Casinos will do everything to ensure gamblers lose. Changing dealers makes the gambler adjust to the situation again. That is the crazy thing that happens in physical casinos. The next thing that will happen is that the gambler will leave the table…I'll be doing that for sure.

Well, sometimes we think that they are too unfair. When the situation is in their favor, they don't do crazy things like this. But when the gamblers get a piece of it, they will stop them. And sometimes have been accused of cheating.

This is roulette by the way, I have this kind of experience, not that I'm winning big, but I have played before wherein me and my buddies are in a streak then suddenly they've change the lady dealer and so after that, we lost after one spin with the new dealer and I told them that we better stop and take the profits and that's what we did.

Dealers change (suddenly) because they have a schedule. If I remember correctly, it's 20 minutes, after which they take a (legal) break for another 20 minutes. Dealers aren't robots and can't work (note: playing roulette is work for them, not entertainment, as it is for gamblers like you) nonstop, so they need rest.

The casino can exploit this as a loophole and replace "weak" dealers with "stronger" ones if one of the gamblers is extremely lucky. In theory, this could be exploited, because I've heard stories of roulette dealers bragging about being able to throw the ball in a certain zone and cell (with sufficient experience and skill).

But personally, I'm inclined to think that dealer changes have more to do with their work schedule than with the casino's malicious intent to interrupt your winning streak.

Crazy run by this gamblers, but sooner or later casinos will have to stop them. Their method? Change the dealer to disrupt everything, you can hear it that the gamblers wanted that dealer back but they say that he will just take a break.

And obviously the new dealer will have different throws and so they stop this gamblers from continuing their winning streak.

If they casino is smart then they should also think more smarter and don't let the casino outplayed them.

But workers really need to have a break and maybe what happen on the video is just coincidence.

Although I have not played offline casinos. But as far as i know in reality casinos always build systems to maintain their advantage, Changing dealers can sometimes be just part of a regular break, but it is normal for players to feel different especially when they are winning well, I think it is wise to come out with a profit at such times, because in the end, the odds are more in favor of the casino in this type of game.

Casino will always try their best not to allow winning to be certain,  whatever way they can make the game very unpredictable and winning must only come from luck. If they should allow the game to go the way it is going they will be at lose and gamblers will take advantage of making enough money from the casino.  

The only way casino can make profit from gambling is to make the game more unpredictable and they stand a better chance of winning more than gamblers. If this that was done is not against the game and casino have the right to make some changes like this then their is nothing wrong about game this only means luck will be hard to attain.

Roulette has always been a game which deals with luck. The dealer doesn't decide the outcome; the players just make their pick, place their bet, and the dealer runs the spin, which, if their luck shines, they win, and if it doesn't, they lose. In this case, those two dudes seem to be getting it very well, and the casino mgr was not too okay with that. They just needed to mess with their mind and confidence level. It's not like they have control over the outcome; it has always been an unpredictable game.

I think theres no cheating happening when the dealers change and probably not due to the winning streak. Cause whatever the new dealer try to throw it, the outcome will not magically change that will favor them and you suddenly lose. If you lose means thats just randome and a coincidence only.

Plus the game being played is roullete, I never heard or any news that theres a cheating on this game or proven mechanism to change outcome of the game by measly chaning the dealer.

Well, casinos always do that because they can't allow a gambler to keep winning without any limits as that will put them at a loss for the day, probably, or even if they are not going to lose, but they can't afford to let a single gambler win that much because it's not good for business. This happens even in online casinos where if a gambler keeps winning, either in sports betting or in a casino game, the casino will eventually limit the player and then they won't be able to make large bets or even be able to play for a certain amount of time. I have seen so many cases of people complaining about this thing, but there is nothing you can do, and they probably have this written somewhere in their terms and conditions.

I also agree with those saying that it must have only been their luck making them win and it should have nothing to do with the dealer, but maybe the casino was thinking that they are winning because of the dealer and his way of handling the table, so they decided to change the dealer to see if it works or not. Of course, they are not going to bring the dealer back only because the gamblers are asking for him, because the gamblers would surely want that since they were constantly winning.

Does this happen to be just a coincidence or was the dealer of the casino actually influencing the outcome of the session?

I previously experienced the same thing as the OP, playing roulette from Evolution. I had been feeling very lucky, having a winning streak for several hours. But when the casino dealer changed, I felt like I was losing more often, even losing all my winnings. I thought the previous dealer was easier to predict. But the next day, I tried playing roulette again, but the results were different. Even though I was playing with the same dealer when I had the winning streak.

After that experience, I concluded that the dealer doesn't affect our chances of winning and that it was just coincidence.

