Yes, the currently displayed reserve values are reasonably close to the actual reserves — the difference is not 90% off, just minor fluctuations from the refresh bug. Regarding your two observations:

**1. Reserve values changing on refresh** — you are right to point this out. The reserves should display a stable real-time value, not fluctuate on every page refresh. We will fix this so the display accurately reflects actual reserve status.

Good, this will enable users know the true value of the reserve and as such choose a pair with enough liquidity when going for large swaps.

**2. BTC/USD rate differing between pairs** — this is a display inconsistency we need to address. The exchange rate within each pair is calculated correctly, but the USD reference value shown across different pairs should be uniform. We will resolve this as well.

Looking forward to seeing this resolved asap. I acknowled that the exchage rate within each pair is calculated correctly, the issue is from the refence value.

Both issues have been forwarded to our dev team and will be addressed in the next update. Thank you for taking the time to report them with such clarity.

Since I rep the site now in here I hav made a small test conversion some days ago and it all went pretty smooth and also quick.
Not sure if it has been asked before (I guess it did) but what currencies can we expect to be added in the future?
Also, is there any plan to add USDT on bep-20?

About the fees, I think there are pretty fair and basically similar and/or better compared to what I have seen before at other exchanges. Just checked about for example exchanging usdt -> btc and paying 11$ fee for a 1000$ swap is definitely a very reasonable rate!

I see DEX.fo is listed on kycnot.me but not yet reviewed by the team. What does it take to have a service reviewed over there? Is there anything we the community members can do to have the reviewing expedited, or we just have to wait?
It would be nice to DEX.fo to show up in the search results when looked up.

I submitted a service (it is forbidden to advertise it here) back in February, and it is still in the "pending" phase. 
As far as I understand, the team behind kycnot.me approves verification only after they themselves test a service. Considering that there are only two members, it goes very slowly.
The community has recognized kycnot.me as a 'trusted' aggregator, but it seems that this has given them more popularity than their capacity can support.

Any feedback you leave, especially that with a valid order ID or a link to the transaction, will be approved very quickly. Of course, unless they are pure spam or shill.
The problem is the verification of a large number of new services that are submitted to be listed on that directory.

Exchange look simple, we can easily to explorer the site and and complete the transaction.




I exchange btc to usdt using fast rate. but, maybe btc blockchain look bussy (i use 1 sat fee) so it takes a while to sent to exchange and proces.

I can't find a letter of guarantee (where I can find it easily on another exchange), is dex.fo haven't it?, we only able to save order Id.

Thanks for testing! Yes, with 1 sat/vB on a busy BTC network it can take a while to confirm — that part is on Bitcoin itself, not on us. Once the transaction confirms, our side processes the swap quickly.
Regarding the letter of guarantee — we currently provide the Order ID as your reference, plus the order page URL where you can always check the status. Right now there is no separate signed letter of guarantee on the platform.
This is a fair point though — a signed letter adds a layer of trust that some users appreciate. We will discuss this with the team and consider adding it as an option. Thanks for the suggestion!

Yea - all good! transaction took a little long at first and then I realised it was on my side so I increased the
transaction fees and after that it all hppened promptly! I started out timing it but I got caught up in something
else and lost track from when I upped the fees.

And just touching on what others said earlier its great/essential to have the refund address function.

Great service and my go-to exchange now for coin swaps.

Great technical question! Currently we accept LTC deposits to standard addresses. **MWEB deposits are not supported at the moment** — we are working on adding MWEB support in a future update.

Regarding peg-out history — if the LTC is on a standard (non-MWEB) address by the time it reaches us, the deposit will process normally. We do not analyze the previous transaction history of the sending address. We do not perform AML checks, do not score wallets, and do not block based on origin. As long as the coins arrive at our deposit address on a supported format, the swap goes through.

USDC (ERC-20) is already in development and Solana is planned for later this year. In addition, native ETH is also going to be launched very soon, according to the last update. As a follow up question to Dex.fo_off, is there any ETA for native ETH on the platform?

Regarding the disabled exchange button on USDT → BTC during the maintenance window — that's expected, the toggle goes offline when reserves for a specific direction are being topped up. I just tried to do the same and I can click the exchange button just fine (after I fill other details properly, as in BTC address on the receiver side, and an ETH address for the refund one). Maybe it's a cache issue? Have you tried using another browser, clearing the cache, or something else?

apparently still now or did I miss something here in the list because I just put the pair, next is the destination address and the refund address incase there is a problem and the only option i had here is the Chain not the Fast feature so the exchange button are currently disabled. So the wallet I provide in the destination was green as an identified as recognize address. Or did I miss out something here?

I've already seen some other crypto services use a letter of guarantee, and successfully.
That way it's easier to check the review on crypto review sites like kycnot for example.
This sets you apart from other, similar crypto services because it gives users additional confidence in your service.
I hope you will accept this proposal.
