If you were given opportunity to invest which would you go for?

Both investments are good which means you can choose to go with one or even go with the two but however landed properties are very essential where I live which means it will have more value over the digital investment but digital investment is also very important as much as the landed property, so if I have to advise anyone then I will tell them to go for both inside of one.

I also think it's better when you have the opportunity to invest in several different assets that can generate profit for you. And I believe that the larger portion of your funds should be invested in the asset with the highest potential. At the moment, I see Bitcoin as having the potential to generate higher returns than investing in real estate. Therefore, if I had to choose right now, I would personally lean toward digital assets.

Yup, I agree, both have their own risks and potential returns so it depends on where we want to invest. However, it's important to have some knowledge before investing because it would be useless if we don't understand the basic of property investing or Bitcoin investing.

Yeah, every asset has its own risks, potential and cycles. We should invest in assets that suit us and what we actually understand. Do not invest just because others are doing it or because they say it is the best option.

Remember that profit is determined by the investor knowledge and skill, not the asset itself.

If I had enough money and the opportunity I would invest in both property and Bitcoin. But right now, my budget is limited so Bitcoin is a better option for me since I can start with a much smaller amount.

However, instances of government land reclamation or confiscation do not occur arbitrarily or all that often.

Frankly, the reason we chose Bitcoin was not because of privacy or security issues. Profit is the real reason.

For next 5 years certainly i would choose bitcoin as my asset the reason is very simple that bitcoin have proven that deserved to store for term although bear market and bull market will always be a part of bitcoin history but i still believe in bitcoin for digital investment above other options but for physical asset gold is very good especially in my country many people have considers gold for long term asset too but indeed property land can became an good choose too and the reason is quite similar to bitcoin because property land potention for the future is very bright so, rather than only pick one option for investment i think if i have a lot of money i will separate those money to the investment instrument like i said above

Bitcoin and landed properties are both valuable investment i agree with that and each of them has their own advantages in different ways but talking about bitcoin theirs is something I find interesting and it is the ups and downs of the market, and it is a very big weakness in Bitcoin. In my opinion investing in landed is better than investing in bitcoins. Because Bitcoin changes very quickly, which is not the case with landed. Few weeks back I was in an argument with some people saying that they value landed properties than investing in digital currencies, but however, both of them are so much important to invest on, now investing in bitcoin doesn't give you any risk provided that you are holding for a long duration, same thing applicable with landed properties when you hold for long term especially the area that has been developed you would see your landed property appreciating so quickly than that of the digital currencies.

Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties, although this depends on the area of the landed that could make it to boost so faster than as we may think of. Undeveloped areas does not appreciates as we think so easily and even if you must sell when the profits might added it wouldn't the same as someone who invested on bitcoin because as we know is cyclic and also doubled with the halving has been concluded.

People who are very familiar with Bitcoin and have a deep understanding of Bitcoin from a long time ago, if you ask them to invest, they will definitely say to invest in Bitcoin as their first choice. But people who have no knowledge about Bitcoin will never get interested in investing in Bitcoin no matter how much you praise it. Investing in Bitcoin is not risky as those who have knowledge may know but those who do not have complete knowledge about Bitcoin will basically consider investing in Bitcoin as a risk. The price of Bitcoin is currently highly inconsistent and the Bitcoin market is constantly fluctuating which new investors will never accept easily. That's why people who don't know about Bitcoin and don't know about the past history of Bitcoin market will show interest in investing in real estate.

It is always best to have multiple investments. If ever I have the money, I would invest on both active and passive investment.  For passive investment i will buy Bitcoin and hold it for years. I will also buy properties and rent them to people.

I also want to establish a business that will actively produce more income.  This way, I am able to have a diverse form of investment, and if one fails, I still have other investments that can help me recover losses from a failed investment.  It is always best to have a buffer so that we won't get into a tight situation and will always have back-up funds for our needs.

Just like you, I also think that investing in Bitcoin is more worth it than property... because investing in property requires a long period of time and to sell it back you might need a longer time, and the return you get may not be comparable to if you held Bitcoin for a longer period of time. the capital for investing in landed property is also not small and you need to be observant to see which properties have good potential in the future, or otherwise your investment will be worthless. so from all this hassle, I invested more in Bitcoin which is much more flexible and easier.

The rise of AI and related has made AI one of the things to go up high up there. Despite that choice differs Bitcoin can never be a wrong choice, it's even a wrong decision for whoever opportunity is given to neglect Bitcoin in place of others investment, right from time of origin till date I don't think there is any investment that have yeilder result with test of time like Bitcoin, even landed property can't be compared in most cases, no doubt it's volatile and poses some risk all investment is risk associated, there some risk in physical properties most people don't considered instance of natural disasters that collapse building, incident of fire burning down building etc all this are risk which most time Bitcoin is better of ,just time investor must be patient enough in case of dip and should be able to patiently wait longer period after investment known as long term , I prefer Bitcoin provided I am able to withstand pressure.
