Predicting who will win the UCL is not that easy, but also easy at the same time. I agree that there are few teams which can win it, so it is not like there are 30+ teams that we need to calculate, not all that goes to UCL have a chance, most of them have very little chance.

However, if we deal with something that is ab it smaller, and focus on the teams that can actually win it, then it becomes harder. Just look at last year, PSG won this season but they also won last season and last season was even more unpredictable than ever. Because they barely made it into top 24 on the last game, they were out all the way until last game, they got lucky and got into top 24 and then suddenly they beat everyone, on a year where they lost Mbappe, and barely made it into top 24, nobody gave them a chance and yet they won.

Teams with stronger squad depth can reach the final, as they did last season. Arsenal, PSG, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Manchester City are still strong favorites for next season due to their superior strength.

But I haven't forgotten Bayern and Inter Milan, as these two teams have been very consistent in the Champions League. Now, for next season's Champions League, will Mourinho be able to lead Real Madrid to the final, given his extraordinary ambition after being appointed Real Madrid manager?

As for Arsenal, they will likely do even better next season, having reached the final undefeated last season.
Just because Arsenal reached the finals isn't a guarantee that they will be better next season and if you said they will do better next season than this season, It means that you are actually saying that Arsenal will win the trophy which I don't believe that's possible. They got their best shot last season but lost the opportunity. Arsenal performance might not be as good as last season.

Let's be honest, Arsenal had a very favorable draw in the Champions League last season and avoided their main rivals, PSG, Bayern and Real, until the final.
This fact certainly helped them to reach the Champions League final after 20 years.
Whether they will take a step further this season and finally win that trophy remains open, but they are not the main favorites.
I see PSG and Bayern as the main favorites to win the Champions League this season. Real, Manchester City and Liverpooo are currently in a transitional phase, with new coaches and players.

Some players will return fatigued, such player are likely not to start the season in their best performance,  they may improve  as the season goes by, but they are very likely not to exactly do better in that early part of the season because  they are not in their best shape yet. This si why some teams are already putting in the effort to get some more players so they can apply some rotational tactics so as to keep the team and players in their best form and shape.
And that's the point of quality reserves where their starters are tired or injured can use their bright players to cover the void, maybe it's true that players who follow the World Cup will be tired after coming home, but that's for players who fight until the final, some players who come home early from the World Cup must have enough rest to recover, so there is no need to worry too far in my opinion because most players do not all go to the World Cup final.
Reserve players are very important to replace the role of the main players but most quality players do not want to play only as substitutes they definitely want to be the main players, that's why sometimes the quality of reserve players is not the same as the main players and many teams experience a decline if their mainstay players do not play, injured players cannot be avoided but tired players can be avoided, they are tired for sure but if they keep their fitness it is not a problem and as you said not all players are able to reach the final so they also have enough time to rest.

Its very hard to predict any team who can win the UCl next season but base on the team transfer and player you can predict it a little bit not very accurate but i can say you can predict the semifinalist at this technique. Psg is the team which are still look strong and the way lucho made this team mentality was just incredible they are still strong and to be the favourite for the next season as well . Arsenal are also in my favourites list. As of till now the transfer window are just open and barcelona and madrid are heavily involved to bring some good player so we can't ignore barcelona and madrid in the favourite list. I just think only 3 team from Premier league can survive next season and it will be Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea.

am wondering why people are so much concerned about next seasons champions league and if it is because of the transfer that have been happening then i dont think it should be called a prediction because there clubs that have excellent existing players already so what will they say about that and the way psg performed might look extremely strong but sometimes the opponent you are playing against matters a lot and that was one of the advantages that psg had and it was well utilized and they might not have that opportunity next season, its going to be a tough next season.

And hat is one thing about football a lot of things are always changing and it is better to be prepared and the way Barcelona and real Madrid wants to be involve is just and the changes in most of the club will the same time change a lot of things because they have a very good opportunity and they are going to make use of it so psg should not be too confident about next season.

They did have a favorable draw. But it was all thanks to finishing league phase at the very top.  Wink  They earned their way to the final. And in the final match they did really good against PSG as well.

PSG barely beat them by penalties as you know. So I can't say Arsenal didn't deserve to reach that stage. They were nearly going to do double with a PL title too. A great season that was for Arteta!

Arsenal needs to play a good and attractive football to win the Champions League, watch Paris-Saint-German, that should be a blueprint for Arsenal and all bigger teams in Europe.
What you said is very valid, arsenal needs to rely more on playing well as a team instead of relying on set piece and for the fact that they like to bring goalkeepers down during games too, but regardless they need to improve and strengthen themselves, they have worked in their defense and I know that they are one of the best teams in terms of defense in Europe right now, but their attack needs to be deadly, I will take the champions league final as an example, arsenal got an early goal in that game but went all defensive and didn't do much in terms of attack which made PSG to have enough time to create chances and also mount pressures on them till they were able to get a chance which they did. Arsenal are good in terms of set piece and defense, their attack just needs to be more deadly.

the possibility of winning the tournament again is probable, having the champions league to play is also very tiring and i understand that certain players deserve a well-deserved rest which then makes them perform well in the championship, if they make them play too much then i am scared and fear that they won't make it.
