One thing you should know about such contest is that, for every time a person post the result of their work, another user will want to go do something better to beat the aesthetic of that person. so some people tend to delay theirs in order to be able to come up with a better craft than those already submitted. The contest is very competitive but in the end, only few will be selected for the rewards that votes will decide on later. If you’re given the opportunity to pick, you’ll go on selecting almost all the crafts because they can’t stop to be that amazing and looking great as everyone is crafting nothing short of excellent.
Yes, it's true that some people decided to wait until the last days of the deadline before submitting their respective mud arts in other to prevent other people copying their style, but however I'm happy the first phase of the Mud Contest is successfully over and the thread have just been locked as we step into the next phase, which is the voting phase to determine which mud contest was the most beautiful among them all. However, I just feel bad, I was too busy and I almost forgot I initially picked interest to participate in it this year. So I will give it a try next year.
