Fenerbahce already have 17 foreign players over 23 and 7 under 23. it looks like they're still going to make 2-3 more signings Smiley so in 10 days, there's a good chance the team will end up with 13 extra foreign players.

As TFF has decided not to change the foreign players rule the teams are making their transfers accordingly.

İsmail Kartal said something during an interview like maybe the rule would change but I guess he didn't mean it. There is no way for it to happen for this season as of now.

I hope Galatasaray listens to their fans as well and gets faster with their moves. Our rivals are so active while we are doing nothing.

in my opinion, Fenerbahçe's real issue is having too many ineffective domestic players... they urgently need to increase the quality of their local players.

The constant changing of rules is also frustrating. After the match-fixing saga, the leagues started, and just five or six weeks later, we were suddenly faced with this "Play-off" system (I might be off on the exact timing).
You don't see things like that in Europe. One rule this year, another the next—come on, is that any way to run a system?
Just set a rule: you have a maximum allowance of 14 foreign players. Forget about age limits—under-20s, over-20s—and just let clubs do whatever they want.

10+4 rule is a major challenge for galatasaray. fenerbahçe has three under 23 players in their starting 11 who can also step in off the bench when needed without any drop in the team's performance.
But galatasaray lacks this. all of their under 23 players are substitutes and none are in the starting 11. whenever GS brings them onto the pitch, there's a significant drop in performance.

You may be right but there is also another perspective of this transfer. A player like that isn’t someone Beşiktaş should be signing in their current situation. They are a team in decline that hasn’t won the title for five years and has been stuck in fifth place year in, year out. This year, they absolutely must be chasing the title. What should they do? They should build a proper squad, signing young players who can perform well in every position, are hungry for the title and are physically fit. Spending all their money on Salah is like saying, ‘Let’s just carry on as we are this year too.’ They are not part of the psychological war between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe over signing big-name players; they need to rebuild first – Salah may not fit in this situation.

That's also a good thing to point out of course. Making your transfers in a sensible way is extra important for a team that haven't been fighting for the league title for years.

We don't know how Salah will perform at this age. Especially after watching his last season. That was the PL of course but we never know.  Tongue

Turkish teams like to sign big names without looking at their age I'm afraid. This doesn't always bring good results but we will see.

Başakşehir is trying to offload players for the season by signing Ayberk Kaygısız and Miguel Crespo. Miguel Crespo was a familiar name to Fenerbahçe fans, but he couldn’t establish himself in our league. It’s fair to say he won a place in the hearts of Fenerbahçe fans with the goal he scored against Galatasaray.
Rizespor, one of the most active teams in the transfer window, parted ways with Giannis Papanikolaou and Erdem Canpolat this season. Rizespor transferred Papanikolaou to a Polish team and sent goalkeeper Erdem on loan to Esenler Erokspor.

I would really love for Salah to join our Beşiktaş. His performance at Liverpool last season was down compared to previous years, but had it not been for that dip, he would still be playing in the Premier League.
From what I’ve read on social media, his agent has significantly lowered the commission he would receive.
We could announce this transfer at any moment.
He would make a massive contribution in terms of goals and assists in our league. We absolutely have to win the championship this year, and that is why we really need Salah.

I’d been seeing rumors that Beşiktaş was also going to sign Darwin Núñez, but Fabrizio Romano has denied those rumors. Beşiktaş’s main target right now appears to be Salah, but I think this has dragged on a bit too long. They could still sign Salah, but in my opinion, if a transfer rumor stays in the headlines longer than necessary, it tends to remain just a rumor. Generally, successful transfers are the ones that happen quickly and don’t give much room for rumors.

Trabzonspor lost 3-0 to Eintracht Frankfurt in a preseason friendly. It must be said that Trabzonspor didn’t make much of an impact during the match. Frankfurt, which scored two goals in the first half to close out the half with a 2-0 lead, hardly ever relinquished control of the match. Of course, we can say that Trabzonspor was trying out players, but in my opinion, their lack of impact during the match cannot be attributed to that. On the one hand, this was their first preseason match of the season; on the other hand, Frankfurt had already kicked off their season, and as their second preseason match, they appeared to be in better shape than Trabzonspor.

Both teams were playing to test their players. That's the whole point of friendly matches. Teams give their players different roles in different positions and positions, and they test how they play. Frankfurt was better prepared for the match and felt more comfortable against Trabzonspor. Trabzonspor, on the other hand, showed that they weren't fully ready for the first match of the season. Also, in my opinion, Frankfurt has a higher quality and stronger squad than Trabzonspor. This result didn't surprise me.

frankfurt was well organized, playing with a clear vision and executing it well.
but trabzonspor was still lack identity and direction. with new players needing time to adapt, it's hard to see Trabzonspor succeeding in Europe or the league with this current structure...

It's difficult to say this based on only one friendly match, of course. Trabzonspor didn't look ready in this friendly match, and this is just the result. Frankfurt is having a good pre-season. I thought Trabzonspor could be a strong opponent for them, but the German team easily dominated the game. Trabzonspor doesn't seem ready for the league in any way right now. I believe they've signed good players. They're aiming for the top spots in the league this year. However, they need to achieve team harmony and chemistry as soon as possible.

Beşiktaş are reportedly close to reaching an agreement with Mohamed Salah.
I think that's also the reason why they haven't announced any other signings yet.
Their next moves in the transfer market will likely depend on the outcome of the Salah deal, because signing him would require a significant financial commitment.
As for Darwin Núñez, I think a loan deal could be a good option. A partnership of Salah and Núñez could be excellent, but only if Salah's transfer is actually completed.

sure, one game doesn't mean anything but in my opinion trabzonspor's overall squad and managerial quality is still lacking. their midfield, in particular, is far from sufficient.
