Rating is a bit mid, 5.8/10, because of these reasons stated by AskGamblers:
*Support can take up to 3 hours
*Limited access to player protection limits

Maybe the LuckyCoin team should look into those factors to help improve their ratings.
But, overall, it is still a good step for them to be listed on that platform; now, the users will have a place to post their reviews and complaints (which I hope none will come up ), but honest reviews would be great, though.

Sure, development funds and customer satisfaction is very important to any project that have the intention to grow and serve the general public, just as I mentioned improving customer relations like the amount of time to wait to get support attention is very important.

So far so good, luckycoin site and services has been tremendously good, and I have not heard of any complaints pertaining to the services, so I believe that they knows better that without proper customers satisfaction, it would be hard to continue using the casino to gamble, but since they have been so good so far, I believe that with time they will gain the popularity and confidence of most gamblers in this crypto space.

I still believe that, given the excellent service Luckycoin provides, it would be in their best interests to remain within the BitcoinTalk forum ecosystem by investing in marketing here, not just because they pay us, but because this is where the largest number of crypto gamblers and a few whale gamblers hang out.

I’m not removing the signature because I’m absolutely convinced the campaign will be relaunched.

LuckyCoin is a good casino, but I think it takes more time to see meaningful results from a signature campaign on BitcoinTalk. A few weeks is too short a period to draw any conclusions about its effectiveness.

It's entirely possible that LuckyCoin will return to the forum in the future. I even remember that Rainbet launched several short term campaigns in the past and then shut them down, only to come back later on a much larger scale. Today, Rainbet has the biggest signature campaign on the forum. So anything is possible.

Or ask Live Support first how to report bug so you can get better answer about where and how you should report the bug you found.

Yesterday I contacted live support and asked whether they offered bug bounties. They told me to report the issue through support and said the team would consider a bug bounty after reviewing it.

After I submitted my report, I followed up today and was told they don't generally pay bug bounties at all. So I was basically led to believe a reward was possible, only to be told afterward that they don't offer them.

Apparently, a medium-severity vulnerability wasn't enough to receive a bounty.

op is recently inactive so if you talk to the live support of the platform then you will get a response from there very quickly. Your support will be able to forward your information very quickly. Or if customer care asks you to email then you will also get a response to that email very quickly because customer support will also inform the developer about your issue. So it is better if you talk directly to the live chat.

The developers have probably found some bugs in this platform, including the problem you found, which has caused them to take a break from their promotion here too.

I believe that LuckyCoin has done a good job in its early stages. But it's not a time for saying anything definitive as it is still in beta. The good news is. Thus far there have been no major complaints, indicating that the team is taking the launch seriously. It's going to take successful management of user feedback, user problems and transparency, though, as more users join in, if they are going to be successful over the long term. As long as they maintain the customer trust as the No.1 priority and continue to bring good things to the platform, I think LuckyCoin will slowly establish a good reputation in the Bitcointalk community.

leonair I am not sure if the bug was reason why the team decided to go on break from their promotion, as you can see that the bug reporter mentioned that the bug is a medium severity bug which is not enough to affect the casinos operations.

There must be other reasons why their paused the promotions asides that bug thing, and besides Luckycoin still have a poker contest running here in the forum.

You should have stated your claim with an evidence, but as it stands most people will not take your word serious because their is no clear evidence for we to believe that what you are saying is true. Because anyone can just come up from anywhere to defame a casino for their personal interest or it might be sponsored by casino that believes that luckycoin are their biggest competitors, and besides you are a newbie that is just making your first post, so the chances of anyone taking your word serious are low. So try come up with more evidence to back up your claims, because $2.5k is not that small money to most people.

You should have stated your claim with an evidence, but as it stands most people will not take your word serious because their is no clear evidence for we to believe that what you are saying is true.

He surely needs to create a scam accusation thread with a guided format for it, and include every evidence he has. That is what he has to do but whether the accusation is valid or invalid, it depends on investigation from Luckycoin, and proof they have against his account.
