I don't even understand how they're comfortably running a service thread in a Bitcoin community like Bitcointalk and decide to completely ghost the community even even when people are asking genuine questions.

Yeah I was wondering how they also review there site too and how the listings are done and what particular order it is done and what are there basis for listing them. What you said here is very true, because the opinion of users here is just like a review where users will talk of their experience and their challenges when using their services, so ignoring most of the things said here without responding to any is not ideal.
