not common. Whom had thought that this one would be having that possibility on betting into it? Is this getting up some tons of bettors lately?

Never seen that before and never bet on it. I only know Rush Hour is a movie which Jackie Chan is the actor.

In busy hour, that street should be crowd which many vehicles across on that street. If you familiar with the street, you may know how many vehicles that you should guess.

It is betting on the real situation which makes it more difficult to guess so that depends on the vehicles pass on the street.

AFAIK, they are using separate CCTV based on the description of the game provider. I’m sure government property is not allowed to use for this kind of game.

There’s already a tag on upper right corner of the game that marks the owner of the live video which is set up on different country. I though too this was a government CCTV at first glance.

Much like almost everyone in this thread, i never knew something like this existed. One for car lovers, lol. On a more serious note, the providers know that many people do not only gamble on what they have interest in, for example, a football lover gambling on EPL games, but people just put their money on anything, as long as there is a possibility of winning. I tested this cctv betting game, it is really fun. The story here is you have to predict how many car or people will cross the road before the signal change based on live traffic camera feed. Over or under, range and even an exact count will warm your pocket, lol..

The most interesting thing is that each round last only 55 second and there is no rng or manipulation, the whole thing is calculated and the result are given in real time. How can you know there is no manipulation? The whole thing could be powered by AI that can manipulate the number of vehicles in real time and in relation to the bets received. It may be fun, but I wouldn't believe it's 100% fair unless I was standing at that intersection and counting cars.
