If someone is spending too much time on their trading broker and there is a corresponding winning trade, I don't think the person will consider it to be a stress; it's when there is too much time spent on something and you don't get much positive result that the person will be feeling the stress, since profit is not much guaranteed. It's better to do the little the person can and put attention on other things so as not to put the brain and expectation under too much pressure.

I am pretty sure that traders consider trading stressful. Imho it was one of the most stressful "jobs" i have done for money. When you are playing with most volatile assets ever and don't think it's stressful, then you probably don't have much skin in the game. Playing with pocket money is very different then having your financial future is at stake.

Well, I will have to agree with you; there is nothing that can be as stressful as work that requires your full brain function. Every action you take needs to be rethought over and over again, putting the brain at work all the time. I don't think about it from that area in the first place until now, and also, referencing myself during my internship, I have to work 6-8 hours daily, making sure all bills correspond with what the accountant has and materials in store fit in, not to mention trading calculations.

I would be lying if I would say crypto has not made any evident progress in my life knowing I stayed here for couple of years already. Of course, it helped me a lot especially in dealing with my expenses that I think has no ending as long as I'm alive.

But does it made me stressful? Yes, definitely when I was still learning how to navigate it. But with patience and positivity with what I'm doing, I learned to overcome that and now I'm slowly reaping what I sow for the past couple of years.

Crypto has definitely improved my financial life, because from here I am earning money, supporting my family and I have started planning my future by investing in Bitcoin. If I can do all these things from crypto and have started doing so, then I would say that cryptocurrency has definitely improved my financial life. Sometimes the market volatility creates some stress, but I consider that time to be good for investing. From the all-time high price of Bitcoin to its current position, if we look at it from this perspective, it will put some stress on everyone and make them mentally unstable, but we cannot be unstable. Of course, we have to overcome all the stress and move forward. If we can invest and hold on for a long time, then we will definitely be successful and be able to improve our lives.

A dude who makes the binance exchange is a businessman in the crypto world, the dude that makes his money via binance by trading is the trader. I am the business kind of guy, well I do not own the business, but I do work for someone, so obviously it made it a lot better for me, but I can see how trading could make it bad for someone else.

If you can invest and hold bitcoin for long term then nothing can stop you from getting good profit. Bitcoin is great help to improve our financial conditions provided we have patience. If you are investing in Bitcoin with intention that you are investing today and in few days you will get good profit then Bitcoin is not a good choice. The price of Bitcoin has gone down and that's giving us an opportunity to invest in Bitcoin but for long term. The price may remain under pressure for coming weeks or months of 2026 but in the long term it will only go up.

The question is very important because sincerely there people that can not actually handle crypto and this is one good reason why we should know if it something we can handle and now from the beginning you will know if you will be able to deal with crypto or not and the same way we have people that have interest and the next thing they will start procrastinating and that is one of the things that even kills Intrest and you need to have a strong mindset for you to Abel to manage the market.

I am sure that the majority of us here despite being stressed dealing with so much volatility, we're able to improve our lives at least a bit financially. Those who were able to sell at the lowest, if they didn't do anything and never recovered, that's their problem for being stuck to the negative side and effect of their early holdings. I am full time in this crypto industry. No, I am not a crypto trader, but I do trade sometimes. I do everything that can make money for me, to help me survive and have a better life, at least in the financial aspect. Crypto taught me about opportunity, adaptation, and patience. I survived the pandemic because of crypto, I married my wife because of crypto, and I raise my son using the money I got from crypto too.

I read your story that you linked and it is actually fascinating to understand that this forum helped you during the pandemic and payed off family debt which i believe you are from the developing world, if not it is an impossible task and glad to know that it is helping people.

It is a mixed fortune, earlier on in my journey it was easier and made a fortune with alts but once the bubble burst and the choices you made were not that great, you end up accepting the failures and move on, at the end of the day it was fun rather than stressful.

If you're holding your coin for a long time, you have no business with market pressure, struggle with losses or worry about price volatility. Everything you mentioned above are what traders battle with on daily basis. One more reason why it's advisable to hold for long-term instead of trading so you can free yourself from unnecessary pressure.

Personally, I feel crypto is a mix of both opportunity and stress, especially for beginners who are still learning. Some days you feel excited when the market is moving in your favor, and other days you start questioning whether you made the right decision to enter crypto at all.

It's generally a mix for everyone. There are days of excitement and there are days of uncertainty but your choice of what you chose to do with your coin determined how you react to everyday feeling.

Crypto has honestly been both a blessing and a challenge for me.
Financially, it has improved my mindset more than anything. I’ve learned discipline, patience, and risk management, things I didn’t really take seriously before. There have been profits, yes, but also losses that taught hard lessons.
The stressful part mostly comes from volatility and unrealistic expectations. When you treat crypto like a get-rich-quick scheme, it becomes emotionally draining. But when you approach it with a plan and long-term vision, it becomes more manageable.
For me, the biggest win is the knowledge and experience gained. Money comes and goes, but understanding the market is what truly changes your financial future.
So I’d say: it has improved my life, but only after I changed my mindset.

Well, first things first, crypto market is not a magical thing that can change someone life all of a sudden as soon as they get involved in it, which is what some people think until they enter it themselves. Cryptocurrencies are basically another form of money, or another investment asset like Gold and other assets that exist which people buy and hold so that they can make money once they go up, but for some reason, some people think that cryptocurrencies can make them rich from being poor, which is not true, because you need a significant amount of money to actually make good use of the crypto market and make good profit from it.

Now, talking about myself personally, I would say that crypto has surely made a difference in my life, but I wouldn't say that it has completely changed it, because as I said, it doesn't magically change your financial condition, and you can only improve your financial condition by investing in cryptocurrencies or trading them, only if you have enough money for it, and as you mentioned, the risks are always there, so when there are risks, there will be stress as well, but people can actually mitigate the risks by not doing stuff like futures trading, etc.

Those were the days where you can get good money from different alts. But I've lost in some ICO as they never listed in the trading market. You were like buying promises from strangers and hoping that you can hit some jackpot.
