Another dispute resolution they refuse to engage in. They will not work with any gaming dispute resolution: Dispute Resolution Official 7 minutes ago Hi Cslanton123, Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact and communicate with this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing. Sorry we could not be of further help. CasinoReviews.com Complaints Team

What do you want Bitcointalk to do? The forum does not moderate scams or any disputes. You might want to wait for a possible alternative as promised here, or you could write to support asking for guidance on which particular dispute resolution platform they are available to respond to.

Bets.io doesn’t want to resolve disputes here or the other thread. They’re giving the other thread the same runaround.

What you need to understand is that it's pretty had to have such issues resolved here in a public forum because 1. GDPR compliance. Having customer data published in a public forum all in the name of providing full evidence can get a service into legal trouble 2. No one here is qualified to act as an independent mediator 3. They may not want to expose the methods they use to curb casino abusers because the abusers will now know how to circumvent the methods they use In the other thread, the campaign manager wrote to the Bets.io team regarding which mediator platform to use. Let's wait for the feedback.

Rest assured that the forum does not turn their back on you. Nor what icopress said is for naught. He's simply tangled with other more pressing matter and will attend to your case when/if the situation resolved.

We’re on almost three months and a letter from Bets.io saying too bad we’re stealing your money and giving fake reasons. Why should anyone give bets.io any credit for anything? They’ve dragged their feet for three months doing nothing. Any return of my deposit will be a bonus and them doing the right thing.

Unresolved. No action my Bets.io. Money has been stolen and it appears to be a scam website.

It would be nice to hear directly from the casino, since they have some presence here on the forum and are running a campaign, instead of hiding behind the campaign manager.

Their signature campaign was suspended because they were falling behind in payments that had to be covered by the manager out of pocket. I had high hopes for them but their reluctance to resolve high profile disputes has made me wary of them. You can see that their representative Bets.io_Nikita has been tagged for an accusation, similar to the one in this thread, that was created in May. They are also tagged for this case which has been going on for even longer.

Is this a confirmed scam site? They can only rip so many people off before the chickens come home to roost.

It' seems they are a scam site, until they prove otherwise I'd stay away. Stealing the ops deposit is wrong regardless of whatever bogus terms or conditions they might have broken.

You surely can't trust their review system 100% as it has been observed from time to time that they can easily be manipulated. It's best to look into other reveiw sources as well such as casinoguru and askgamblers. Look at the complaints that come up and how they resolved them. That is what matters most.

There are genuine reviews on trustpilot, but there are 100 paid reviews for every 1 genuine review there. So you cannot really trust what you read there IMO.

You are not totally far from the truth, using one review site can provide you with a false information. So it will be better to examine the real complains and look at how the casino react when they have a problem. Secondly if the same type of issues keeps reoccurring on different platforms, then that can actually give you more data to take into consideration, than the overall rating. But that does not actually mean that all complaints need to be taken as true, it only means we need to be careful to read the details before making a judgement.

Been digging into bets.io for a while and the 15k deposit drama is just the tip of the iceberg.
There’s already another public complaint where they pulled a $200k heist on a player - askgamblers, plus a $100k theft claim on casino guru.
They’re hiding in plain sight too. if op hits up the cyprus police, we might actually see some movement.
Here’s the deal: Alpha affiliates is based in Limassol. They explicitly stated they “own and operate bets.io,” the team posted this in their telegram channel.
Two names keep popping up: Boris Pashnev (Alpha’s ceo) and Roman Bespalov, who ran affiliates at bets.io before moving to Alpha as head of affiliates.
Now? Bets.io claims TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L. in Costa Rica is the operator. That license covers bets.io, betsio.com, 50crowns, 1red, Spinch, Loki, and Onluck.
So the real question is: what the fuck happened between the Alpha era and this new TESSERA setup?
Who actually controls TESSERA?
Im deep in the weeds on this. Got a ton of names and socials lined up. Dropping that info soon if they don’t sort this out.
