Why are slots still your favorite even if the house edge is around 3 to 4%?

That’s already pretty high if you think about it, so why do we still keep playing it even though we all know we’re the ones losing in the long run. I honestly doubt there are many people here who are consistently winning from slots, or already truly profitable and still actively playing now. So why do you still play, and what keeps you coming back?

Is this the normal house edge rate for gambling sites? I am more active on physical casino near my place and wondering if we can know the % of house edge on their slot machines too.

Yes, I think that is the normal range as low as 2% to as high as 15% for slot machines in general. To know how the % of house edge, not sure where you are playing, but it could be listed in their official website.

I keep coming back maybe because I like the vibes and ambiance when playing slots there and enjoying the perks. Yeah ofcourse my goal is to profit but I also make sure that I had a good time when coming to casino. Sometimes if lucky will do splurge on foods available on their prime restaurants there.

For land base yes, there are a lot of perks like free drinks and you can get rakeback if you have their card. Obviously for online, it's the bonuses and promotions, but I doubt that this is the target for most of us why we play slots. This post is not meant to discourage anyone from playing. I’m just genuinely curious how other people feel about it, because even me, I’m still playing until now as a past time even though I already know the reality of the house edge.

Well, I don't usually play slot games for the win or profit, I play slot games mostly as a means of having fun and also whiling away time. There are nights (for example) that I find it difficult to fall asleep, that is, I get this insomnia frequently at times and while laying on my bed, I think about alot of things, both things I shouldnt really be thinking about, and you know that common saying that an idle mind is the devil's workshop..

So, I order to ensure that my mind is not idle at moments like that, I could easily pick up my phone, make a small deposit to my favorite casino and begin to play slot slowly and having fun, sometimes, this is how I end up falling asleep without knowing when exactly.

So, not everyone who plays slot does so solely for the profit, If I want to gamble to make profit, I usually go for sports betting.

Slots doesn't have to make money, people keep gambling because they are having fun, the truth of this matter is if all slots players want money they would have abandoned slots totally, I keep up because I enjoy playing slots if not I wouldn't play it at all, slots can get so cruel at times and if you are so unlucky it gets worser than some times.
