First of all, higher RTP or low house edge doesn't necessarily make someone to be in profits in the long run which is just an average value of certain period which gives nothing about the individuals. First of all, I'm not sure that the house edge is that low, I've heard that it's more like 5-10% depending on the game. Secondly, it seems to me that gamblers are not very interested in numbers, rather, they choose a game that they like in terms of mechanics.
