True, I once experienced this kind of situation.  Right after I got my pay, I gambled immediately thinking that I will be lucky that day, I was very confident, but then I lost miserably and spent some of the money for our daily needs.  I have to do some extra effort to replenish that lost funds for our dailies, and it is quite hard.  After that incident, I learned to allocate funds first and if there is extra, then I can engage in gambling without any worries using those extra money.
