It’s unfortunate that discussions like this often turn into speculation and repeated assumptions presented as facts, forcing us to respond to claims that are not backed by any verifiable evidence.
what's truly unfortunate is that shitty scam casinos like yours come here and lie with your AI generated bullshit replies. why is the seal badge hosted on your server? is this enough evidence for you? At the same time, anyone is free to verify the company registration details and available information independently. The facts are publicly checkable.
We stand by the published information, and anyone interested can confirm it themselves rather than rely on hearsay or forum speculation.
no one is talking about your company registration details, my post and @WhoDaresWinz post is about the made up costa rica license you are showing on your website. a quick google search will show that costa rica doesn't give gaming licenses, they don't even have a governing body that issues such licenses. and the very real "Gambling Costa Rica Gaming Licensing Registry" website is only 22 days old they must have changed the rules just for you. but you conveniently ignored all that in your bullshit AI reply, and instead talking about your company registration details because you know you have nothing to say. Let’s keep the discussion based on facts rather than assumptions 👍
lol please tell me, if all of the FACTS above are not considered fraud, what is? Your entire reply consists of insults, sarcasm and conclusions, but still no actual evidence. Calling someone a "scammer", a "liar", or a "shitty scam casino" does not make it true. Those are serious allegations, yet you haven't provided a single piece of objective evidence to support them. Calling something "AI generated", pointing to where an image is hosted, or mentioning the age of a domain does not prove fraud. None of those points demonstrate that any published information is false. You also keep repeating that "Costa Rica doesn't issue gaming licences," but simply repeating a general statement does not automatically prove every conclusion you've chosen to draw from it. If your position is as strong as you claim, there should be no need for personal attacks or inflammatory language. Facts speak for themselves. So once again, instead of insults, sarcasm and speculation, please provide objective, verifiable evidence demonstrating that any published information is false. Until then, you're presenting your personal interpretation as certainty, not established fact. Hello, Thank you for your questions. You can verify our license information directly on our website. Detailed licensing information is available in the website footer, including the license number and a direct link to the license verification page. 💚
You mention that the license information is in the footer on your website, but in reality it is a fake license which does not excist. Why do I say so? I clicked on the license image in the footer and got sent to the domain gamblingcostarica(dot)com which is not a official Costa Riga license registry, as that does not excist in the first place. The license registry domain was first registered in June 2026 (whois lookup), this month and looks like it was created in a rush with AI. License validation image in the footer is uploaded on Glorbet's own server with the green checkmark over the license image. Usually license images are iFrame's directly from the license registry to validate the domain for the license holder e.x Curacao / Anjouan. My assumption here is that Glorbet made their "own" license registry site to look legit with the "license image" in the footer to lure players. Let me explain it a bit easier: Costa Rica doesn’t issue a gaming license in the traditional sense. There’s no gaming authority and no licensing framework.Hello, Your entire accusation is based on assumptions, not facts. You repeatedly use phrases like "I think", "it appears" and "my assumption", yet present them as evidence. A WHOIS lookup, the age of a domain, or your personal opinion about a website's design do not prove fraud or that any published company information is false. If you're making serious allegations, provide verifiable evidence instead of speculation. Otherwise, you're simply spreading misinformation. Let me address this point by point, since you've chosen to question my phrasing rather than the evidence itself. You say my accusations are based on assumptions. So.. let me be specific about what is not an assumption: 1. Costa Rica has no gaming authority and no gambling licensing framework. This is a legal and regulatory fact, not an opinion. A "Costa Rica gaming license" cannot exist because the regulatory body that would issue it does not exist. Verifiable by anyone. 2. A domain registered weeks ago that no one in the iGaming industry has heard of or can find any record of. Verifiable via any WHOIS lookup tool, not my interpretation. 3. Your license validation image is hosted on Glorbet's own server. Specifically at: glorbet.com/_app/immutable/assets/costarica.DZeW9uWG.webpRight-click the license badge in your footer and inspect the image source. It points to your own domain, not any independent regulatory body. 4. Legitimate regulators host their own verification tools. Here is what that looks like in practice: Examples: Curaçao Gaming Authority: https://portal.gamingcontrolcuracao.org/Certificate format: https://cert.cga.cw/certificate?id=Anjouan Gaming Authority: https://anjouangaming.com/public-register/verify-a-licence/Validation format: https://verification.anjouangamingboard.org/validate?domain=Every legitimate Curaçao or Anjouan license can be independently verified through these URLs. Glorbet's cannot, because it links to a domain registered last month that no regulatory body recognises. You have not disputed a single one of these four points. You questioned my phrasing instead. Every point above is independently verifiable by anyone reading this thread in under five minutes. You've still failed to bridge the gap between your observations and your conclusion. None of the points you've listed automatically prove fraud. - A newly registered domain is not evidence of fraud.
- Hosting an image on a company's own server is not evidence of fraud.
- Comparing one jurisdiction's verification system with another does not establish that every jurisdiction must operate in the same way.
You've presented observations, then immediately jumped to the conclusion that they prove a "fake licence" and "fraud." Those are not the same thing. The burden of proof for such serious allegations is much higher than pointing to a WHOIS record or an image URL. If you're claiming that any published information is false, identify exactly which statement is false and support that claim with objective evidence not by drawing conclusions from unrelated observations. There is an important distinction between facts and the conclusions you choose to draw from them, and your post repeatedly blurs that distinction.

