Those who think themselves to be smart has found out later to have lost massively while gambling, what is most important when it comes to gambling is just self control and the need to have a limit and line while gambling.

I don't think it is possible for someone to be thinking about gambling everyday and if this is true then the person must be an addict because someone who is responsible will never think of gambling every day because they have other important things to do with their time. To keep gambling within reasonable limits, the method is actually quite simple: we just need to manage our finances well. Every month or every week, we should set aside a specific budget for our leisure activities or hobbies, which should also include gambling.

I agree that it's up to other people to judge whether a bettor is intelligent or not, but in my case, I consider myself an intelligent bettor in the sense that I have a lot of discipline. For example, right now I'm on a break from sports betting. Since I only made 3 or 4 bets on World Cup games, I took a break from sports betting and will only return to betting at the end of August. The most interesting thing is that when I take a break from betting, I don't return to betting until the day I promised to return. This discipline of mine is something I consider to be an intelligent bettor. I also always bet with small amounts and always with an amount I can afford to lose.

Since it is very difficult to stay profitable over a long period in gambling, anyone who manages to do so likely has more than just a strategy. You have a point, but even though others should be the judge of the fact whether you are a smart bettor or not. You can also tell if you gamble smartly as well. But like you said, a lot of people would admit that they are smart gamblers even though they don't really gamble smartly. It is easier for others to tell you that you are a responsible gambler and you can keep track of your gambling activities to know that as well.

the first thing to understand as a gambler is the important of decision making if you think you want to take gambling as a source of income you will end up regretting because yoy will waste your time, your energy and youf money yet you will not end up winning to recover whet you will lose. It is commonly said that every story of a hunter and the lion that is written by the hunter will always glorifies the hunter, it is not in your place to tell yourself and us if you are a smart bettor or not, let those around you say so after having observed how you gamble, this is how you know for sure if you are a smart bettor or not, and this is because sometimes, even a known gambling addict may claim he or she is simply gambling like everyone is doing and that he is not addicted.

So, anybody can actually consider himself a smart bettor but in the end, it's only what other people say about our gambling habit that is correct, because they are the ones seeing and observing how and what manner of frequency we are betting, and from this, they get to tell if we are still betting smart or not.
