Honestly I cant choose which investment you mentioned is the best because both are brilliant investment ideas can be very profitable. If I have the money I'll definitely be doing the two investment since I have knowledge on both investment and for sure I wont make much mistake due to my experience.

There is no fixed formula for choosing assets to invest in. Instead, it changes according to circumstances and financial situation, timing, and individual risk tolerance.

If you have an average income and limited capital, how can you invest in real estate? Clearly, in this case, Bitcoin is the better option. On the other hand, if you already own millions of dollars and have a comfortable life, putting everything into Bitcoin would be a bad idea. At that point, diversifying into real estate, gold, stocks and Bitcoin is the wiser approach.

Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties, although this depends on the area of the landed that could make it to boost so faster than as we may think of. Undeveloped areas does not appreciates as we think so easily and even if you must sell when the profits might added it wouldn't the same as someone who invested on bitcoin because as we know is cyclic and also doubled with the halving has been concluded.

For you reading this post, which of the investment do you think could be better and worthy enough in the next 5 years?

Bitcoin remains one of the best investments in the next five years, and I believe that beyond all expectations, Bitcoin remains the choice for most people.
The reason is simple: anyone can invest in Bitcoin, even with small capital, unlike investing in property, which requires large supporting funds. Bitcoin also excels in many ways, both in terms of how someone can invest with small capital and in terms of maximizing long-term returns, even though this asset is considered quite speculative.
Given the choice, I'm sure most people would choose Bitcoin, especially those who understand its history, because investing in Bitcoin requires proper knowledge.

Both investments are fundamentally sound, but we must also consider realistically how to choose one over the other given our limited capital.
However, if someone has substantial capital and can pursue both simultaneously, taking advantage of opportunities according to a pre-planned plan is also quite viable.

Few weeks back I was in an argument with some people saying that they value landed properties than investing in digital currencies, but however, both of them are so much important to invest on, now investing in bitcoin doesn't give you any risk provided that you are holding for a long duration, same thing applicable with landed properties when you hold for long term especially the area that has been developed you would see your landed property appreciating so quickly than that of the digital currencies.

Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties, although this depends on the area of the landed that could make it to boost so faster than as we may think of. In the crypto world there's only one option on which to invest in and that's Bitcoin. But on a general ground, Bitcoin investment using strategy like DCA can happen quietly. At a point in life or in one situation or the other, somethings remains or becomes a necessity, investing in other assets can become a necessity and even when carrying on such necessities Bitcoin investment can still be on going, need assessment as part of financial management will help decide what expenses comes first or later and at what amount.