There is enough evidence in this thread that proves that it is 100% fake and not legit. Qouting from Softswiss about regulation in Costa Rica: https://www.softswiss.com/gambling-regulation-map/costa-rica/Info from their website (updated on June 16th, 2026) " There’s no formal licensing system for online gambling. Operators can register locally as data processing businesses, provided they don’t target Costa Rican players." Regulatory Authority: There is no dedicated gambling authority in Costa Rica. Key legislation: There is no specific regulation for online gambling at the moment. So, please stop bullshitting the community here and rowing away from the fact that this is all fake and not legit.

After receiving the 100% first deposit bonus, is there any wagering requirements if to withdraw my funds if yes then how much?
I asked live support about this on their website. They told me that the wagering requirement for the deposit bonus is 35x. I didn't ask for details about the free spins from the welcome bonus, as I had to wait several minutes or more for an answer to each question. Why would anyone want to sign up or even play on a casino that is involved in shady practices such as going as far as having a fake licence. I personally wouldn't bother signing up even if they had a good welcome bonus offer. Even if you deposited nothing, you are likely not getting anything positive out of that website.

Key legislation: There is no specific regulation for online gambling at the moment. So, please stop bullshitting the community here and rowing away from the fact that this is all fake and not legit. You keep repeating the word "fraud" as if saying it often enough makes it true. The article you've cited explains Costa Rica's regulatory framework. It does not state that our company has published false information, operates illegally, deceives players, or runs any fraudulent scheme. Those are your conclusions not the conclusions of your own source. Accusing a company of fraud is a serious allegation. It requires evidence of fraudulent conduct, such as deceiving customers, refusing legitimate withdrawals, falsifying company information, or operating through unlawful practices. You haven't presented any such evidence. Instead, you've taken a general article about a country's regulatory model and attempted to use it as proof of claims it never makes. Repeating "100% fake" over and over is not evidence. It's an opinion. If you're going to make allegations of fraud, support them with objective evidence directly related to this company—not assumptions and conclusions that your own source does not support. After receiving the 100% first deposit bonus, is there any wagering requirements if to withdraw my funds if yes then how much?

I personally wouldn't bother signing up even if they had a good welcome bonus offer. Even if you deposited nothing, you are likely not getting anything positive out of that website. You're free to decide where you want to play, and nobody is asking you to register. What is concerning is that you're encouraging others to avoid a business while presenting your personal conclusions as established facts. That's a serious accusation, yet you continue repeating the same narrative without producing any evidence of fraudulent conduct. Instead, you rely on assumptions, opinions and inflammatory language. If your goal is to have an objective discussion, then discuss the facts. If your goal is simply to persuade people through speculation and insults, then you've already made that clear. --------- At this point, it's clear that this discussion is no longer about facts but about repeating the same narrative in an attempt to portray our company as fraudulent without presenting objective evidence.
We've answered every question raised regarding this topic. Anyone interested is free to verify the publicly available information independently and draw their own conclusions. In today's world, accessing information is not difficult.
Our focus has always been on building a long-term business based on trust, transparency, and the experience of our players not on engaging in endless arguments with people who have already decided on their conclusion before looking at the facts.
Since the same allegations continue to be repeated without any new evidence, we don't see any value in continuing this discussion. We prefer to invest our time in improving our platform and supporting our community rather than responding to the same accusations over and over again.
For that reason, this will be our final response on this matter.

