Actually, it makes sense gambling continues to be outlawed in your country if there are authorities, and probably politicians who are getting paid by those illegal casinos in order for them to continue to operate with impunity.

With the rising number of illegal casinos, actually its hard to determine now whether you are playing in a legal casino site or you are being trapped in an illegal casino. If only facebook itself can filter all what's being advertised in every facebook account, hence the rate of illegal casinos stealing the people's money will be reduced. I've had a free bonus, won with winnings before being asked to make a deposit to make the account able to withdraw.  In that case it was a legitimate operation and I got the winnings and also my deposit back.
  I did think it was unfortunate I had to do that but apparently it was a regular rule for them and I dont think its unheard of for that to be the case.

I hate to say this, but the number of gamblers getting addicted to gambling is increasing rapidly, and it's affecting many people in a negative way. I'm not against gambling in general, but always, always gamble responsibly. Illegal gambling websites will always pop up no matter what happens, and we've already seen some online influencers promoting them despite the fact that the authorities are trying to ban them. The best thing that they can do is to just warn other people about these influencers promoting illegal gambling websites. As for the impact, I don't think that it's that huge because let's face it. Those legal gambling sites are still earning way more compared to these illegal gambling websites.

Actually thats a question bro haha cause I dont know if theres an illegal site that accept crypto but for p2e games Id experience a deposit address via stablecoin which turns out to be a scam. But as I remembered I have a nephew who are addicted on gambling sites or scatter  and mention to me some that uses crypto for depositing. Maybe I ask him if its real or what are the names and if those are still active today.

Hahaha you really understand the conditions that occur in my country, It is indeed regulated and illegal gambling is even protected.
Even though the police know where the bookie or the owner of the business is, the police only arrest those who play and become gambling addicts, not address the problem.

When Im browsing about the update on gambling news in the Philippines saw this post last week by ABS CBN news reported that there are lots of complain on more than 1800 gambling sites in the beginnjng of 2026. Pagcor one of the Philippines Government issued a warning to all users to avoid clicking on social medias post on Facebook and Tiktok about illegal gambling sites.

Actually its not hard if you do really just do your assignment and with that mix up of your common sense and ability to observe. Actually its not had because internet is free for you to make up some searches on which you would be able to confirm whether its a sketchy site or not. If its totally brand new then you can wait for other to verify and look for some real time and not fake feedbacks towards it. The hard part on this one is if you do able to read up some fake feedbacks and directly made out some conclusion on making up some deposits. I think most of the people complaining are probably those who are just losing. Some people complain, some don’t, so it is now up to the gambling site on how they will handle those issues. But honestly, whether it is illegal gambling or legal gambling, it is still gambling. The only big difference is that with illegal gambling, the government does not benefit from taxes.

Gamblers are not stupid though. Even if a gambling site is not registered, or they call it illegal, players will still trust it if it has a good reputation. At the end of the day, reputation matters more to many gamblers than the license itself.