I completely get why those gamblers would have liked to continue to have the same dealer, because they assume the dealer themselves was their "charm".

It is actually kind of silly as well how the casino played into these superstitions and opted to change the dealer.

Instead, they take advantage of the psychological condition of gamblers who believe too strongly in such superstitions, such as thinking that a dealer is some kind of lucky charm. The casino may change the dealer to disrupt the gamblers’ beliefs. This can cause them to become overly cautious with their bets and eventually experience losses, which may trigger emotional reactions and lead them to gamble more recklessly. But what does the dealer have to do with them winning? I mean, no matter who the dealer is and no matter what throw they make, the game is still a game of chance. At the end of it all, what they experience is just a coincidence, they just got really lucky before the dealer got changed.

The thing is casino don't want they lose much money so they will prevent anything they can to hold gamblers winning much. Changing the dealer is the thing they can distracting the attention from gamblers and others who watch the match.

But if you have luck, the changing dealer will not affect you and you will still winning but casinos can do many things. Maybe they will check you and make sure you don't cheat them.

This guy was really lucky having that kind of luck in a row, I mean it makes sense since the casino is going to do everything just to stop the winning streak, still this is just all luck.

There are times where watch a lot of this kind of gambler in the casino where they are actually winning a lot, for some reason this are some gambler vloggers or influencers I guess, but they are vlogging or atleast documenting how they are going to dominate the casino everytime, but in the end of it, usually what is going to happened is they are gonna get ask by the manager of some sort that they can't continue playing anymore because he is just too good for the casino and the gambler can't play anymore with that reason. Not that I see it casino are actually making the survielance seems like what we are seeing on some movies are true where they are looking at the people who are winning a lot and disrupting them to stop them from playing because they just keep on winning whatever happened. So they just need to stop them, I mean I completely understand that since casinos are still a business and they need to make a profit, but this kind of thing seems unfair most of the time.

That is not the case at all. Changing the dealer is a final attempt to mess with the player's focus and cause some delays in attempt to distract the player. When the new dealer is there, you would slightly shift your focus from focusing on throwing to trying to understand the new dealer's pattern to be sure he is not being cunny, so you're already distracted. This is just an attempt to mess with the player's head. If the players remains focused, it wouldn't affect him.

It happens even in football, Time wasting can affected the outcome of certain events like a penalty kick. If the VAR spends too much time reviewing, Or there is a conflict between players prior to the kick being taken which takes a while to resolve, the player taking the spot kick is already distracted and there would be a higher possibility of missing the kick.

I believe it’s not necessary for the casino to distract players by changing dealer since they knew there’s always a time that players will be lucky.

Their advantage is when this player still keeps playing even after the winning streak since later on it will just lose against the house edge.

The change of dealer might be due to the dealer rotation which is the standard on every casino. I doubt the influencer gambler is not aware on that changes since it’s a standard practice.

Every crazy run reaches its peak at some point, and from there the only way is down... You can say the dealer caused it, maybe it's the machine, or it's simply bad luck. It's gambling, nobody wins all the time, and we all have good & bad runs. In reality, most of us probably have more bad than good runs... but there are always exceptions; there are people who have more good than bad runs, but it's a minority.

Everything possible rhwy would do to make sure gamblers losses may not be in the intention of not giving a chance to win at all if not, a well self coordinated gambler will exit and never come back if after long term experience with zero (0) winning records.

However, in the case of changing the dealer maybe of one their officiating strategies where a dealers time of active duty elapses, so he/she will be replaced.

It can also be an indirect significant of the casino that they want you to stop playing during when your luck over shines. I am sure they won't literally ask you to stop but forces you to stop.

Well, obviously the dealer had nothing to do with your winning streak nor he was influencing the game in any way, otherwise he would have been fired by the casino, obviously. He fact you continued to see the same dealer the next day or so, reassures it was all a coincidence and he has playing fairly.

Also, I agree with you. Casinos have a very profitable tendency to understand the feeling of gamblers and explore how they can get more money from both gamblers who are cautious with their money and also from gamblers who feel cocky and believe they can defeat the casino during their oncoming session.

I don't usually go for on-line casino experiences, so I don't have much to say when comes to the house switching their dealers.

I have met quite a lot of superstitious gamblers and so on that basis i can understand why this would be a problem for certain gamblers. The dealers do not do a different job. Even if they get changed a couple of times, their role remains the same, such as spinning the wheel, enforcing rules, etc. That said, some gamblers could believe that changing the dealer mid-game could disrupt their rhythm and all, but i believe it is all in their head.
