They have freedom to complain about any service, any feature from a company including notifications in email. They can subscribe to receive notifications but if they feel annoying after experiencing notifications for a while, they can block it or unsubscribe it, it's what people can do with their email individually. Surely they have rights to complain about annoyance they feel publicly, no restrictions about that.
Sometimes you don't want to unsubscribe from the email because there are some important ones that you like receiving, but you can still find it annoying when they send too many emails. I have a service I use right now that I like, but they send too many notifications. I can't turn off the emails because there are some that are useful to me, and since I can't selectively choose to receive only emails that are useful to me, I find the emails kind of annoying.

You can create a separate email from your personal email which you use for daily drive, business purposes and job section. By seperating the email you can filter all your promotional emails from casino and other websites that are optional to use in daily life, by this way you can find all the important and lucrative offer's from casino in one place. You should try it. I actually do this and it's not overlapping.

Since the Worldcup has officially Ended , I think we should focus more on our Upcoming UCL , NBA league. I think Lucky Fun will change their Signature according to it. The more we will update and adapt with time more it will be better for our daily life.

If you are playing on multiple gambling sites, I would prefer to create a separate email for each one of them; this will not only add to the security (in case one gets hacked or compromised, all your gambling accounts won't be at stake), but also it will keep things organized. I know it's a big, tough task, but the least one should do is to make a separate email for gambling/betting sites and keep it different from the personal main email address.

I agree with the latter. I do something similar. I don't create unique email addresses for each casino I register on but I have multiple emails that I use for casinos and other services. Depending on how "important" I consider that casino account to be will determine which email I will use for the creation. It's not bulletproof but it works. The email I use left and right receives hundreds of spam and scam emails because I don't care about it at all. The other ones don't receive spam and I use them much less often.

I have been through this too, and it was really annoying when casino promo emails came in mixed with work emails or other important ones in my main inbox. Since I started playing on a few casinos at once, the notifications did not come just once a day sometimes many times in one day, until my main email got full and could not receive important emails anymore. That is when I finally made a separate email just for gambling, so my main email stays clean and only used for important stuff.

I believe most players don't really need a gambling address. It allows you to have a clean personal inbox and manage accounts related to casinos easier, and frees up the personal inbox from promos, bonuses and newsletters. Having a separate account for each casino can make it secure. But it can be too complicated for the typical person. The key is to create a robust and distinct password for every casino login and use two step verification when offered. That is much more effective than just having several email accounts.

Unsubscribing their news letters is the least thing they could do, but also yeah if we create new email for sure that we can avoid experiencing any flood emails and we can able to read those important emails.

Also I'm not comfortable using my main mail on casino registration. Because I know the risk of doing such thing and I can't afford to experience hacking issue that's why I make sure to have back up emails and other to avoid experiencing issues.

Emails are not too hard for creation and it's easily in fact, so we need to create different email addresses for different purposes. An email for work, an email for important personal things, and other emails for exchange accounts, casino accounts. If we are curious and want to explore new platforms, we need to have one email for this risky purpose.

It will help us reduce risk of floods in only one email with so many notifications including spam and phishing emails from scammers. With updates from exchanges, casinos or analysis sites, we can simply ignore them because they won't appear in our main emails. For other emails, we less likely open and check them too often and it's like staying far from possible annoying emails.

Use strong passwords for all emails.

I'm also with the idea of using a separate email for casinos and as long as you can keep that email secure and use a different password for each casino then there is really no need to create a separate email for every casino (as some members suggested). One is more than enough and it also makes tracking everything easier.
I highly recommend doing this especially with new casinos, for obvious reasons. As for old and reputable casinos, I have never experienced any issues with spam emails. The moment I unsubscribe from their newsletter, I never receive but the important emails.

It's your bad practice surely because there are many disadvantages with this practice of using a work and official email for casino registration (even more, I can guess so).

Firstly, your email will receive many mails in Inbox from jobs to casinos to exchanges, and you will be distracted from jobs by receiving and reading emails from casinos, exchanges, and other services. You can organized your email with Labels, Categories but it takes time and still distracting while there are other risks.

Secondly, there are more risk of online attacks such as phishing.

For privacy, it's best to separate your job-related things to other things.

I always use different emails for job, exchanges, casinos and my personal purposes as well as strong passwords for all emails.

Using separate email for every purpose will be better so we don't mix all things including our business in one email. We could confusing manage the email coming in the inbox so we need to have other emails. Perhaps that can make us busy to check one by one of the email but that is worth avoiding using the same email to all things. This also works for other people so they can manage all emails they have and not overlapping the incoming email into one email.

First of all, congratulations on the launch! The platform looks really polished.

I have a technical question, if you don't mind sharing. Is Lucky.fun built on your own platform, or are you using a third-party casino platform under the hood?

We're in the process of deciding whether to build our own platform or use an existing solution, so hearing about your journey would be incredibly valuable. Looking back, would you make the same decision again?

OVERALL: Awesome project!

BTW, I just saw a new lucky.fun promo exclusive for bitcointalk. Sharing this here as well so more folks can see  Cheesy
Basically, you just need to depo at least 20 bucks, place a qualifying bet and get $40 in freebet the next day.
See thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5586888.0
This is indeed a nice promo from the Lucky.fun team. I wanted to try this promo, but I lost my first deposit today before placing a bet on the sports event. I was trying my luck in the casino games before placing the bets there. It was a bad decision from my side, and I lost my eligibility for that promo now.

BTW, Lucky.fun accepts USDT deposits on the ERC20 network only, while it supports USDT withdrawals on around 6 different networks. They should make all other networks available for deposits too.
Speaking of the devil, we just added all networks for USDT, USDC, ETH, and a bunch of more currencies! Expect more methods to be added soon too.

I never received a response from a casino representative in this thread, which speaks volumes.

As a result, my complaint (https://contesthunters.com/disputes/26) was rejected by the casino without any clear justification. Additional information is also available in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5592040.msg67112577#msg67112577

I want to warn everyone about playing at this casino. Your money can be written off at any time, and your account closed. They don't care about public opinion so much that one might conclude that this is a short-term project and a fraudulent plan to make a quick buck by any means necessary, and then, apparently, start a new project. Be smart, try not to fall into the same trap I did.

Right, this could be a good practice for us moving forward. I will have a notes on what casino I did registered and what email I used, and not used my personal email so that it won't clogged it or at least I know where I registered.

In this case, everything is smooth on my end and there won't be any issues later and obviously we want our privacy and no spam emails. Although as you have said, we can all unsubscribe to it if we don't want to get any from them.

It's a safe practice by separating your emails for account registrations into different email categories. Like categories for jobs, personal and sensitive stuffs, exchanges, and casinos as well as other things if any. For purposes of using centralized exchanges, online casinos and other things, you can separate them into two sub email categories for trusted platforms, new and unknown reputation platforms. With the second sub categories, you can use emails which are ready to abandon and never connect them with your devices on which you do important things.

Clearly with any email and on any device, you must maintain good habit for security and privacy. It's risky if you use unimportant emails and think like you can do unsafe activities on that device and on the Internet.

Unfortunately, your case is not unique. This casino is an outright scam.
