Why are you so particular about Real Madrid? We are all excited for the new season but here you are only obsessed about Real Madrid, the hasn't yet started for them, if it's boring for you to keep on guess on how their season will be like then stop guessing and just follow up with the team when their season officially kicks off. I'm sure you will be part of the people that will have Mourinho's he'd at the stake if eventually he has a bad run at the club. As for the ego part, it will be reduced even though we know it's not only Real Madrid that has egoistic problems
Many of us are just eager to see what Real Madrid has put in place for us because that is the only way things can even get better. We will be happy because many of us are dissatisfied with the way things are going right now, and we have seen the changes, and what we want to see is the outcome. Once we see the outcome, we can say that we are satisfied, because I know how eager everyone is to see it. And the supporters simply want to see what Mourinho would do because, at some point, I just assume that everything will go smoothly because Mourinho's contributions have been the only topic of intense debate. After all of this suspense, something needs to happen, since that is the only way for things to be quiet, because they will feel capable of winning anything in the end.

Absolutely, there is a big difference between a striker and a winger but if you the manager decided to uses the winger in the place of striking force i think is not a bad idea because there is always a conversion of position. Barcelona is definitely good now because with the kind of players they have i think they can still maintain their kingship. If barcelona can also get a striker that wil perform like lewandowski then Barcelona with really compete with others club in champion league.
I'm not sure how much German winger Karim Adeyemi can live up to expectations, especially if he's used to fill the void left by Lewandowski. But it's true that Hansi Flick made the best decision and probably won't bring in any more players this season. The manager should have a strategy to use this difference between a striker and a winger technically. Lewandowski is a talented and experienced player, and it will be difficult for Barca to fill his void once the tournament starts. Now they need to find a suitable replacement and if they can bring Rodri into the team in the future, it will be even stronger. Barcelona are still trying to get a striker but I don't think that the new German winger in Barcelona will be able to fill the void left by Robert Lewandowski because it seems to me there is a difference in responsibility and tactical characteristics between a forward and a winger. The German winger has already shown great performance as we know this player scored a goal for Barcelona in the 34th minute against Basel in a club friendly match. However if this winger is able to perform well for Barcelona then maybe this team will become even stronger in the upcoming season. By the way you should note that Barcelona have already managed to sign Rodri for £65 million and the player has already arrived at Barcelona.

It's possible that the statistics haven't been very helpful in evaluating Mourinho's performance, but if you look at his time at Benfica, he was undefeated. However, an undefeated streak achieved through many draws doesn't yield as many points, which is what happened, and that's why Benfica couldn't win the championship.
Now at Real Madrid, I think his biggest contribution will be that he's established new rules. He needs to humble the players' egos; it's no longer important that player X is more famous than player Y. Mourinho is an ego crusher; he only cares about the club. I believe that's the right approach.
Honestly,, I'm really impatient to see Real Madrid's true performance under Mourinho. It's quite boring to keep guessing what will happen to Real Madrid. So,, we're just a few away from seeing their performance. But honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Real Madrid's performance doesn't live up to my expectations. Basically,, suppressing the players' egos obviously takes time. Too much pressure can sometimes be very detrimental to the players. So,, it definitely takes a certain amount of calm and firmness to get the Real Madrid players to stop being selfish. But even so, I also hope that Real Madrid can perform better this season. They've been performing poorly for two seasons, so hopefully, this season they won't suffer another bad result. Seeing a team that used to be a frequent champion in the Champions League not performing well right now feels a bit unsettling. So hopefully in this season's Champions League, Real Madrid can at least make it to the semifinals, I hope. If Madrid wants to do well this season, then each player must take responsibility for keeping their egos at bay, because we can only understand very well from the last two seasons what the results of playing with ego can be, so the game must now be played as a team. And Judge Mourinho must ensure that the players do not behave in a violent manner towards each other, because this has a very negative impact on the team's recent performance. Madrid are in a position where the last two years tell everyone that Madrid's golden days may be over, but to get out of this predicament, they must do something this season that will awaken the old Madrid. The way the team is currently structured, it certainly gives hope for a lot of good things, but now the question is how effective it is in reality, let's see what Madrid can do this season with the star players.

I use to say this but this doesn't make sense, there is no Leonel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, maradona or Pele in real Madrid why is it that the whole world just think they should control their ego. Barcelona is also a well packed team with super Stars but you don't hear stories about controlling egos. I think this type of discussion fuels this players to behave egoistical because they think that's what we see them as. I hope this season Mourinho can shut the doors that pampers this players.

But Real Madrid's ego or selfishness is very easy to see. And the result has forced the team to finish the season without a trophy twice. That's why you are so worried about Madrid. But we don't have to worry about it right now. Mourinho needs to give some time after the uneven start. The coach needs to work a lot to build the team properly. But here I am reminded of last season. When we gave the coach time at the beginning of last season, the season was almost over but Real Madrid's performance was not improving. Will it happen this time too? Mourinho must be given time and we will see if he can use that time properly.

