Frankly, the reason we chose Bitcoin was not because of privacy or security issues. Profit is the real reason.

On top of that, it depends on the nation you are living, if you live in USA for example, it s very hard to hear something like that, not the same in other countries. For example, my grandfather was a rich business person, not like some billionaire with a yatch type of person lol. But he was the distributor or whatever it is called in English, of veggies in our town. So you want pumpkin? lettuce? tomato (well tomato happens to be fruit now lol) cabbage etc etc? ALL of them, came from him, he would have a connection at the big city, would bring as much as needed, and people all would buy from him wholesale. He had a huge mansion size house, looking over the sea. So I would say, in todays worth, it would be 10+ million dollar networth. You know what happened? Government took his home, paid him like 2 months worth of salary I have now, basically nothing, and then closed his shop, because he once had an argument with the mayor...

The both are good to invest on, but in my own opinion I will prefer Bitcoin investment because it is easy to invest on, and you can also be on your comfort zone to invest on it. Bitcoin investment offers high massive growth potential and easy entry. While land property will cost you a lot to invest on. So, I will prefer Bitcoin because you just have to hold it why it appreciate gradually. While land property, you will have to look for a good and a comfortable environment to invest on it. so, the reason why I also prefer Bitcoin is that you can also use any kind of amount of money to invest on it, but landed property you need big amount of money, which will have to save for a long period of time in other to invest on it.
Property or land and bitcoin have their own disadvantages and also their own advantages, such as if we can invest in bitcoin at a low price and can sell at a high price in the peak cycle it will be very profitable if calculated 5 years of investment, as well as land or property if in a place that can be utilized for better productivity it will be very good results apart from the price of land that continues to grow, This will also be very profitable on the land that we can maximize properly, the difficulty is depending on how you measure and assess that the place you buy will get good potential in the next 5 years, usually if you know the government's development plan in an area the value will have a good increase on that place.

Investing in bitcoin would yield the best profits after five years, but investing in landed properties will make up a good retirement especially if you have accumulated a bigger property.
In fact, a lot are linking retirement with Bitcoin. So what is the difference? Although as you said, BTC is already the best. So why settle for less? Maybe you can just say that a real estate is much stable than in BTC. There are people whose risk appetite is only small, so they can still consider the real estate one than on BTC. Furthermore, if you want multiple sources of income, do not just stick to one but invest in both as they can be a hedge against inflation in the long run.
Obviously. There is no multiple but only single though. But as we speak earlier, it is still possible for a single investment to beat a multiple one which income is still lower than it. All investments appreciates, so all are a hedge against the inflation regardless if they are high in volatility or not but we only need to consider a safe and solid asset, as there is also highly volatile investment like meme coins that usually don't recover anymore once they dump.

Few weeks back I was in an argument with some people saying that they value landed properties than investing in digital currencies, but however, both of them are so much important to invest on, now investing in bitcoin doesn't give you any risk provided that you are holding for a long duration, same thing applicable with landed properties when you hold for long term especially the area that has been developed you would see your landed property appreciating so quickly than that of the digital currencies.
Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties, although this depends on the area of the landed that could make it to boost so faster than as we may think of. Undeveloped areas does not appreciates as we think so easily and even if you must sell when the profits might added it wouldn't the same as someone who invested on bitcoin because as we know is cyclic and also doubled with the halving has been concluded.
For you reading this post, which of the investment do you think could be better and worthy enough in the next 5 years?
I have a different thinking, I would go for investments that involves physical properties. I would make my investments in the agricultural sector, as me and my family are already involved with it. We already have a good amount of lands in our village, so land isn't a problem for me. Most of the things are already coming from our agricultural investments, like vegetables from the garden, eggs and meat from the poultry farm, milk from cows, and fish from the ponds. Although I had to scale down the poultry project for some reasons, if I ever got another chance, Ill definitely invest in it again. I know my investments might not bring me massive gains like in Crypto, but rn I am saving a lot of our living expenses with the little I have, because I don't need to buy much of our daily things. So in my opinion, it would be a fruitful investment. With Btc, I need to invest and wait a long time. But my situations won't allow it I'm afraid. I'm not saying, I won't invest any. I already invested, but it's an insignificant amount.

And I believe that the larger portion of your funds should be invested in the asset with the highest potential. At the moment, I see Bitcoin as having the potential to generate higher returns than investing in real estate. Therefore, if I had to choose right now, I would personally lean toward digital assets. It is a matter of personal preference, real estate business is not bad, it can also give a lot of good things, and in the case of Bitcoin, we definitely have to hold it for the long term, real estate is also long term, but in the case of Bitcoin, it will move in a volatile way, we have to be careful and hold it without panicking.
