I believe people are demotivated not only by the long path to mastering a new profession, but also by a lack of interest in what they do. It is interesting that you brought up this example, because I very often see job postings with that title. Recently, I have been researching how difficult it is for a non-tech person to acquire these skills, as well as what exactly and where one needs to study to become a full-stack developer. What interests me most is whether this is a good fit for me, since I have never worked with anything like this before. However, I see that the world is changing, and one needs to switch to what is in demand, and unfortunately, that is not analytical philosophy, to which I have devoted years of my life.

Well, look at it this way: programming is definitely something you can learn. It's not inherently difficult; you mostly need a firm grasp of core logic and how to solve problems using basic structured thinking. If you play chess, it's very similar—you evaluate the board, figure out the best path forward, and then optimize your strategy to achieve the cleanest solution.

Everyone possesses problem-solving intelligence, and coming from analytical philosophy gives you a massive advantage in logic. That's why I'm confident this is something you can pick up. Today, the learning curve is much smoother: if you're interested, you can find incredible free courses on YouTube, and whenever you hit a wall, you can simply ask an AI to break down complex concepts for you. Back when I was learning, my "AI" was a physical textbook, haha! I learned in a much more rudimentary way compared to today's tools, but even though I get a bit rusty especially since JavaScript has evolved so much while my foundation was mostly in C and C++ seeing how modern development works has been an eye-opener.

The main key is consistency: don't get discouraged, practice regularly, and you'll be surprised at how fast you make progress.

I agree that hard work is very important but in our society today hard work alone can’t guarantee wealth. A person can work for long hours and still find it hard to go about life, if the income doesn’t correspond with his expenses.

That’s why ownership of assets and businesses is very crucial . If a person can combine hard work with  ownership and investment that person will create more doors for financial growth. But we shouldn’t forget that ownership has  risk, and it’s not all investment that will do well.

Hard work should be necessary for everyone if you intend to survive in a country where there are little or no good plans for the common man but in doing so much you have to position yourself in the right direction where your work or craft will be noticed and appreciated else you will end up working so hard with peanuts as you take home salary. Bills are much and you need to be employed in a good company to be well paid so if you have the finance to start up a business then that's going to be a better way you can have the rewards for all the hard work you will be doing for yourself. Mind you the business you venture into doesn't automatically make you rich you still need to ensure you manage it properly before it can be bringing good profit to you.

Starting a business never guarantees success,  what matters is how the business is managed. Many invested huge capital in business believing that is the end of their suffering but at last it never end there while others that had little invested in sane business with good management it yield profit result at last. Therefore it doesn't matter what is invested in business,  what matters is how it is managed. And to manage this said business,  it requires relentless hardwork and other factors,  if not all will turn to zero at last that is why hardwork is never excluded in the ladder of success.

Another important thing before going into a business is to have knowledge of that business, it easy for that business to fall, if you don’t have proper knowledge of the business you’re into. Having knowledge will then equip you to have a well structured plan/strategy to help grow your business and this requires hard work, intelligence and smartness.

Business is more than just having just capital, but planning, strategy and good financial management is what holds a business and all this can be put in by hard work because success doesn’t come too easy, efforts must be applied.

This was already a topic in the past, for sure hard work is not a bad thing and it is going to keep you going in life, without hardwork you might not be able to be successful, but might as well it is true that hardwork alone is not going to guaranteed you any wealth in long term, I mean if we are just talking about whose doing the real hardwork we could just see the blue collar jobs that was doing all of the lifting.

Most of the time when opportunity comes you need to be there, I observe on some wealthy person that they were doing a good work, but not really doing like the actual hardwork, they were more like working smart if you ask me, I think most of the time luck was just a huge thing because even though both of you doing a good work, one person might be able to go straight true the success in just a short amount of time, even though we could say the the other person is more hardwork than the other.

I think just hard work will not suffice, it is important but being smart about your work is also important.

You have to be smart how you manage your connections you time and then you will see productivity going up. But this is difficult in the initial phase of life.

And wealth is not always going to be linked to work. Salary is part of the wealth but if investments, spending are not kept in proper lines, wealth will never grow. Invest in the proper places, proper assets and see yourself going upwards in life.

Agree, connection for sure is a huge thing, having the confidence and connection could easily boost you to the top, you might get lucky on oppotunities but with connections you are going to get a lot of it, you just need to be there when the opportunity comes.

Thank you for the support, it is very valuable. I also believe that the human brain is unique, if not for its cognitive abilities, then for the strong desires that drive us forward, making obstacles surmountable. I recently found a job related to evaluating the logical structure of educational courses. Words cannot express how glad I am about this, because it is what I did at the university, but couldn't realize myself in on the labor market, because no one understands what it is and why anyone needs it. I plan to work in this field while simultaneously learning something completely new to me, because the situation is changing very quickly, and we don't know what skills will be in demand in a year, two, or five. The ability to adapt and master new things remains the main advantage.

That's true. But with AI taking away developer's jobs (yes, they code too), you should aim for something bigger. Something like an AI Engineer or AI Expert will do the trick. This will allow you to stay ahead of the game, while maximizing your earning potential. Like I've said before, it's not about working harder. Instead, it's about working smarter. Choose a career that will keep you afloat even with the AI boom, spend less than what you earn, and invest into profitable business ventures to have a successful financial life.

You can't compare human way of giving result to computers but they can't do some things that men can do that's why we have advantage over many things. Where you also live contributes to how you can make it. If you stay in a country where is there is vast opportunity for people, you are likely going to make it quick than when to stay in a country where there is no hope. I've always been inclined to think that the environment can't be an excuse for standing still and going nowhere. But I also see how other people living in much more favorable conditions have their lives unfold in a completely different way. And for me to have the same things they do, I need to put in tens of times more effort, ingenuity, and time and even then, there's no guarantee I'll achieve what some people have simply because they live in a society that made sure they could live with dignity. So yes, you can work extremely hard your whole life, but your living conditions just aren't conducive to having a truly effective result or making a positive impact on improving your quality of life.
