OgNasty has a history of acting one way when publicly posting, and acting an entirely different way when privately posting/interacting. While he continues to shit-post in the sports section for satoshis, brag about his immense wealth, and pose as a benevolent force within the forum by facilitating free giveaways and supporting stroke victims, I would like this thread to serve as documentation for anyone that is interested.

If you have been on the receiving end of OgNasty threatening you via a private message interaction (by violence, or otherwise), or/and, have been on the receiving end of OgNasty twisting words/order of events of interactions that took place in private messages, then post about it here.

Personally, this Master Ogway has never done anything bad to me. I haven't seen a single instance of him of repressing of freedom of speech of anybody. Og never been involved in any acts of suppression or attempts to silence anyone as one "cat-with-9-lives" did.

I doubt Excimer has looked that far back, he mostly a "current events" troll - I could be wrong though.  Besides the post where OgNasty threatened to kill me in court and take 30 days for the community, I have that well known PM where OgNasty prays for violence; then he went on to tell the court he feared for his life when I finally found out who he is.

TMAN/Lauda/owlcatz/minifrij/hhampuz have all taunted me claiming they know who I am. Still I don’t give a fuck. I would give thanks to god if any or all of them showed up on my doorstep one day. That would be the ass kicking of a lifetime.

I'd like to see the pm @ibminer mentioned about OgNasty offering me 1BTC for advertising, then giving it to his brother instead.  But it's not really needed.

OP - not sure if this thread will attract much attention.  You can't collect evidence this way - you need a better organization system than BBCode intermixed with trolling.

Guess we aren't posting PM's, because according to LoyceV, it' unbecoming and against good forum nettiquete. Elaborating will do just fine for the purpose of this thread. Honestly? Fair enough. He's an example of how some members here have a level of dignity that most people can't comprehend.

For me, Og wasn't just about the private name calling and 8th grade insults. I did end up blocking his PMs because I'd rather him say it publicly, but I'm a big boy and I can handle it. The bigger problem is the way he twists things publicly about situations I know he is lying or changing the story on. The only real way to prove these things is extremely long descriptive posts and/or releasing PMs, which as LoyceV pointed out, is frowned upon.

The moneypot signature is a clear example. In 2016, I asked for his thoughts on a feedback related to Dogedigital/Moneypot being run by scammers. There were only a handful of DT1s back then and I thought he was trustworthy, at the time. Instead of responding, ~2 weeks later he dropped his Nastyfans signature and started getting paid "$10,000/month" to wear Moneypot's signature, I let him know my feelings and stopped supporting Nastyfans.

Years later in 2018, after I posted about this issue publicly for the first time, he privately apologized and claimed he has realized his mistake and didn't understand the timeline of events, and promised me he would have never worn it if he knew. I gave him the benefit of doubt (as you can see I edit'd this post after his apology).

More years go by and I discussed my issues publicly with his Nasty* scheme, and he suddenly started publicly spinning this situation, in multiple posts, to make it appear I was mad because I lost money with a signature advertiser. Even in this same linked post, he is spinning my issue with Nasty* as being about some silver coin appreciating, no mention of shares/seats, lol... again spun.

He even went as far as to say he removed the signature "for me" before his agreement with them ended, which is interesting considering he only acknowledged I was right 2 years after the initial PMs, but now he wants to go back in time and change the entire situation to hurt my reputation, which is what he has done with a lot of situations. He really enjoys making up shit about people who aren't here to defend themselves anymore.

Note: I never used Moneypot. My issue was with his conduct, with Nasty*, and with how BTC return expectations were later re-framed into USD ROI arguments. Anyone "supremely bullish in Bitcoin" wants more bitcoin, he certainly did at the time, and so did I. I couldn't continue mining myself and thought he was going to build the organization up, instead he coasted with a small amounts of miners, removed the majority (eventually all of them), over the span of several years, then claimed ROI because BTC's USD value went up. Now he says more people need to join/"donate" to increase distributions.. sound familiar?

This is the same pattern over and over, make up a version that helps his narrative, repeat it publicly ad nauseam, and dodge the actual issue.

