You were banned. Only a global mod can do this and it happens for good reason usually.
It says right there it was probably due to spam.

You can make a ban appeal, like with this thread, or find your opportunity in Second chances thread but your account has no good net contributions in the community, there will be no second chance.

Basically you can not prove things like this.

There's been no policy change. redsn0w wasn't permanently banned due to several factors which made me think that permabanning him would be a net negative for the forum. Nobody is banned strictly because of "the rules"; it's always handled case-by-case, but almost always, plagiarists deserve to be permabanned.

If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.

It does not work like that.

You should read before posting, and reading forum rules is most important. If you had read forum rules, you would have known that plagiarism leads to account ban.

As you have already announced, it was your account that got banned because of such a mistake that you did not know. I checked your banned account, which is not that old, and since you have already created a new one, why not keep using this one? And don't repeat such mistakes again, so that you don't get banned again. Also, keep in mind that making multiple accounts is not considered a good act on the forum, but as you have already announced and mentioned your previous account, it's fine now.

Also, this time, I would recommend that you to visit this section Beginners & Help. In this section, you will get a lot of information that will help you not to get banned again. Other than this, I have seen some replies in this same thread where users have already shared some useful and informative topics. Visit them as well.

Plagiarism is a major offense here on forum, so it's advisable we stay off. However It's sad he has learned the hard way but if grace find him out then good for him. Furthermore, it's important for newbies to go through the rules and regulations that guard the forum so as to avoid falling victim of any kind.

Unfortunately, plagiarism is the most serious offense on this forum and just apologizing for it will not help you.
There is a very small chance that the admins will forgive you and remove the permanent ban on your account. For that to happen, you would really have to have an account that has a notable role and importance for this forum and you have only been a member for a few weeks and have only written a few posts.
Many banned members have tried this but failed.
Snowpega gave you very good advice, forget about this old account and start over, this time respecting the forum rules and without plagiarism.
