Its more like a hobby for me. Yeah I constantly go to physical casino and make it as relaxing time for me to be there and enjoying I know that I may incurr losses in the process but thats how gambling works but if youre satisfy with the goal you had then its perfectly fine to lose. Anything said apart from it being a way of entertainment is just purely to promote a casino or just promote gambling to people. When a nation wants to destroy another nation without war it poisons their population with gambling. Gambling in general can’t really be a side hustle, because you’re basically going to lose money. In the example you give of sports betting, it can be one, but the thing is that many people delude themselves because, in the long run, they’re basically losers. Only a minority can make money in the long run, and for them, it can be a side hustle.

It only makes sense to start calling yourself that once you’ve been making a profit for months – at least a year, I’d say – and you can see that you’re a consistent winner. As much as I want to agree because I am a fan of sports gambling, it is not a side hustle for me.

I will just use my records, and I can say I have not won too much nor lost money that I regret. It's almost like an even game for me, where sometimes I lose, and sometimes I win. Still, I don't want to use it as a way to help me with my needs. It is gambling, a risky type of game. We cannot rely on our necessities for the day on it or even our budget for bills and mortgage.

At first what really is a side hustle? a side hustle is something (activities or whatever)  that you do that gives or pays you apart from your normal regular job or business.

This is a very dangerous path. In my opinion, it's a huge mistake. I don't recommend anyone take this path. I've been there. I ended up in huge debt and lost friends from whom I'd borrowed money to gamble. If you want to deal with problems beyond your loved ones and friends, you might want to take the risk and find out for yourself. I lose sometimes, but the money I have won of far bigger than what I have lost…

I usually don't trust anyone, who is bragging with his gambling winnings online. Those people are either selling tipster services(which means they are most likely scammers) or they are casino/bookie affiliates and want to get more people to sign up to their affiliate links.

You have mentioned a very important  point. This is the business of casino owners. They will not run the business with losses  for a long time. So if someone gambles to get rich , he is a fool. Casino owners do not want us to always win.

Its essential to keep gambling with the intention that its for entertainment and not a place where can be making their money. Yes, the house always has a edge and its important to maintain that, because that's how they stay in business.
