On 16.03.2026 Bets.io deducted 254.8312 USDT from my balance, citing a violation of "Section 11: LOW RISK STRATEGY." I immediately contacted their support team to dispute this, as I have not used any automated software, predictive algorithms, or "low-risk" betting techniques (such as opposite betting or hedging).

The Issue:
Despite my request for transparency, the casino's compliance team responded with a generic message stating they "are unable to disclose specific internal detection methods" and that the "decision has been finalized."
I find it unacceptable that a regulated casino can seize a player's legitimate balance without providing a single specific instance, Game ID, or timestamp of the alleged violation. Vague references to Terms of Service are not a substitute for evidence of fraud.

I am seeking the full restoration of my 254.8312 USDT balance. If the casino maintains their position, I request that they provide this mediation platform with the specific logs or evidence that justified this seizure.

Sorry about the bad experience with Bets.io

There have a number of threads in this forum, but all just seem to be inactive. So getting support from here via their representatives may not be possible

A few threads i found
1. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5342654.0
2. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5471520
3. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5374505

Could you please upload your images to a better third party image hosting website like https://talkimg.com and then share the links in the original post

What kind of games did you play in the casino? What was your initial deposit? How much had you withdrawn before the blocked your account?

All bets i made in the casino were in the sportbook section. My initial deposit was 60 usdt and i never withdrew anything prior to seizure and block of account.

I did some research on Bets.io and found the following:
Bets.io operates under the Curaçao eGaming license.
This type of license is very weak, doesn't impose real oversight, and doesn't protect players.
It also allows the casino to apply its terms as it sees fit, so practically there is no entity to which you can effectively file a complaint. In other words, this often means you have no real protection.

Trustpilot User Reviews:
You'll find mixed reviews about Bets.io but there are clear complaints about:
Account freezes and Balance deductions and Withdrawal problems

Quoting you screenshots for visibility and easy follow up.

Since it's very hard to ascertain whether they are right or wrong as they are not willing to share any evidence for their claims in public. I suggest you try filing a complaint on askgamblers. Casino guru may not handle your issue since they do not mediate sports betting related issues

They have a Anjouan licensing.

That is even worse, an Anjouan license doesn't impose any oversight, nor does it provide any player protection whatsoever. You won't get any help from there.

In bonus related issues, AskGamblers rarely sides with the player. Most likely, your complaint will be closed with the conclusion that the casino "acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions," as those terms are generally very vague and often include a clause reserving their right to revoke any bonus and associated winnings. Still, AG is your best bet on retrieving those funds. Just don't expect much.

In general, I'd advise playing against bets.io or any related site. Even if they don't outright confiscate your balance, they have a tendency to delay withdrawals for months by asking for KYC documents, review it for weeks, then ask for more, rinse and repeat.

Edit:
I mistakenly assumed that the term "LOW RISK STRATEGY" referred to bonuses, as it makes no sense otherwise. However, it appears they are using it in the context of sports betting...

First, there is no section in their ToS titled "LOW RISK STRATEGIES." The cited Section 11 is titled "ANTI-FRAUD POLICY." I assume they consider low-risk betting to be fraud and are accusing you of it. And what is low-risk betting? Anything they say it is.

In the end, it doesn't really matter, whether they pay out or not is still completely up to them.