new evidence? @OP or Glorbet, using bold text wouldn't change anything. I would just stick to the old one presented (the evidences) ... since multiple sources states clearly that COSTA RICA hasn't "specific licensing of online gambling "... Initially there was a fake one (without link) now there is one from a "mysterious" website clearly not gov. website. However did you have a "Data Processing License"? Some of you has noticed the heavy number of misspelling and typo on the website you had posted? As mentioned by Zweii, have you seen that the same "authority" listing your license, has hosted the image in your server? edit: once your edits of website are finished, can you explain how it is possible to find ONLY ONE regulated website in this " https://gamblingcostarica.com/" register? It seems the only approved is your website, other big Casinos (including .us) are just not registered...

It seems the only approved is your website, other big Casinos (including .us) are just not registered... Once again, you're presenting your own conclusions as if they were established facts. The article you cited describes Costa Rica's regulatory framework. It does not state that our company has published false information, that our registration is fake, or that we are operating fraudulently. Those are your conclusions not the conclusions of your source. You also asked whether we have a Data Processing registration. Yes, we do. Our company operates under the applicable legal framework and holds the required registration for its activities. Your technical claims are equally misleading. The statement that the verification image is hosted on our server is simply incorrect. Before presenting technical assertions as facts, you should verify them properly. As for your repeated question about how many companies are listed, we've never claimed to be the only listed operator, nor do we speak on behalf of other businesses or explain their commercial decisions. Our relationship with the compliance and registration service we use concerns our own registration. Costa Rica's regulatory model is well known, and we've never claimed otherwise. It is different from jurisdictions that operate through a central government-issued gambling licence. The iGaming industry also includes private compliance and registration service providers that assist operators with registration, compliance, and verification. Those services are distinct from a government regulator, and conflating the two only creates confusion. What you continue to do is take your interpretation of Costa Rica's regulatory model and present it as proof that our company has published false information or committed fraud. Those are two completely different claims. Disagreeing with how a particular jurisdiction structures its regulatory environment does not, by itself, prove that a business is fake, that its published information is false, or that it is deceiving its customers. Those are serious allegations, and you've still failed to provide evidence supporting them.

Key legislation: There is no specific regulation for online gambling at the moment. So, please stop bullshitting the community here and rowing away from the fact that this is all fake and not legit. You keep repeating the word "fraud" as if saying it often enough makes it true. You are correct that I have not accused you of fraud and I never did. That word came from you, not me. I appreciate you clarifying what fraud actually requires, because it helps me explain exactly what I am and am not saying. What I am saying is far simpler than fraud.
You are displaying a license badge in your footer that implies regulatory oversight. That badge links to gamblingcostarica.com, a domain registered in June 2026 and presenting itself as an official gaming licensing registry in Costa Rica. The source I cited confirms that Costa Rica has no dedicated gambling authority, no formal licensing system, and no specific regulation for online gambling. That is not my conclusion. That is what the source says, word for word from the most well-known iGaming software provider. And here is the logical consequence of that fact: if Costa Rica has no regulatory body, there is nothing for gamblingcostarica.com to be an official registry of. The badge in your footer points to something that cannot legitimately exist. This is also why every other casino operating under a Costa Rica company registration does not display a license badge. Because there is no license to display. Costa Rica is an unregulated market. Operators register as data processing businesses, nothing more. Curacao and Anjouan display license badges because they have official, independent regulatory bodies with public registries and verifiable certificate URLs. Costa Rica has none of these things. Displaying a badge that creates the impression of regulatory oversight in a jurisdiction where no such oversight exists, directed at players who reasonably trust what a license badge implies, is the issue. Call it what you want. Yet, you have still not addressed why your license validation image is hosted on your own server, why gamblingcostarica.com was registered weeks ago, or why a jurisdiction with no gambling authority is presented as one in your footer.. The community has everything it needs to make an informed decision

