Anyone who is going to bypass restrictions whether from his country or from the casino should know that he is on his own when disputes arise between him and the casino. It is not about recommending safe means  of bypassing restrictions, the gamblers must be ready for the risks involved. Even if the said country is not listed on the casino as restricted, one day they will notice some unusual activities that will prompt them to restrict gamblers from that country and maybe, this new restriction may come at a very wrong timing, probably after a big win.
Though its a tough decision for gamblers to just quit from gambling due to the restrictions from their country, which some gamblers can maneuver their way out just to make sure they satisfy their urge in gambling, which might result some consequences that could trigger their account, which they can lost their funds or cause their account to be freeze. But having awareness of responsible gambling will make gamblers not to be affected by any restrictions.
The fact here is that gambling is banned in your country, being a responsible gambler does not solve the problem. In fact, anyone who claims to be responsible will choose to obey the government and avoid gambling completely. If you decide to gamble, maybe a bit responsibly, your account can still be banned and wins confiscated if the platform you are using decides to look into the case of your country and find out that you are an illegal customer. Bottomline is, if you still decide to gamble anyways, you are on your own. Maybe your advice works well here, be responsible and reduce your risk. If the worse happens, you will not be losing much

We need to elaborate more on the urge. I feel most gamblers underestimate the power of the urge to gamble. The urge to gamble always has a psychological effect on gamblers that overrides that sense of reasoning. That's why gamblers will go to great lengths to gamble, without thinking of the repercussions of the act, and not even country restrictions can stop them from gambling.

Curious how others see this situation, especially for players coming from countries where gambling is technically banned.
If a casino has your country on the blacklist, it is best to ignore that casino. However, if you want to gamble at that casino, first check the casino's reputation, then contact customer service and ask if you will face any problems in the future. If they reassure you, then gambling at that casino may be the right decision for you. If gambling is banned in your country, you can use a VPN to play KYC-free games.
