Expectations for Arsenal are still very large especially at the beginning of the season in the last few seasons they have always been able to dominate in every competition they participate in but this is not guaranteed now. I agree with everything you said here sir, arsenal are currently the clear favourite to win and defend the English premier league title they won last season because right now, we are not sure if Manchester City can compete consistently under Enzo maresca, and Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are not good enough to maintain a serious title challenge, so Mikel arteta's arsenal seems like the clear favourite for the title next season, even though nothing is guaranteed, but if I will be betting on the team I think may win the title next season, it's going to be arsenal, because their title winning team are still intact.

The season haven't started so you can't be certain about which team is good enough to compete for the title. Manchester city, Manchester united, Chelsea and Liverpool are the top best teams in the premier league particularly Manchester city. If Manchester city hadn't loss their ground towards the ending of last season, arsenal wouldn't have won the premier league title last season. Chelsea and Liverpool have new coaches and they are very experienced. These new coaches are likely going to buy players to strengthen their teams, so the premier would be competitive,if arsenal doesn't change their old strategy they may not win the title.

If they fail to improve more on themselves or ignore trying to step up their game a bit, then I wonder how possible do they want to win the championship league in this up coming league that's just by the corner, when it has been a major competition among them. Let's see how it goes, because football still remains the same. As far as I know, no team is above losing. Putting it as right now may not be completely correct because the last time the actual form of all the other teams in the premier league was checked as compared to that of Arsenal was at the end of the just concluded season and between then and now, a lot has happen and so we can not tell exactly who has got the exact better form untill the new season kicks off and we see all of their performance but then no doubts Arsenal is in a good form.