Narcissism ultimately hurts communities. I mentioned this privately to an admin here a long time ago, well before AI, but today I was curious what AI would say to the question: "Does narcissism help or hurt communities", and I found the answer rather interesting.

They can do both, but over time narcissistic patterns usually hurt communities more than help them, especially if the person gains influence.

A narcissistic person may help a community when their need for admiration lines up with visible public good. For example, they might organize events, donate money, lead projects, recruit people, create energy, or defend the group loudly because it makes them look important. Some can be charismatic, confident, and effective at rallying people.

But the same traits often damage the community when ego becomes more important than the group. Common harms include:

So the real question is not “did they ever help?” but whether the help came with control, chaos, fear, favoritism, or long-term damage.

Narcissistic contributor: “I helped, so the community owes me status, loyalty, protection, or silence.”

In community settings, narcissistic people often appear valuable early on because they are loud, confident, active, and visible. The damage usually shows later, when accountability threatens their image. Then the community may start protecting the person instead of protecting the community.

OgNasty's current legal position can been summarized as "I only filed a defense because I was forced to" so he will want to delete evidence where he threatens legal action. 

3) NastyFans isn’t a Ponzi Scheme. Distributions come from sales of coins and mining rewards. It is actually crazy that people still spread that lie. Maybe I’ll do something about that with whatever retainer is leftover after the Vod case is tossed out.

OgNasty would have to first prove NastyFans isn't a ponzi scheme run by his family in Europe before he could sue anyone for claiming it.   Truth is the ultimate defense in libel cases, and I will prove that on June 18.

Doubt this is possible with the way nastyfans works but I'd like to be able to link my votes to another user, ie. I've a lot of confidence in OgNasty so would link my votes to his decisions. It never made sense to me that organisations base important decisions on who has the most money to buy shares :/

Who wrote the original policy?

1) the policy redefines abstention, and then hijacks / mis-counts actual, literal acts of abstention (formally defined as not voting) and then changes any true abstention to instead be a vote for "no action"
2) why does OgNasty have control of greater than 25% of the seats, and with it, the ability to unilaterally veto any and all polls
3) it only takes a vote of 25% "no action" to veto any policy changes (a vote with 75% in favor is required to change policy)

So really, we have a mockery of a voting system:

1) abstention is instead automatically treated like a veto / converted to a vote of "take no action which can be used to fix or amend broken policy"
2) the mining operations manager (or whatever OgNasty's title is) basically has full veto power for everything
(treasury seats are no longer treated separately like they're supposed to be)
3) there is no "3" ... I'll just add that while technically, the 75% "majority vote" requirement isn't inherently abnormal, it's easily abused in light of point number 2

I've a lot of confidence in OgNasty so would link my votes to his decisions. It never made sense to me that organisations base important decisions on who has the most money to buy shares :/

@OgNasty: The treasury seats were never meant to have voting privileges, and having control of them now to swing a vote is not proportional to the amount of money you put into NastyMining during the IPO on GLBSE, nor are these seats proportional to any further investment(s) made by you on any later date thus far.

I don't want to pretend I'm a lawyer, but from my understanding, all I am doing is mining BTC.  Last I checked, that was legal.  NastyFans are also trading fan club seats amongst each other, so there really isn't any banking or anything like that going on as with the other exchanges.  However, I feel the best way to address this concern is to continue diversifying the operation.  I suspect over the next couple months you will see a few new products/services relating to NastyFans.  I have been hard at work, as has nonnakip for quite some time on a few different projects/services that will benefit current seat owners.  My hope is that you, the NastyFans, will join together at some point in the very near future to strengthen our mining network to multiple locations around the globe.  Get ready.  Exciting things are coming.

Anyhow, yeah, you read it all right. Bacxk then, I was a newbie. I didn't wanna read all that old bs, and there was no real seeable flags back then, cuz og was in basic control of DT1 due to the way it operated back then.

Only now... Things don't work the same. If you dig really deep, youll find his username is actually something else - maybe you need more merits to see the investigation board, I can't recall... but yeah yawn... I got fleeced some btc, nothing new having been here 10+ years.
