It's likely that you may not get this easy with them, depositing into wrong chains and then requesting the fund to be returned to your personal wallet will raise alot of suspension.


You should have just pointed out your mistake to the support and ask that you made a wrong chain deposit and want them to redposit it in the right chain instead asking to get the money into your own wallet, this will make the process easier for the team they could just tip you on the casino without you needing to go through all the resubmiting any wallet and waiting endlessly like this.

I was trying to jump in on the wager race but for some reason I keep hitting all these kinds of glitches, it's either the continuous reload that I can't place bets or this floating message with sportsbook isnt available right now.. and tried different browsers no fix for this.. maybe will try tomorrow. Otherwise other bookies using Betby everything running smoothly, so don't know what's happening here..

Your request is like changing an referral link for your account and I did not follow up this branch industry too much while things change quickly in cryptocurrency market and online cryptocurrency gambling industry.

I have no idea that recently centralized exchanges allow to change user referral links and the same uncertainty with change of referral link for user account on gambling site.

If they allow you to do such change, you can join the contest but if you don't allow that, it's dangerous to create a new account only to join one contest. In addition, how about future contests, creating more new accounts?

Im with you and this one, not only for this race but also other promos we may do in the future.

Currently the referral code: BTCTALK needs to be there from start in order for the APIs to connect with the actual Race. Its not perfect built in that sense but the only solution we had this time around.

I will discuss internally and see what we can be done.

Small update: they finally refunded me after about a month, but only 155 USDT out of the original 205.

So they kept 50 USDT as a fee, even though the funds were never lost and had already reached their wallet. I had also asked them earlier to just credit the USDT to my casino balance, but that didn’t happen.

Anyway, at least I got most of it back. It was my first deposit there, and after this experience I don’t think there’ll be a second one

Very disappointing experience with LuckyCoin.

On September 25, they requested verification. I sent the required document and selfie the same day. Three days later, my verification is still not completed.

Live support says they know nothing and cannot give any timeframe, while the verification team completely ignores my emails.

All of this is happening over a balance of around $100. Apparently, for LuckyCoin, even $100 is a serious enough amount to keep a customer waiting for days without any clear answer.

So far, very poor support and a very bad experience.
