I'll add just a few. Gambling heavily and drinking heavily for one do NOT mix, bad idea! Gambling at night and gambling with lots of cash on you at night ( potentially walking back behind some wacky street alleys on the way home) No sir! Do not do that. Don't allow yourself to become a victum to gambling. I'm trying to think of another here, maybe just gambling every day of the week is not a good idea. Maybe take some days off in between gambling days to pace yourself.

This is a very fair point, this is because gambling is a game that requires maximum emotional control and concentration, and if a gambler is emotionally unstable at that point of engagement, many  things can go wrong and their main motive would end up being defeated, whether it’s for entertainment or for profits, because when gamblers get too emotional, they can easily result in chasing losses and win regardless of their motives for gambling.

Gamblers who stay up at night to gamble how do you do it? Because you should be sleeping, after a long day at work your body will need it's rest,I can't even stay up at night to watch movies, this was something I can do when I was younger but not anymore.

Just one addition from me bros @Grace333, don't gamble when you're in a bad mood. My biggest loss in gambling was when I gambled in a bad mood, it happened after I had problems at work, I thought about gambling to vent my frustration, but in the end I was wrong, it didn't vent anything & instead made me more frustrated.

I agree with you, gambling when you are mentally broken or in a state of instability in life actually makes the situation worse, gambling is made for entertainment, so we should only gamble when we need entertainment, and that must be within the capacity to lose.
