This is really crazy. How can a person gamble with the person he loves, his life partner. What kind of gambler is he? This is nothing but madness. Gambling is a fun place where you can only use as much money as you can afford, but gambling with your valuable assets or the things you love is madness. I don't know how true this incident is, but if someone does this, I think they are mentally unbalanced or they consider gambling as the most important thing in their life.

This is a kind of heinous crime. I think that gambling addiction is more dangerous and harmful than drug addiction. With drug addiction you are only harming and destroying yourself, but with gambling addiction you are destroying the whole family, giving your life partner a hellish life, especially when your life partner is the exchange for gambling. These are stories I always see in movies or on social media posts, but never have I witnessed such a high level of gambling madness in real life, because to be frankly speaking, this goes beyond gambling, as this act of theirs literally shows how little they both value their wives less. And I'm 100% sure that if they both see a second chance to give their wives as collateral for gambling, they will gladly do it with thinking twice. And if I was to be In your shoe as their friend, this is a time I would have ensure to have a one-to-one discussion with each of them separately on different days to actually asked them if they actually meant what they said about gambling their wives, and if they repeat, I will take it upon myself to tell the importance of a wife and how it's meant to be priceless and not what you just use as collateral just like a piece of trash when they intend to gamble. To be honest, this is the most hilarious I’ve come across about gamblers doing when looking for what to stake on. To be honest, it is really clear that these guys are obsessed with gambling and they don’t even know for themselves their limitations to how they handle gambling in their lives. In the end, they’ll not be serious about what they’re saying especially when there is a lot of cool about the argument later. They’ll then know their mistakes and desist from staking their partners in a gambling game, that’s if they are of the people who will have a good control of their activities around gambling. Maybe its just a joke, I don't want to really believe it is real, are their wives aware of what the are doing. But it is very wrong to do that, which means you don't have any respect for your wife, women has become so cheap now to the extent of placing them as a bet.

DAMN, its crazy and most stupid ideas when betting their wife at gambling, I believe based on your history because both of them don't have money again and left only their wife so use it for betting. I know the level of someone have been addicted in gambling not only sell their all properties, take borrowing but its so stupid placing bet in gambling use their wife because they are human not something can't be sell or use for betting.

This is like two drunk people who are in an argument. They argue up to the point that they eventually forget what they are arguing about and veer off topic. I don't think it is legalky possible to use one's wife as wager within the realm of sport betting. Because that would imply one has ownership over one's wife, when in reality they are not owned by anyone, they are as free from slavery as any man is.

If I had to guess, I would say he was just joking, in order to show how confident he was with his luck for that incoming match, and it did not actually have anything to do with using his wife as stake.
If he tried to use his wife as stake, he would be doing something pretty much illegal.

I believe this is all a joke, so we don't need to take this case seriously. And most likely, the two persons are close friends, so they know it clearly that betting one's wife in real is never possible, it would be against on the person being staked especially if she knows nothing about.

Wives you said? As in, are they both drukers to think such a thing or they are are not legally married to their wives. I don't know what's the output of that bet but I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to bet with my girlfriend not to even think about the wives. Wait, are the wife's even aware of their bet or it's just two men having their time and making fun. It's likely fun, because it's only men that do crazy stuff but deep down they don't mean the things they do.

Wife aside, it's not good for anyone to put properties into bet, I don't see any benefit of gambling and involving your property. Some people that has tried this are not having properties to their names again and most often when they bet and loss and refuse to forfeit the properties to them, they do forcefully threaten them and there families. Well, I haven't heard or seen any gambler staking his wife while gambling. If this is really true , this must be the height of gambling and I wouldn't if both gamblers meant staking their wives because some gamblers are highly addicted that they can do anything in the name of gambling. I have seen gamblers who don't only gamble with money but go as far as gambling with their properties, what can cause this is addiction because no responsible gambler will gamble with his or her property. I have also seen gamblers who borrow money to gamble or incure depth in a gambling hall where they are gambling. I have seen many styles of gambling but an irresponsible gambler can do anything to satisfy his gambling desire.

That individual must have been a very chronic gambler to think of such thing as using his wife to play a gamble. And the wife also needs to be re assed why must she accept such a thing, it’s either she herself is a gambler too. This clearly shows that the husband doesn’t value his wife but instead chose to be loyal to gambling. It’s good to set some boundaries even while gambling, if you’re gambling with money then you should set a target of the amount you’ll spend while gambling and once that amount is exhausted then it’s better to just call it a day, get out of the casino hall and come outside so your eyes will clear. It’s really extreme to stake one’s wife on gambling.

Selling or gambling people is not allowed anywhere in any country. That would fall under human trafficking, I think. Although I am not a lawyer, such things can be easily googled and debunked as fake.

This is more of a joke. It is highly impossible for such to happen even at the absence of the wives. Even if they are there, it can't still work. It's highly impossible to use your wife as momentary value for bet. They themselves know within themselves that it's impossible. Moreover, during gambling both parties have to put at present the gambling item to be used.  Can I place bet in any gambling website when fund isn't available? Can I play dice outside with people in form of gambling while telling them I want to use my car when the car is pack at home?

Not really what you said. It was between two friends as I thought. So both bet on their wives. So whoever win go home with the other person wife. But this was done out of strong argument and in the absence of the wives.

It happens since the ancient times but i don't think it will just possible this age, or in the end both of those homies will end up in jail as laws protecting women is very strict and have some many supporter these days.