Welcome to the forum since this is my first time coming across this thread and getting to learn about the casino, I visited the casino and it looked averagely good, nothing looking extra ordinary from the other casinos many of us are already used to, design, UI/UX doesn't not seem very different but still appears good..
I also checked out the trust rating on trustpilot and 4.2 is a good score but it came from 10 reviews, maybe if or when the casino gains more users, this score may likely drop, and another issue being that reviews and scores on trustpilot can not be trusted since they engage in selling scores and good reviews to services that are desperate and willing to pay for it. This is a new casino and I would advice gamblers who wants to try the casino to keep their deposit low, let those behind the casino first prove they are here to offer a good service and I wish them luck on this.
Edit:- I didn't go through other forum users comment before posting the above comment, reading other users comment now, I realised this casino is actually a scam or likely a scam, and even their rating on trustpilot could be a lie too.. Haha 😂

Once again glorbet I know very well these are serious allegations and you provide an answer to my question a couple of months... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5581123.msg66890176#msg66890176Can you show please you had a "LICENSE" when you open this topic also? Since any of my post has clear questions that you consider "fact", can you answer now in a concise and clearly way? Ok for sure no one understand how business works, however if you continue to derail the discussion and feel "offended", its really hard to have a dialogue since what has been showed is something clear, at least I would reply to observation and not act like "this is my last post". Reply to questions...everyone loves gambling, but we love also to not get scammed in such trivial way.
- No, I haven't posted any website, since I have been the first to check your license, I am the one that want understand why you make such claim. - "Data Processing License"? Ok you say yes, can you show please, or is this just related to main company and not your gambling site? - Can you please answers to other questions - I am not assuming anything just asking clearly = there is only your website "approved" (!) + this "authority" is hosting images on your website (!!) + there is an incredible number of mistake like typo or misspelling (!!!) + there is no track about this "authority" and has also .com address.

It's fascinating how every new reply adds more confidence, more certainty, and more adjectives but never more evidence. We've answered the questions, clarified our position, and there's little value in debating conclusions that were reached long before the discussion even began. At this point, we'll leave everyone to examine the publicly available information and form their own opinion. Facts have a habit of outlasting narratives.
At this point, it's becoming increasingly clear that the discussion has shifted from asking questions to repeating conclusions.
Some users are now calling the company a "scam" despite presenting no evidence of players being defrauded, no evidence of false company registration, no evidence of unpaid withdrawals, and no evidence of any unlawful conduct. Those are serious allegations, and they shouldn't be made lightly.
There is an important distinction between questioning a regulatory model and declaring that a company is fraudulent. Those are not the same thing.
We've answered the questions we were asked, clarified our position, and provided the relevant information regarding our registration and operations.
Everyone is free to verify publicly available information and reach their own conclusions. We have no interest in participating in an endless cycle where opinions are repeated until they're mistaken for facts.
We'll continue focusing on our players and our platform. Time and transparency tend to answer these questions better than forum speculation.

There is no doubt that I have made a question in APRIL that you answer (bad) in June. Provide such website doesn't mean nothing and since these licenses should be easy to check... its impossible there is no track online. You can't expect users will join a site with all these questions. Can you quote again, where you explain the following please? .. Can you show please you had a "LICENSE" when you open this topic also? ...
At the end, there is no license issuer in Costa Rica, but you have posted one - that casually has listed only your website ( ) and has hosted image... in your server/url! Also this is not an authority or whatever - you can just check by an easy search online. You can derail your discussion feeling accused, but since you're focusing on players and platform it would be interesting see an answer that is not "we already answered". Worst, if you think these are "answers" I can confirm you haven't provided nothing of what requested.

You haven't answered a single question about the fake license that is in the bottom right footer of your website. This is the most shady casino Ive seen from being in gambling industry for over a decade. Does not need a very high IQ to add 1+1 here to understand that Glorbet is trying to look more legit than it actually is, with a fake and no excisting Costa Rica license, from a non-excisting license regulatory.

Well, just a point of correction here though, a casino or any business at all doesn't have to scam any body first before such a business is declared as a scam if where are convincing evidence pointing to such a business being a scam. So one must not wait until he or she is scammed before he or she declares a business a scam if he or she has seen any evidence that proved that or such business to be scam.. Same way when you see fire, you call it fire because you see flames going up, a clear evidence that that is a fire, you don't have to jump into it, get burnt before you know and or declare the flames fire, so same way, it's not until a casino scams us or someone before we can refer to the casino as a scam when and if there is already a clear evidence now pointing to the casino as a scam.

