I think I came across a casino that was posting biggest wins in their casino on their Twitter account, but they never gave details. They only posted that $ amount was on in sports betting, but never showed ticket, event used for that prediction, nothing. I think that is red flag, when casinos fake or hide information about winnings in their casino.

Or casinos that add their logo over video that has nothing to do about gambling, and add promotional info in post. Video like this https://x.com/bcgame/status/1871024774413218142?t=v56Ie0r6_wSBDEc6tJyVkA&s=19. Woman earned/made "6 hundred and 85 dollars" (she does not state how and where), but in post it is tried to show that she has won 60,085 in gambling.
Those casinos that also hire influencers who showcase fake wins. These influencers will promote these casinos by claiming how they had easily won thousands without stress. They will never give clarifications on how they won, but keep showing big wins. This is indeed a red flag since they are deceiving people.

To sum-up that, if your experience with casino starts with a lie, dont expect anything good from it.

Today it is best to check everything you see online or what others say online. Even if what casino say and show is true, we are so used to being deceived, that it is worth to spend some time and check everything. I know that not everyone do that, but new or never seen before game provider can be a red flag as well.

Many casino sites are out there, and while some of the casino sites are very trustworthy, some also can be very frustrating. Is very important that as a gambler before you use a casino site, try and verify the legitimacy of the platform. Check for reviews and trust score, also check for regulation and licensing by the appropriate authority and when once these criteria are met, which means the site is fit to operate. Besides these factors, there are also other factors that can make a casino site untrustworthy. Various gamblers have what makes a genue and legitimate casino site for them and to me , if a casino site is regulated and licensed and is satisfying their customers needs such as easy accessibility, early payout, easy deposit and withdrawal, I think such casino site should be counted worthy and not for the reason that a casino site is new.

I wonder what are red flags that you guys watch for in order to avoid scams?
Untrustworthy casinos have some signs that can easily be guessed that the casino is not legit or the casino is untrustworthy. There are some casinos that offer gamblers some eye catching offers that are hard to believe in order to attract them to their site. When there are unusual offers than usual, those casinos can cheat gamblers. Some casinos offer bonuses without a deposit. Users must be careful of these casinos. Moreover, the terms and conditions they have are also unclear. Some common problems such as repeatedly asking for KYC information, waiting for a long time for withdrawals, account restrictions for minor reasons, and various other suspicious signs will make it easy to find a fake casino.
It's true about the various signs you had mentioned as part of what should be expected to spot out a potential scam casino. As in, how can a casino that is out to make profit be offering gamblers huge juicy rewards that can reck the reserve of the casino and take them out of business. The excuse to this unbelievable offers is that they are in need of customers so they want to do this to attract customers but regardless of that,, gamblers has to be very sensitive about a new casino behaviour and not get carried away.

Both of you were extremely right, and particularly concerning unrealistic offers and suspicious actions. I believe that one of the greatest warning signs is when a casino popularizes bonuses which appear to be too good to be true, as it is often accompanied with a set of hidden strings attached to them, such as very high wagering needs. There is also the problem of being asked to supply documents multiple times, which happens with simultaneous requests to supply KYC and delay withdrawals, which is a serious issue, and with some platforms, doesn’t happen at all. The other aspect to be observed is vague or excessively complicated terms and conditions that could be exploited against players in the future. To my mind the actual test of the reliability of any casino is the effectiveness with which they will handle withdrawals in a timely manner.
