I will stick to bitcoin first. Despite of its current price volatility, I know in just five years, bitcoin's price will surely make a difference.

Now with undeveloped landed properties, with lower initial purchase prices, most likely the future profits would not be as big as bitcoin. I am talking the 5 years target here, unlike with bitcoin where the current price could be tripled or quadruple, or even higher than that. And with the future profits coming from bitcoin, we can now maximize investing in landed properties as well.

I know many people will not go for BTC because they don't have the knowledge of BTC. It will be hard for those that have knowledgeable about BTC will ignore BTC, because BTC will be their choice, because they know that hodling BTC for some years it will help them to earn what those that invest in land property will not going to achieve in some years.

I will go for BTC investment because I have heard a lot of positive story about some people that started BTC investment that turned them to millionaires, because they hodl for long years before they changed their mind to sell the BTC during bull market.

Investing in property is indeed very promising, but for long-term investments or for the next 5 years, I think investing in Bitcoin is the most appropriate choice with a small possibility of loss and, conversely, the potential to gain significant profits. So, when compared to other investments, the right choice is Bitcoin investment, as it allows for greater profits compared to others.
That is my thought, and it is the most logical thought according to me, so until now I have taken the opportunity to do it.

Few weeks back I was in an argument with some people saying that they value landed properties than investing in digital currencies, but however, both of them are so much important to invest on, now investing in bitcoin doesn't give you any risk provided that you are holding for a long duration, same thing applicable with landed properties when you hold for long term especially the area that has been developed you would see your landed property appreciating so quickly than that of the digital currencies.

Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties, although this depends on the area of the landed that could make it to boost so faster than as we may think of. Undeveloped areas does not appreciates as we think so easily and even if you must sell when the profits might added it wouldn't the same as someone who invested on bitcoin because as we know is cyclic and also doubled with the halving has been concluded.

For you reading this post, which of the investment do you think could be better and worthy enough in the next 5 years?

Property, gold, and Bitcoin can be excellent investments with a minimum timeframe of five years. Property investment is still a viable investment because prices tend to increase annually, and this increase in price will generate profits for investors.

Regarding gold investment, I still believe that this type of investment is not guaranteed to generate profits for investors, as its ATH has already been reached. However, this investment can serve as a hedge.

For Bitcoin, over the next five years, I believe that if investors are hoping for profits through price reversion, I would also choose that option, as the four-year cycle still applies, given that the price is no longer at $80,000. If done regularly, this is very effective. DYOR

Both are important but you need to get the knowledge and experience about it before you can choose bitcoin. Many people will choose real estate because that is what they can see physically without stress but investing in digital stuff can give you stress because you need to understand it before taking risk.

 If you want to start anything business or investment is advisable you should no rush to invest you should calm down and get experience in it so that you can know how to take moves, but some will just invest without getting any knowledge and anytime they lose they will start to complain and they didn’t go deep to it first before starting.

Property or Bitcoin, both have been tested as profitable investments in the long run, but choosing which one is better will depend on your knowledge, if you know how bitcoin works, you can choose bitcoin, if you know how property works, it is not wrong to invest there either. I definitely wouldn't choose to invest in property, because investing in property is not as easy as you might think, since it's not a liquid asset, it's also an asset that needs to be maintained and taking care of various documents that can be time-consuming, and the value of the property is affected by the economy and location, that means that you might need a longer time just to get a return on the investment you made. So because of the hassle, I don't think about investing my money in property.

But if I were given the opportunity I would rather invest in Bitcoin, because it has more potential, especially in the next 5 years which can't be said to be short-term, I should have expected that I could get a return by looking at Bitcoin's performance over the past few years, and also it's much easier and I don't need to be complicated to manage it.

If your target is 5 years, then bro, go for Bitcoin because it might give you more profit than land. Lands or gold usually make huge profits when you hold them for decades. The kind of profit they make can even change your life completely, so at least hold them for 2 decades if possible. Also, don't buy property that is doubtful or has legal issues. Always double-check legal claims on property, although it is different everywhere. Here, it was very serious, but the current government is working hard so that no one will lose their land by force.

In such situations, BTC is the best choice because when you have a fear of fraud or that someone will confiscate your property by force and bribe authorities so they can own the property legally, then BTC alone can save you.

Considering the duration of investment since the period of investment you are asking of is 5 years I will choose Bitcoin, if the period of investment was still more than 5 years my answer will still remain Bitcoin because I understand the potential that Bitcoin holds. Bitcoin has a 4-year cycle hence the next 4 years is going to be very positive for those that will invest in Bitcoin at the moment and since I am too evaluate my investment in 5 years time I will decide to invest in Bitcoin.

Choosing a quality land in a strategic location for you to invest in is not as easy as it seems because most of the best strategic locations has been taken already and it will take a lot of investment from you to buy properties in those strategic location right now but with Bitcoin you are going to be offered an opportunity to buy Bitcoin lower than is current price very soon when the beer market continues to kick in and with that opportunity you stand to benefit more in the future.

Our parents' generation, land was everything. It was about identity, security, legacy. The land belongs to you, you are somebody. And that's valid within the system they grew up in. There were more stable local economies, and fairly simple property rights. And the world wasn't fast enough to guarantee a rise in the value of a piece of ground in a good neighborhood over the span of decades.

However, the system changed. You know, and it changed more quickly than many of people's mental models did. You're correct to mention halving up. The supply shock is what matter. The new supply halves every four years but the demand does not. This tension is the one you're talking about that leads to cyclical appreciation.

Land can't do that. Land doesn't have programmatic scarcity.

Try selling a piece of land in an undeveloped area when you actually need liquidity. It may take several months. Years even. Bitcoin is ready to settle in minutes, worldwide, 24/7. The liquidity difference is more valuable than most people think.

