Hello everyone,
There’s no way you will not ask KYC on any given circumstances since you have license to operate which you are claiming with your ToS. Maybe KYC friendly is the proper term if your goal is to emphasize that you will not required KYC as much as possible except when there’s an investigation needed on a certain account.
You can embed you casino link too on the image by using the url bbcode to make your image clickable directly to your website since the casino website is not disclosed on the title and just name.
I hope you can answer all the concern including the license verification.
Hello, thanks for your feedback,
We are a licensed crypto casino and we operate as a fully No KYC platform. That said, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, there are certain situations where KYC may be required, for example, in cases involving suspected fraud, violations of our terms, or other critical scenarios. In such cases, verification is necessary to confirm a user’s identity and ensure platform security.
Regarding the license, all the relevant details are clearly listed on our website
https://glorbet.com/terms-of-use, and you’re welcome to verify them at any time.
Thanks again for your input.

This is what they have written on their TOS
https://glorbet.com/terms-of-use.
8.1. As a crypto-based platform, we believe in fairness and transparency. To that end, we do not require KYC procedures solely at the point of withdrawal, as we find it unfair to our users. Instead, we will only request KYC verification in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected. This policy applies to all users making transactions to or from their accounts in cryptocurrency. We expect users to comply with any KYC requests promptly when required.
8.2. CDD Measures and KYC Procedures may include any of the following: requesting personal information about the End User in order to identify him/her, which may include requesting a valid and duly certified identification document and a selfie; verifying the personal information provided by the End User; requesting the information and documents about the End User’s occupation, source of funds and source of income used by the End User in the Gaming Services; checking the personal and professional information about the End User; checking and analyzing the gambling activity pattern of the End User, etc.
So if it happens they finds something suspicious matters happening by that time they asked KYC. They can use that reasons to simply obligate their player to do KYC.
This is the reason why I don't believe immediately on No KYC claims and read first their TOS, because you can read all the information you need to avoid to get confuse on what they are implementing on their casino.
Thanks for taking the time to review our TOS and share your thoughts, that’s absolutely fair.
You’re correct that our Terms clearly state KYC may be required in certain situations. We aim to be transparent about this from the start.
When we say “No KYC,” we mean that we do not require verification as a standard process for deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals. KYC is only requested in exceptional cases, such as suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms, which is a common practice across licensed platforms.
Our goal is to provide a smooth and privacy-friendly experience for the vast majority of users, while still maintaining security and compliance when truly necessary.
We always encourage users to read the Terms (as you did), so they fully understand how the platform operates.
Appreciate your feedback 🙌
Welcome to this forum.
I see your casino, the appearance is quite good but there is a little that is off because the display of your crypto payment logo overlaps the last winning display, making it not very pleasant to look at.
What promotions have you prepared for the members here?
Thank you for the warm welcome and for checking out our casino, really appreciate it!
Also, thanks for pointing out the UI issue with the crypto payment logo overlapping the last win display. We’ll pass this to our team and work on fixing it soon.
As for promotions, we’re currently preparing some exclusive offers for forum members, including bonuses and special deals. We’ll be sharing the details very soon, so stay tuned!
If you have any suggestions on what kind of promotions you’d like to see, feel free to let us know 🙌

Nowadays, it's like a common marketing clickbait trick from many casinos with no KYC in their business marketing headline for catching attention of readers, viewers and turn them to users. Initially people are welcome to join their casinos without KYC, from registration, account funding and even playing, withdrawal too but the casino has terms for KYC enforcement in the future.
Like terms quoted above, KYC is available to use by the casino based on their terms, and explanation can be popularly used like if they don't do anything shady, you are well.
It's just like that, and users can not change anything, so if they want to use this casino and others, prepare for KYC, and reminder is never storing big fund on online platforms.
Thanks for sharing your perspective,
We completely understand the skepticism around “No KYC” claims, especially since many platforms use it as a marketing angle without clearly explaining the conditions behind it. That’s exactly why we try to be transparent in our Terms.
To clarify our position: we do not require KYC as part of the normal user journey, registration, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals can all be completed without verification in standard cases.
KYC is only applied in exceptional situations, such as suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms. This isn’t meant to restrict users, but rather to protect both the platform and the community.
We agree with you on one thing — users should always read the Terms and stay informed before using any platform. Transparency is key, and that’s what we aim to provide.
Appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts 🙌

Could you please what is meant by VIP wagering? I have never seen any casinos have this so I have no idea about this thing.
Looking at the number, it is of course about wagering requirement but wagering requirement for what?
For the cashback or bonus drop or other things and what is the VIP bonuses as it is filled with the name of the VIP level only?
Great question, happy to clarify!
VIP wagering refers to the wagering (or turnover) requirements tied specifically to VIP-related rewards. This can include things like cashback, bonus drops, or other perks that are available within the VIP program.
For example, if you receive a VIP cashback or a bonus, there may be a certain wagering requirement you need to complete before those funds can be fully withdrawn. The exact requirements can vary depending on the type of reward and your VIP level.
As for VIP bonuses, they are usually tailored benefits based on your level in the VIP program, higher levels unlock better rewards such as higher cashback rates, exclusive bonuses and personalized offers.
If anything is unclear, feel free to ask happy to explain in more detail 🙂

You'd rather forget about the KYC matter, mate, because no matter how the casino says this stuff is "KYC free," it will become impossible. If not asked today, it can be asked in the future, especially if you win a huge amount.
That is why I now believe such claims. But of course, that never means I have to ignore them as well. Besides, it was not the KYC thing that could stop people from gambling but their credibility. I know gamblers can afford to lose privacy as long as they can trust the casino.
Appreciate your perspective, that’s a very fair point.
You’re absolutely right that trust and credibility matter far more than just the “No KYC” label. At the end of the day, players want to feel confident that the platform is reliable and treats them fairly.
Regarding KYC, we try to be as transparent as possible, it’s not part of the standard user flow, but like most licensed platforms, it may be required in exceptional cases (for example, in situations involving security or compliance).
Our main focus is to build long-term trust by providing a smooth experience, fair gameplay, and clear terms, so users know exactly what to expect.

Welcome to the forum, your casino has a very nice design, the name of your casino is very similar to a casino that existed in the past and disappeared, I'm talking about casino globet.com which, from what I see, didn't end well according to this article that explains a lot:
https://www.sbo.net/blacklist/globet/It's very strange that in recent weeks new casinos have been appearing with names very similar to scam casinos. I don't know why this is happening so frequently. Do the owners of these new casinos, when choosing names, not search on Google beforehand to see if any casino with a similar name already exists? This way they would avoid using names similar to scam casinos, because people might associate the new casino with the old scam casino.
Thanks for the warm welcome and for sharing that article, really appreciate you taking the time.
We completely understand your concern. The similarity in names is purely coincidental, and we are not connected in any way to the casino you mentioned.
As you pointed out, there have been cases in the industry where platforms developed poor reputations due to issues like payout delays or unfair practices, and we fully agree that this is something players should be cautious about.
That’s exactly why we focus on transparency, fair terms, and building trust from day one, so users can clearly see how we operate and make their own informed decision.
Thanks again for raising this 🙌
