This matter has now been resolved.
Our internal investigation is still ongoing, but as a gesture of goodwill, we have already reimbursed the player in full. The entire cost of this has been covered by Lucky Coin.
We’ve also credited 200 free spins on Outsourced 2: Balkan Engineering as an additional gesture of goodwill, to compensate for the delay while we’ve been looking into the matter.
While we can’t share specific details of an ongoing investigation publicly, we want to reassure everyone that the affected player has been fully reimbursed, and our founding team is in direct contact with him.
If there is an official Bitcointalk representative who handles player disputes or cases like this, we’d be more than happy to share updates and relevant information with them directly as the matter progresses. For obvious reasons, however, we can’t share those details in an open forum.
As a general reminder, access to a Lucky Coin account is linked to the email address associated with it. As a casino, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility if a player’s personal email account is compromised. For this reason, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your email account and making sure it is properly secured.
To put this into perspective, we had roughly 2,000 active players during September, and only a very small number of players have experienced anything similar.
While we take every such case seriously, with a player base of this size, unfortunately, isolated incidents can happen from time to time.
@lariserg, if you don’t mind, we’d really appreciate it if you could confirm in the thread once you’ve received the funds.
Once again, we’re sorry for the experience and for the inconvenience this has caused. We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’ve been working through the matter.
If the ongoing investigation uncovers any meaningful new information, we’ll be sure to share the relevant details with you privately.
Thanks again,
Tomas

Hello Gastbativ, and welcome to the thread.
I’ve spoken with the Head of Customer Support, and they are currently reviewing your case as a priority. Thank you for raising this here and bringing it to our attention.
We appreciate your patience while the team looks into this and will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
No one has contacted me, and I haven't heard a word from you either. However, I did find at least one other identical complaint where a person had money disappear from their account. This leads to the conclusion that the casino has, unfortunately, turned to fraud and is simply stealing money from its customers in a brazen manner. I am speechless at how low this is.
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/luckycoin.comI’m warning everyone: do not play at this casino under any circumstances. Your money could vanish at any moment.