Five years from now I think the people who chose bitcoin will have the freedom to buy the land anyway. The reverse is much less likely.

It's still Bitcoin for me, that one full cycle will be surprising on how high it will be by the time the term ends.

Land is still a good one and there's no debate to that. The value of it keeps on increasing and if more development is done to the area, you hit a jackpot.

And aside from that, I think tech stocks are also going to do well in the next 5 years. But that is probably out of the choice if someone will look other aside from Bitcoin and land.

Myself since I have known about a digital currencies I value anything that has to do with a digital investment because it is more reliable and dependable than things that happens offline, it's not that investing in real estate management is bad but you have to know that such investment have advantages and also the disadvantages like digital investment we are into, I  know that is not everybody who will be reliable for investing in real estate management or for digital cryptocurrency, you must use the one that you know better and invest on so that is why no one should be Condemned anyone because they have their own value and they also give their own profit depend on people that knows about the rules better

Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties
Bro, we've seen people sold their land properties just to buy bitcoin because that's what they have believed to be more of a solid decision.
Not going to blame them but if that's how they're looking into a better future of themselves, they did the right thing and a risk that's worth the gamble.
But if I am the one given the chance or opportunity to invest. I'll have to know how much is going to be the capital.
Whether we like it or not, small lumpsum would only make small difference these days as for the potential gains even if we like it.
Consistency is important and there should be a goal that you'll not stop and choosing bitcoin as an investment must become a habit.

It's still Bitcoin for me, that one full cycle will be surprising on how high it will be by the time the term ends.

Land is still a good one and there's no debate to that. The value of it keeps on increasing and if more development is done to the area, you hit a jackpot.

And aside from that, I think tech stocks are also going to do well in the next 5 years. But that is probably out of the choice if someone will look other aside from Bitcoin and land.

The plan to invest money in Bitcoin, tangible assets and the technology segment evidences a thorough knowledge of the risk management. Capital value is preserved in a property and it will not be eroded by inflation over the years. Bitcoin has a high potential of high returns in the future. In the meantime, technology firms are busy innovating and this has seen their share prices increase, boosting the global economic growth currently.

I cannot remember if I have come across a similar topic like this on the forum but I think that I have, but I don't think that I can really choose between both investments because they are both profitable and they are both needed. If you choose to invest only on digital currencies like Bitcoin without having any physical Investment then you are putting yourself under a lot of risks. I would prefer to start with Bitcoin investments and then gradually start investing in landed properties after getting enough Capital from my investment in Bitcoin.

The traditional knowledge about the properties is that it's really a way to avoid the inflation because its value always goes up. But we don't know what can happen to the world or wherever the area of our lands are.

If it's struck by some world events or even a war or whatever unprecedented event that could affect the area massively, that can decrease the value and development on that part.

But as we all know, technology is moving faster. Bitcoin has got blockchain and it's a technology that's also being recognized globally so, it's the best bet for the future just as how AI is being believed by most to be the future.

Few weeks back I was in an argument with some people saying that they value landed properties than investing in digital currencies, but however, both of them are so much important to invest on, now investing in bitcoin doesn't give you any risk provided that you are holding for a long duration, same thing applicable with landed properties when you hold for long term especially the area that has been developed you would see your landed property appreciating so quickly than that of the digital currencies.

For you reading this post, which of the investment do you think could be better and worthy enough in the next 5 years?

People do trade their Bitcoins or exchange Bitcoin for fiat in order to buy landed properties. That tells you a lot already in real estate development.

When it comes to landed properties, it’s always about location, when the landed property is sited. When it’s about Bitcoin, there isn’t any site attached to this but, just how much is invested in Bitcoin. If a whole Bitcoin (1BTC) is what is involved in this, then 5years ago, Bitcoin is certainly where my money would be.

Certainly with the profit it would have generated as against selling at ATH, of course I would be able to get a landed property in a good site as well.

Investing in bitcoin would yield the best profits after five years, but investing in landed properties will make up a good retirement especially if you have accumulated a bigger property.

Furthermore, if you want multiple sources of income, do not just stick to one but invest in both as they can be a hedge against inflation in the long run. We may not see the instant, definitive current value of these landed properties but in due time, maybe 20-30 years from now, its true market value will be established. The good thing is, if we can't benefit from it, at least our kids and grandkids will gain from it.

For you reading this post, which of the investment do you think could be better and worthy enough in the next 5 years?
First of all, we should invest in something that we are quite familiar. If we are more familiar with Bitcoin and knows its potential, surely it is better to choose Bitcoin investment. Bitcoin also always can prove that Bitcoin increases significant can hits a new ATH in each 4 years (4 years cycle). Meanwhile properties, there is no such guarantee for its increase in certain time period. So, in my own opinion, Bitcoin seems safer than properties in this matter.

By the way, we can diversify if we have enough funds. It means we can choose both of them (Bitcoin and property). So, the debate is actually not needed because both of them can be profitable if we invest in them with the right strategy. But to get optimum profits in 5 years, I think Bitcoin is better because there is a clear pattern of its price movement in 4 years cycle.

Both have their own pros and cons. Some people prefer landed properties investments because it's something they can see physically especially old people who doesn't have or like digital investments. landed properties can grow well if it is in a good condition and location, but it needs time and extra costs. Bitcoin on the other is volatile, it has a massive long term growth of held through cycles. Bitcoin has the potential to give you higher returns in time, only if you invest and accumulate properly. But it carries more risk than that of land , which is why people (especially old folks) prefer land, they don't want to see their investments fluctuating up and down. It's not everyone that has the mentality of investing and holding Bitcoin, some will buy and sell when price is dipping or when they sell little returns. I would prefer to own both , at least they are not a bad investment.