Real Madrid gave players the right to behave that way so they should slap themselves for being stupid while trying to protect the interest of players. They pay these players handsomely, why can't they perform to the expectation of the club. If some of these players were to be sold out, I doubt if they can earn those huge salaries and still some of them are complaining of not earning enough. I trust Jose Mourinho, he is a disciplinarian that doesn't care about the status of a player, if you disobey him just be ready to go on holiday at the bench because he doesn't take shit from any player. Real Madrid brought him back again for a reason because they know that he is one of the coaches that instill discipline on players when they are trying to misbehave.

Slowly it has been fixed, Mou applies a pattern that is a little harder than Xabi and Arbeloa maybe even Ancelotti so for now there is no special guarantee in the first team when the situation is not in accordance with the Will of Mou including discipline problems then the players (even if it is in the first team) they must be prepared with the bench so that the ego here should be minimized. Currently, according to several articles, apart from the absence of privileges for the players, the pattern of time discipline is also one of the things that must be followed by Madrid players. https://www.si.com/soccer/fed-up-jose-mourinho-slams-spoiled-cristiano-ronaldo-era-real-madridAlthough the article seems imposing by discussing the past era but in the end this is related to Madrid's problems now so I think for now with the new era where the galacticos are starting to be echoed they should be ready for the new season including for the Champions League.

This is the problem with modern day football where the money comes first before the passion. Gone are the days when players just wanted to fight for the badge and not fight with their teammates. And this is why I keep laying more emphasis on the importance of a good footballing structure in every club. Real Madrid used to have a good footballing structure, and that was why they were able to keep players like CR7, Benzema, Ozil, Ramos, etc all in one Club. And funny how the same Real Madrid didn't hesitate to let these players leave when it was time to do so. I think Mourinho has what it takes to take charge of the dressing room, and Florentino Perez is not in any position to say otherwise unless it's time to let him go.

Osimhen is a capable striker, and we all admit that, but that doesn't mean the current Barcelona squad doesn't have a chance to face Real Madrid. Even without Osimhen, I'm sure Barcelona will still be able to compete with Real Madrid this season. Because if Osimhen is that important, then Barcelona will make it a priority, but from what it seems, Barcelona doesn't make it a priority and prefers to fight for Rodri from Manchester City. If Barcelona can get Rodri, I think that's a more reasonable option than Osimhen.
I know Barcelona dominated the Laliga last season, and that was because Madrid were not together, now we have seen the players Madrid have signed, including the experienced manager, so I don't think it will be easy for Barcelona to replicate that performance without a proper No. 9. Barca and Man city have reached an agreement to sign Rodri, and he will be a good lift for them, but I don't get your point by saying getting Rodri is a more reasonable option than Osimehn. How true is that?. So you mean Barcelona don't need Osimhen at this there current situation, he should rather be the No.1 priority for Barca, because there is no other better strikers to fill that position. Both Rodri and Osimehn are reasonable players for Barca especially Osimehn.

In facts sometimes, even if a club have a tallented players and everyone wants to be hero, I would be hard for them to sacrifices chances for each other, that's why even with the talented players without coordinating, everything will still go in vain. Though Mourinho truly would be calculating on how his team are going move forward.

There have to be a lot of benching this season to some players in Real Madrid, you know there is this entitlements that some Real Madrid players, and that really affected them in the previous seasons, and I believe that if they don't let that go it will still affect them this season. They call them talented players but what are talented players without understanding? everybody has what they want to achieve people competing for ballon d'ors and stuff like that they are literally focusing more on themselves than for the growth of the team. So I do feel Mourinho is capable enough to bench any player that feels to be stubborn or on personal interest and not for benefit of the team.

A top club cannot rely on the same attacking players every season and expect better results. What Barcelona needs is someone who can contribute very well to the team. You know as a big club, they don't really need to depends on one attacking player in all th season, and then be expecting same results every season. Barcelona actually in need of a talented player who can be scoring consistently for them, coordinating the defenders and still deliver in any of thier matches. I know the Osimhen would fit the position that's if possible and I would be happy for that collabo seriously, but at time some managers usually did thier signing based on what would fit thier system and makes big improvements to the club.
Yes Barcelona they do need good players to advance to a better level, but at the same time they can still do better even without getting to buy any players. football isn't just about signing players and transferring, you should also care about building your available players, if you get nurture and train your players well they will also gets to perform well. At this point if osimhen is not possible which other good player can you search for? so it is also important to get your players in form to build them to be a better player so they can serve the club well. every time is not all about signing players and signing players you can still use what you have to get your team to your desired position. Before the season starts, get them a personal trainer and stuffs like that to help your available players grow personally.

One of the best news people don't like hearing is that Manchester United will turn things around and surprise all by even winning the champions league this coming season. The truth many don't believe is that Manchester United can surprise all and may even win the champions league that is if they follow the same step as they did last season. Looking at all I am convinced that Manchester United will win the trophy next season. For now among all teams Manchester united is one of the best team with complete squad capable of challenging any team that comes there way

At moment, Barcelona's squad I don't think has the depth and quality to stop Madrid from dominating Spain this season. They've signed Rodri which is a very good addition but if they succeed to sign Victor Osimhen, I think my stance will change. Osimhen is that striker that you're can rely on to give you 20+ goals a season and considering the current attacking options of Barcelona, having such player will surely increase their chances of retaining the league this season.