Your entire reply consists of insults, sarcasm and conclusions, but still no actual evidence.
Calling someone a "scammer", a "liar", or a "shitty scam casino" does not make it true. Those are serious allegations, yet you haven't provided a single piece of objective evidence to support them.
except all the objective verifiable evidence shared on here that shows you are a fucking liar, and a shitty casino, and only a scam casino would lie about their license, which makes you a fucking scammer. but i guess in your delulu land, ignoring evidence makes it non existent. Calling something "AI generated", pointing to where an image is hosted, or mentioning the age of a domain does not prove fraud. None of those points demonstrate that any published information is false.
you are literally committing fraud faking a license that doesn't exist, lol If your position is as strong as you claim, there should be no need for personal attacks or inflammatory language.
insulting scammers like you is fun, if you don't like it, you can fuck off. So once again, instead of insults, sarcasm and speculation, please provide objective, verifiable evidence demonstrating that any published information is false. Until then, you're presenting your personal interpretation as certainty, not established fact.
you are legit retarded, talking to you anymore would be a huge waste of my time. You haven't answered a single question about the fake license that is in the bottom right footer of your website.
he doesn't have an answer, and this whole time he's been using the stupidest AI to reply with BS nonsense. This is the most shady casino Ive seen from being in gambling industry for over a decade.
there are more from where this one came, just in the last few weeks i have seen 2 other just as shady casinos with fake licenses (and i don't go out of my way to find them). with new casinos popping up every day, there are probably many more out there just like them.

We've already addressed this topic in detail and don't believe there's any value in repeating the same discussion over and over again.
Anyone genuinely interested in our company is welcome to review the information we've published and draw their own conclusions.
From this point forward, we'd rather focus on what actually matters building the platform.
Over the coming weeks we'll be sharing updates on new features, upcoming tournaments, additional promotions, and the next stage of our roadmap, including the introduction of our Sportsbook.
Thank you to everyone who's joined us, provided constructive feedback, and continues to support the project. More exciting updates are on the way. 🚀💚

No you have not addressed anything in this thread. You got caught using a fake license from a fake license regulator in Costa Rica, which does not and cannot excist because Costa Rica is a unregulated market (as provided source of earlier in thread and can be read here as well: Qouting from Softswiss about regulation in Costa Rica: https://www.softswiss.com/gambling-regulation-map/costa-rica/Info from their website (updated on June 16th, 2026) " There’s no formal licensing system for online gambling. Operators can register locally as data processing businesses, provided they don’t target Costa Rican players." Regulatory Authority: There is no dedicated gambling authority in Costa Rica. Key legislation: There is no specific regulation for online gambling at the moment.Again, no other crypto casinos operating from Costa Rica display a license badge in the footer - cause again, license regulatory does't excist.

At some point, continuing the same discussion stops being productive and simply becomes background noise. We've reached that point. We'll move forward with building the platform, and everyone else is free to spend their time however they choose.
More updates soon. 🚀💚

It's unfortunate that you used German Language in an English board but judging from the translation, it appears part of your withdrawals have not been processed? Here is the translation I got from your text for other users to understand Hi,
I deposited and played at Glorbet, after back and forth I decided to pay out a small amount, not the talk worth 0.43 ETH. So and now my payout has been on stand since 28.08 and will not be processed!!! . live support is not available so I have sent out 3x emails, and I do not receive a response, very very frustrating is this, whereby the advertise with INSTANT WITHDRAWAL .
User name ragner69. and I hope the casino representative can do something, otherwise I will not deposit a penny more there. The representative of the casino has already been tagged. If they haven't paid out your money by now. I doubt they ever will. Please stick to reputable casinos. | | bitbollo | | 2026-07-03 | | Reference | | They have posted a fake license and a fake website for checking their license... that has hosted image on their server! |

It's so unfortunate to see that a gambling platform that is meant to be reputable is having a negative rating, and this is not something good at all. How can such a platform be trusted when it has not been revealed by other members as a reliable gambling casino? Trust really matters most in anything that we do. I think anyone who may want to consider using this platform, or any other I should consider the ratings or reviews of a casino before using it.
