KIKABET / BLACKWAVE LTD: TWO JULY TEAM MEMBERS REPORTED UNPAID AND LOCKED OUT. NOW MY $2,500 SEPTEMBER FEE REMAINS UNSETTLED. MANAGEMENT, PLEASE ANSWER.
For the official operator account: kikabet (UID 3755519)I am Elijah, a former contracted Affiliate Manager for KikaBet. I am posting in KikaBet's official thread because documented requests for settlement and termination clarification have received no substantive company response.
The issue is simple: I performed work under a signed agreement, but KikaBet has not paid my September fixed fee of USD 2,500, provided my final 5% NGR commission reconciliation, or issued a written termination confirmation. My record- Signed Independent Contractor Agreement dated 26 June 2026 with Blackwave Ltd: USD 2,500 fixed monthly fee plus 5% qualifying affiliate NGR recorded in Affilka.
- I performed partner recruitment, negotiations, activations, day-to-day affiliate support and reporting.
- On 2 October I sent management the August and September performance reports.
- On 3 October, management discussed performance concerns and possible continued working arrangements.
- Soon afterward, my corporate email and Affilka access were removed. I received no formal termination notice or final statement of earnings.
- A colleague later showed me a message from management saying I had been fired and alleging I was not doing my work. I dispute that characterization. My operational work is documented.
- I sent a formal payment demand on 13 October and a further written follow-up on 14 October. Neither has received a substantive response as of 23 October.
This appears to be more than one person's payment dispute. Two earlier members of the affiliate team reportedly worked through July 2026, were not paid for that month, and then lost access to their company accounts. A third colleague disputes receipt of a separate payment that he says was redirected to an impersonator using his compromised communication account. These are reports concerning other people, not independently established findings; I am asking KikaBet to respond with records rather than treating the allegations as proven.
KikaBet's official account is active in this forum and has provided detailed public responses to other disputes. I am asking for that same accountability here.To kikabet, please answer clearly and on the record:1. Who at Blackwave Ltd is authorized to address my claim?
2. Has the USD 2,500 September fee been paid? If you dispute it, on what specific contractual and accounting basis?
3. What is the termination effective date and the contractual basis for ending my engagement?
4. Where is the final month-by-month Affilka statement for the 5% NGR performance commission and any earned fees through termination?
5. What is the company's response to the two July staff-payment and access-removal allegations?
6. Will you preserve the affiliate-assignment, compensation and access-change records necessary for independent review?
I acknowledge that Section 4 of the contract includes a month-end / up-to-22-business-day payment provision; my 14 October deadline was a demand for settlement, not a claim that the contract's ultimate due date was conclusively that day. Section 8 addresses payment of earned amounts on termination. The absence of a response or final accounting is a distinct and serious issue.
I am inviting a substantive public response within 48 hours, or at minimum identification of an authorized person who will examine the documents and provide a date for written accounting. This is a request for accountability, not an invented legal deadline.
I retain the signed agreement, copies of both sent emails, management correspondence, affiliate activity records and relevant screenshots. I will make appropriately redacted evidence available to an authorized independent reviewer. I will not publish confidential affiliate records or other people's identities indiscriminately.
Forum members: I am requesting scrutiny of the operator's response and the documented payment issue, not harassment or unsupported allegations. If KikaBet supplies records or settles the claim, I will update this post fairly.Elijah
