Does anyone actually like this Fenerbahçe team? They advanced to the next round but they played terribly. If they'd conceded just one goal, they might have been eliminated. Kerem Aktürkoğlu is playing just as poorly as he did last year. They have no chance of success with İrfan, İsmail and Kerem. Greenwood just arrived, so there's no need to criticize him.

In their current state, Fenerbahçe will have a very tough time in the Champions League. The new signings need to arrive as soon as possible. They'll face Sturm Graz in the third qualifying round. This round will definitely be tougher than the one against Gornik Zabrze. After making such big investments, you can't be eliminated in the qualifying round. Fenerbahçe need to advance to the Champions League group stage.

Generally speaking, I didn’t like the team at all. Ake and Mert Günok were the only ones who were any good. For a start, the formation is unclear. Their fitness is in a terrible state. Those strange injuries have started up again, just like during Coach Ismail’s previous time. The failure to score in yet another open game and the fact that the tie was decided by Mert Günok’s fine saves are the most important issues that need to be considered. The Fenerbahçe management must also address the fact that the absence of a centre-forward has been felt very keenly whilst Vedat Muriqi is injured. Fenerbahçe need a goalkeeper, a midfielder, a winger and a striker, but before they can even get round to that, they have 10 foreign players they need to let go.

Fenerbahçe took a 1-0 lead thanks to a penalty goal scored by Talisca. Fenerbahçe dominated the game after this goal, but Górnik Zabrze found their courage and began to attack during the final three minutes of the first half. The turning point of the match came in the 45+9th minute; Kerem Aktürkoğlu was too slow in a one-on-one situation, allowing a defender to prevent the goal. Zabrze scored on the counter-attack, and the first half ended 1-1.
Kerem and İrfancan should not be playing for this team; neither of them is currently contributing to the squad. If Fenerbahçe signs Leao, they will sell Kerem.

Its indeed a very difficult day for fenerbahce, at the first half they showcase an extraordinary performance that kept them ahead at the beginning of the game.
If not for luck on that game i don't think it would have been an easy one for Fenerbahçe in today's game, from the beginning to the end they dominated but had few shots on target and finds it difficult maintaining balance when needed in the game. Even at that i would say they did perfectly well and their general effort made way for them at last.

We struggled to get through a round we should have cleared easily.
Our next opponent is Sturm Graz, but if we play such abysmal football, Graz could knock us out in this round.
Even assuming we get past Graz, there is no way Fenerbahçe could eliminate the team waiting in the play-off round.
I still think we will end up in the UEFA group stage.
We finished today's match 1-1, but there is absolutely no trace of the team from last year. The only change is the manager—İsmail Kartal instead of Tedesco—yet the style of play remains the same.

Fenerbahçe made their fans nervous once again. I expected it to be a difficult match, and that's exactly how it turned out.

The day has come for the second-leg matches in the second qualifying round of the Champions League. Today, some of the teams that will advance to the next round will be determined. Azerbaijani representative Sabah will try to avoid defeat against KuPS Kuopio. Since they secured a 1-0 victory in the first leg, they hold the advantage, but we must note that their opponent is a team capable of putting them in trouble if they sit back too much. While Sabah’s 1-0 lead from the first match is significant, everyone knows it’s a precarious scoreline.

In this qualifying round, the only more or less familiar team to me is Dinamo Zagreb, and they are the favorites against Thun from Switzerland. The first match between them ended in a 1-1 draw. However, Dinamo Zagreb is Croatia's most experienced side, so it is quite likely they will win, especially with the match being played on Dinamo's home turf.

The Champions League has once again proven its unpredictability and that there are no favorites, that everyone knows how to play.
Yes, I also expected a safe and easy victory for Dinamo, but in fact Thun, a debutant in this competition, showed much more and deserved the victory.
Thun was leading 2:0 and had a secure place in the next round of Champions League qualifiers, but then they made a mistake and were left with less than 1 player due to a red card.
An experienced team, like Dinamo, knew how to use it, they threw everything into the attack and managed to turn the result in their favor and win.
Of the other results, I am most surprised that Celje only won after penalties and eliminated the Albanian representative.
Celje has been very successful in European competitions in recent seasons, as a participant in the group stage of the competition in the conference league.

Well, Thun were up 2-0 and yes that is impressive. But the red card appears, and everyone seems like Dinamo cheated or what? Kacavenda pressed the ball. He literally just pressed the ball. Burki was sent off after panicking and fouling him. Was it ugly? Sure. Was it against any rule? No.

After the red card Dinamo basically camped in Thun's half for 53 straight minutes. If you saw it, you understand what I am talking about, it was suffocating. Thun was unable to make it half way. Does a team that cannot hold on for that long really "deserve" to go through?

It will be nice watching two Turkish clubs play in the Champions League, i want to celebrate with Fenerbahçe fans if they make it into the Champions League by winning teams in the qualifying rounds. These are not hard opponents, really disappointing if they spend lots of time before making their way through every round, Galatasaray need extra hands from the Turkish League, and Fenerbahçe are the only team capable, i believe the next game won't be won by penalties, instead a direct 90 minutes victory.

It will be nice watching two Turkish clubs play in the Champions League, i want to celebrate with Fenerbahçe fans if they make it into the Champions League by winning teams in the qualifying rounds. Fenerbahçe drew this match against their Polish opponents. Gornik Zabrze, in my opinion, played very well against Fenerbahçe. Fenerbahçe couldn't beat their opponent, but salvaged a draw with a penalty goal, securing their place in the next round. Gornik, on the other hand, fought their best against a much stronger team in a match where they weren't the favorites. They will now continue their journey in the Europa League qualifiers.

Fenerbahce deserves the blame. What in the world a club that wasted so much money to rebuild  the squad, yet they struggled to score from open play against a tea that came from nowhere. They won the first leg due to the Talisca freekick, yet they win the 2nd leg due to the Talisca's pen.
If they meet a stronger team than Górnik Zabrze, they will be battered so hard.

They're terrible in attack and defense. Their win against Górnik Zabrze is not even impressing me. Otherwise, it's showing how they have been downgrading very hard.
It's why i'm doubting them to qualify for UCL.
