Regarding Askgamblers: tried that already. About 10 days ago I submitted a second complaint, worded differently but it was also rejected the next day as they could see it was about the same case.

It definitely has something to do with the nature of your case regardless of the wording you try to use. Why don't you try other alternatives as see if they can try to get the representatives to talks? I don't think ask gamblers rejected the first case by mistake. It's probably due to their policy or something a long those lines.

In that case, I don't think you have many options left unless you find another mediator that will agree to look into the case or you take them to court. You don't want to get the license holder involved, AskGambers has rejected you twice, and CasinoGuru doesn't mediate incidents involving sports betting.

Have you tried asking them for more detailed feedback and reasons why they are rejecting your complaints? It's one of the things they are supposed to be dealing with and mediating to solve.

According to the screenshot shared, the claim that OP should forward the dispute to the relevant gambling authority for proper investigation. It seems they made that decision because they feel they are not competent enough to carry out a complete investigation.

I made a few other suggestions to OP, but I am not sure if they will do what is required. Better to try than never as there are not so many options left.

They did not want to elaborate on their decicion. I find it very weird too.

I do have some more options: simply use another mediator, such as the ones logfile mentioned above, or bookmakersreview.com
I am currently waiting on Icopress to ask Bets.io if they agree to let the case be judges by one of those other mediators

I wrote to them and informed them that those two platforms (Ask/Guru) do not consider betting-related arbitrage. I'll get back to them as soon as I receive a response.

Btw, the screenshot you sent me was actually useless because it didn't indicate the actual reason for application being rejected.

I sent you all Askgamblers sent me as far as the reason for rejection. So in essence they just don't want to state the exact reason, it must be something to do with workload or experience probably. But it does not matter anymore as we have moved on from Askgamblers now.

Let's hope they agree to pass it on to Bookmakersreview.com
I cannot think of any reason why they would not agree to that, if they think they have done everything by the book. If Bets.io correctly confiscated my whole balance and provide proof to Bookmakersreview.com then they will obviously judge in their favour. And then I look like the fool and will accept the final decision. But, we will see....

First, it will be much appreciated if you can stay in your own thread instead of polluting and flaming other thread.

Second, bitcointalk is "just" a forum who happen to have Scam Accusations section, where people who help bridging or mediating disputes here are doing it voluntarily. They --and from them, it extend to the forum itself-- don't have the obligation to do something.

That said, I know that icopress is working hard on getting things back into place. Things just sometimes doesn't work as fast or in the trajectory that someone else deemed.

There are handful of casinos with multiple complaints on this board and zero response from their representative, if you care to look around the SA board instead of just focusing and piggybacking here. Your point?

My point is that Beis.io has two complaints, with the same characteristics, and they refuse to fix both complaints. In addition the myriad of other complaints on the internet alleging the same behavior by Bets.io. If there is smoke there is fire. Don’t be a victim of Bets.io

I have not managed to establish any contact with someone from compliance from Bets, so I can't help much so far. As for icopress, he's working with them at marketing capacity and dealing mostly with someone from marketing department and not compliance. So, in all technicalities, it's not his burden. or his contact's, to make bets agreed to a mediation.

Only people from compliance can make the binding agreement.

That said, I haven't exhausted my attempt to secure a line, and I believe --though it's not his duty-- ico is doing all he can do too, if procedure allows.

I think you should also submit an application there, but it's better to wait for Dragosss to respond and find out what stage he's at.

Yes, I filed a complaint with Bookmakersreview.com exactly one week ago, but have not heard a response yet. In fact I'm starting to get worried that they are not active at all since on the bookmakersreview forum there are multiple others who are reporting that they are waiting very long to hear back from the dispute resolution service, some even 2 months or longer.
I'm gonna give it a couple more days and then maybe suggest another dispute resolution service.
